Found happy healthy nails via Yelp and glad I visited. Called in prior and request the price of the design in gel ($65) and told them I needed a mani and pedi. I was greater by two ladies, one of which did my nail and the other for my pedi. My mani lady, named Sonia did a great job shaping and maintaining, but the design was a bit tricky for her, so she called in the expert. The shop is owned by siblings, the eldest sister, which I didn't get to meet, the younger brother (the design expert) and younger sister who took my initial call and quoted me the price, she was able to help me translate my asks to Sonia. Very professional. Initially my pedi lady was a bit rushed, unsure whyC but she ended up cutting my toe when removing the cuticles, which I was very disappointed by (thus the 4 stars). But she was able to recover as I provide feedback for neosporen and just slowing down a bit. Back to the mani, Sonia requested the (let call him the expert (lol)) to help color match base on my inspo photo , he was amazing, got all the colors and was able to walk me through. I read multiple reviews online that he's best for design, and during our convo there were even additional calls requesting for his service today, but he was fully booked. Tip, request for him . After shaping and prep, I though I was going to get the expert for my design but Sonia worked on my nail instead, she tried her best, but the expert ended up stepping in - Due to the variety of design on each hand. The expert did a great job, granted this was all done when I was sitting on the pedi chair and not at his desk. He request next time for an even better job, I go to his work desk. Thoroughly enjoyed everyone at the shop, very fun crowd and friendly. Would def come back for other design inspo and fun nails. Vicky really nails the variations of french manicures that I show her pictures of. She also is extremely fast, though she does not treat your cuticles and can sometimes be sloppy, resulting in excess polish on the skin. One of the other ladies does a better job of achieving the semi-almond/semi-oval shape that I like. The other lady did accidentally make me bleed, and she used the drill on my cuticles (ouch!) but the shape and clean cuticles did end up lasting a full 3 weeks. I'd advise having your acrylics removed elsewhere. They charge for acrylic removal here but also roughly remove your set by wedging a fake tip between your natural nails and your tips, then popping them off. I was pretty shocked and it hurt! Other salons soak and slowly scrape/remove instead, which I believe is better for your nails. If you get a pedicure here, I do recommend the deluxe pedicure. It felt like such a treat and my pedicurist set the timer when she was massaging me, so I didn't feel like she jipped me. I had regular polish for my pedicure and that lasted a solid 3 weeks - not bad at all considering I wore close-toed shoes and did a lot of walking during that period! Their tools and light for curing didn't look sanitary at all. I do love that you are able to book appointments online and they don't make you wait once you arrive. I'll be back to see Vicky when I need another french manicure, but wouldn't recommend this spot if you're looking for a relaxing time. read more

I requested for her to changed it.
