This is the number one place to go to get your eyebrows done in Tri-Valley and San Joaquin County. I had gone to a number of places for threading, and they messed up my eyebrows. I have been going here for 3 years, no problems, and the service is exceptional. The jewelry and clothing are the best deals from an Indian store that I have ever been to. Overall very nice place. The woman who works there is sweet and does a good job. Some suggestions would be not to rush too much. Sometimes if there is a like I can tell she gets pressured and does not do her best work. I like to go at off hours because I know she'll take her time and do amazing. This location had good service when the owner was operating it. My Wife went there today ,the new hijab wearing lady is very mean and unprofessional. Rest of the staff is nice & courteous. She ruined my wife's eyebrows and upper lips,then she started arguing telling the customers in there its always like that. Might have to take Legal Action. read more

Hands down the best place around to get taken care of! I've been coming here for years even when i temporarily moved to sacramento for 2years and have never been let down once! Mani is the best! At first I was skeptical of going to this place because I have trust issues with others doing my eyebrows. I was afraid they would make them thin, as others have done before. I would travel to the Bay Area to get my eyebrows done. I decided to give Eyebrow Arch a shot one day and I am so glad that I did! Manpreet (main employee) has exceeded my expectations! She has done an amazing job with my eyebrows, each and every time I have gone there. The membership is so worth getting! Seems a little expensive at first (depending on what services you're getting done i.e. eyebrows, upper lip, chin etc.) but once you realize how many times you can/need to go in 3 months, it is totally worth it. read more

I was a little nervous because I've never had my eyebrows threaded, I usually get them waxed but I'm so happy I had it done. My brows turned out better than they ever have. It is definitely a bit more painful than waxing but it's totally worth it. I'm curious to see they grow out faster or slower with threading vs waxing. The customer service could be better, the woman that threaded my brows did a good job but it was hard to understand what she was saying and she didn't come off as very friendly or welcoming. Would have given 5stars if the customer service had been a bit better. read more

Parmeet is very professional and does a GREAT job! I'm always satisfied with her service. I will only schedule my appointments with her now as she is the BEST!!! However the lady who wears the hijab is VERY RUDE and always has a friend there hanging out and socializing the entire time and doesn't even speak to her customers other then "next". She ruined my eyebrows, rushed through the job and I was not happy at all. I will NEVER have her perform any services on me ever again. I've actually went in a few times for a walk in appointment for brows and saw the same lady wearing the hijab was the only employee working and went back once I knew Parmeet was there. I always ask if they can just clean up my eyebrows, but their version of that is to thin them out. It's not worth the membership if you want your eyebrows to be thick. Sometimes they're good, sometimes they're bad. I don't like to gamble with my money or time especially because every time you go there, they have a different persons read more

This is my go to threading place just because it's down the street from my parents house. Today I went in 25 minutes before closing and she decided to tell me I've come to late and to hurry up and sit down. She rushed through my threading and made me feel as if I shouldn't have came. I understand it was almost time to close up shop but you don't make a comment like that to someone who goes there basically every week. read more

I have been going to this location for about 2 years now. I moved from the Bay Area and for the first year I would go back there to get my brows done because I always had trust issues with others threading my eyebrows and making them too thin. I gave this place a try after getting tired of going back and forth so many times. Honestly I don't regret it at all. The girls here do an amazing job. Manpreet so far has done an amazing job with my eyebrows. She does them perfectly every time! I pay for the 3 month membership which is $85 and sooooooo worth it. I go here almost every week.
