Love this place! I usually just walk in and I'm able to be seen right away, I've never had to wait for a gel pedicure/manicure. The lady's are very nice & attentive. They ask questions like "do you want to cut your nails shorter, square or round etc" your able to chose your pedicure from a variety of services. The only reason I chose 4 instead of 5 stars is because they charge an additional $15 for gel pedicures. I paid $40 for basic pedicure + $10 callus removal (highly recommend) + $15 for gel = $65 for pedicure. I don't like to give bad reviews but my experience here was just awful. This is only applies to the owner only. She was extremely rude and has no sense of respect at all. We called a day in advance and made an appt with them. My sisters and I show up and tell them what we want. Some very nice lady is doing my pedicure and does a wonderful job and I have no complains. The work they do is good but it's the service. My sister was trying to get her nails done and the owner was the one who was going to do it. We asked for her opinion and she just kept going on and on and on about you better make sure you pick what you like cause I can't fix it after. My sister finally decides what she wants the owner begins again and has my sister questioning her own choice. I don't know what the owners problem was but if you have a problem with having to fix a nail after it's done then you shouldn't be doing nails. It's extremely rude and inconsiderate of her. We will pay you additional for your time and to fix a nail if needed to do so. She hasn't even started and already began with the side comments. Also there was a fly and it landed on the table where my other sister was getting her nails done and the owner comes and smacks the fly on the same table where my sister hands are at and she almost hits my sisters hand. Where in the world did you think it's okay to do that. You almost hit her hand and second you could have waited or at least asked. Some places just don't have proper etiquette or manners! We made appts for full set and pedicure. We all left after getting the first service done and ended up going to another nail salon. It's all about the attitude and vibe of an owner or employee that can either make it or break your place. It's important to treat your customers with respect and just being kind. Luckily for the owner my sisters and I were very calm about it and left as soon as our first service was done. I tipped the other employees who worked on me and my sister. I told my other sister to not get her nails done by the owner as it seems like she has some kind of issue. We did tell the owner that we thank her employees for their great service but you as the owner are extremely rude and will lose customers over time. I went last week and had a pedicure done before going out of town. The young lady pulled a massive hangnail out from the side. Afterwards she put some blue liquid on it to stop the bleeding. I came here with my mom after a massage as a walk-in. We were able to be seen quickly because the place was not busy and they had people standing around just talking to each other. One thing I noticed was that there were no signs for prices anywhere to be seen. We were headed to a party that night, so my mom just wanted some basic color on her nails. She didn't even get a pedicure or a manicure. For color ONLY on her hands and feet - $18. I received a quick manicure and wanted to add some color on my hands, as well. Initially I only wanted regular color, but I heard one of the ladies on the phone say they charged $20 for gel and $25 for gel with a manicure. While my mom and I were there, everyone left except the two girls working on us. I pondered for a little and asked for a certain gel color that caught my eye and my tech agreed that it was nice so I was going to get gel. She said it would be more, of course, but then said it was $30. I told her that I thought it was $25 and she said yes, but because you're getting a manicure, it's $30. Ultimately, I declined and only got regular color because of her trying to scam me. She even called out to my mom and said "Come on, mom. Pay the $5 extra." My mom politely ignored her coaxing. In the end, the job was okay, but not great. She didn't do a good job with my cuticles, which is the main reason I wanted a manicure. My manicure with regular color cost $15. My mom's color only with no mani or pedi cost $18. Another thing is that they closed the shop an hour early. All the workers left and the techs that were working on us locked the door before they finished with us. I'm pretty upset with this service and will not come back here again. read more

So from my personal experience of going there on a Sunday early afternoon, there was no wait, the staff was very friendly, and though the full set took a bit longer than I would have liked the gentleman who did my nails did it exactly how I asked. The manicure and pedicure for my niece was done great. They did not hurt her and listened to every single request she had. I find it hard to find someone who can do my nails and not cut my skin or make me bleed and I was not in pain what so ever. The only real complaint that I have is that I had to wait a good 30-45 minutes more than I normally have to for a full set. Other than that I have no complaints. read more

About a year ago I went into get a pedi done for my Graduation Ceremony and my toes came out fine until they grew out. I noticed my nail was growing white and thin and the layers would peel back easily. Of course, it was a Fungus ! I tried healing it myself for a while but it would not go away. Today I went in for a full fill. The staff was so sweet and nice! I had to bring my young daughters in (2,3,4). The set was amazing. And they did a fantastic job. My daughters started getting ancy and wanted to leave. They were starting to get rambunctious and the staff started playing with them to keep them busy. This means a lot to us moms that have no one. I get gel nails regularly and I have to say they have good prices. I switched from Tammy's to here. I always walk in and almost never have to wait. They are really nice to my kids of I have to bring them along. The sheer colors don't last that long, maybe 2 weeks. But if you get a deeper tone, I've had them last over 3 weeks! The photos are after less than a week of getting this fill. As soon as I left the salon I noticed there was air bubbles in the polish on almost every nail. She should have noticed it right away and fixed it. I didn't have the time or energy to ask them to fix it, because last time I went back in, after 4 nails randomly broke out of no where, they blamed it on me and "my job". I don't even use my hands a lot at my job. I've been getting acrylics for 2+ years and only started having this many issues after coming to this salon after moving to tracy. Now, after giving them another chance, I'm stuck with the polish randomly peeling off, scraping off on another finger, and just all around not looking good because of the air bubbles. I'm disappointed because I have given them chance after chance and continued to leave gratuity only to keep noticing flaws in my nails.
