However my experience was less than ideal. I went in wanting dip as I was reading it was stronger and I've been struggling with lifting off builder gel. Multiple staff kept talking out of it and that their builder gel lasts a long time, uncomfortable but hopeful I said okay since Builder Gel is better for your nails in the long run. I got one color, builder gel on natural nails, and just a simple shape. Nothing too complicated I haven't gotten elsewhere before. I went home and thought it was fine for the money, $45 for builder gel + $8 tip. Probably wasn't going to return but also wasn't going to write a review. However, after 1 day my pointer finger nail chipped and started lifting and my middle finger also started lifting. I called and they said to come in and they would fix it. I went in and sat for 30 minutes until someone saw me -- had 3 different people come look my nails in the meantime but never start prep process, etc. After 30 minutes I was taken to a different station and she took maybe 15 minutes to "fix" the issue. Upon leaving and having a time to look better at my nails I still left unsatisfied. I chose not to go back a third time as I don't feel confident they will be able to actually do my nails well. I gave 2 stars as they did offer and attempt to fix my nails and didn't charge me for the "fix." I would be cautious going here as it seems your experience may vary...

I asked for French manicure and she told me the color looked good alone and I agreed. However, I stuck with my decision with getting French to look clean for a potential interview in the following week. She said she can try French on a finger and let me decide if I want to continue. I asked for thicker line but she told me it wouldn't look good thicker, and that most people do thin. I have to admit that I most likely won't return for French nails, but a gel manicure is fine. Be advised she doesn't use alcohol and a brush tool to give you the perfect clean white top...& just wings it using the nail polish brush (hence the results). FYI Gel French mani is +$5 which wasn't mentioned until it was time to pay and I asked for the breakdown. I did appreciate her attention to my bottom foot callus when she was lotioning my foot. I told her I used to run a lot and that sucker formed. She took her tool and started clipping it off. Thank you, Linda! **update on my nails 13days later... I came in post Mothers Day with my boyfriend for a manicure. Im a florist and this floral holiday…read morealways leaves my hands dirty, dry and and in overall need of a refresh. I called and made a quick appointment, originally asking for a SOAK OFF and manicure, making it clear I wanted my nails and hands CLEAN. When I got there, I decided I wanted a simple acrylic set as well and let the guy know my updated request while again making it clear my main concern was my hands being cleaned and restored. Although my nails came out super cute and I loved the design, the process hurt. The nail file burned since it wad up too high, my nails werent soaked off they were peeled off and my cuticles were cut roughly at the end. My hands were not soaked not cuticles werent pushed back... my nails werent even brushed despite being noticeably black and dirty. He just peeled old nail off, filed residue off and instantly glued tips off. I let the tech know multiple times what I wanted, asked for him to clean my nails/hands BEFORE even applying tips/acrylic and was dismissed because "he is a professional and he does it his way" Theres still noticeable dirt on my cuticles and nail bed (I work with flowers, soil, foliage and sappy eucalyptus so it takes effort to get my nails clean), there was no lotion, hot towel or hand massage. Theres also dry glue and old polish under my nails. Theres design was nice, but experience was not at all what I wanted regardless of me clearly putting in request. My boyfriends nails also werent colored despite being charged $25. I chose to come to a professional nail salon rather than at hone nail tech since I thought they'd be more precise and attentive maybe next time, ill do half of their job and come in with prepped nails... Response to owner: my bfs nails were the last of my concern, no color is no biggie lol... the trip to the nail salon wasnt for him. My concern was exactly as you stated, I wanted the acrylic as an add on. I asked you more than once to clean my nails, including the second you grabbed the monomer brush. You were too focused on the nail design which I told you wasnt a big concern. I wouldve paid $70 for just hand massaging and scrubbing lol! I brought in a photo of teal/sea foam green nails with silver glitter accents and she elevated the look with trendy chrome powder and wispy designs. Total mermaid vibes! She said many customers come in asking her to create any designs she wants for them and choose color(s). She also created a candy chrome look for my friend with various pinks, purple, and blue. New chrome layer is so popular nowadays. I got the full regal treatment with the new Head Spa treatment complete with shoulder & arm massage. 45 minutes of relaxing bliss while my scalp and tresses were washed and detoxified with fragrant green tea shampoo/conditioner, plus eucalyptus for a satisfyingly clean tingle. It includes a light face wash with collagen mask after. Unfortunately, I was allergic to the collagen (very sensitive skin), but Carol removed it right away and made sure to give my face an additional gentle wash to get rid of the mask residue. The shoulder and arm massage was very relaxing and I could feel myself unwind with just a few thoughts wandering in my mind here and there. My hair was blow dried with a Dyson Airwrap Styler to finish the treatment as I sipped on some soothing peach flavored Phuc Long tea. Make an appointment today for the spa treatment of your choice.
