I love coming here to get my nails done! Everyone here is very sweet and welcoming, always smiling, and just full of positive energy. Hana is amazing! She always takes her time and makes sure I like the color/ design before she proceeds further. She'll make great suggestions too based on my preferences. Also, it is so so easy to set up an appointment with her; just one text away! Emy is also amazing! Highly recommend them!

I continue to be so happy with the service of my nails & pedicure. They are quick but they do such a great job. Mom is super sensitive to the UV lights and even she approves. The nails last a long time and they look so good in between fills.

Decided to get my nails done since I've been talking about it for a bit and healthy happy nails was the only salon still open. I'm glad I came here because Vicky hooked me up. I had a bunch of questions about gel overlay vs acrylics and she didn't mind answering them. She was super quick and finished my set in under an hour. My nails are hella cute and I even got a little design on them. Another lady dad my pedicure, I think her name was My? But she was sweet and did a really thorough job. Massaged my calves too which was nice! Will be coming back-- especially since it's so close

I came in with an idea of what I wanted, Hanna saw the the inspo pictured and said it wouldn't look good since I have shorter nails. While I left super happy with what I got, I was disappointed I wasn't able to get the other inspo. Nonetheless, Hanna was great! Took her time and cleaned up a mistake when I pointed it out. Will definitely come back again! The salon itself is a little on the smaller size, but has a cute waiting area and I was seated pretty quickly after I arrived so I was fine. There's plenty of parking since it's nestled in a small shopping center

Found happy healthy nails via Yelp and glad I visited. Called in prior and request the price of the design in gel ($65) and told them I needed a mani and pedi. I was greater by two ladies, one of which did my nail and the other for my pedi. My mani lady, named Sonia did a great job shaping and maintaining, but the design was a bit tricky for her, so she called in the expert. The shop is owned by siblings, the eldest sister, which I didn't get to meet, the younger brother (the design expert) and younger sister who took my initial call and quoted me the price, she was able to help me translate my asks to Sonia. Very professional. Initially my pedi lady was a bit rushed, unsure whyC but she ended up cutting my toe when removing the cuticles, which I was very disappointed by (thus the 4 stars). But she was able to recover as I provide feedback for neosporen and just slowing down a bit. Back to the mani, Sonia requested the (let call him the expert (lol)) to help color match base on my inspo photo , he was amazing, got all the colors and was able to walk me through. I read multiple reviews online that he's best for design, and during our convo there were even additional calls requesting for his service today, but he was fully booked. Tip, request for him . After shaping and prep, I though I was going to get the expert for my design but Sonia worked on my nail instead, she tried her best, but the expert ended up stepping in - Due to the variety of design on each hand. The expert did a great job, granted this was all done when I was sitting on the pedi chair and not at his desk. He request next time for an even better job, I go to his work desk. Thoroughly enjoyed everyone at the shop, very fun crowd and friendly. Would def come back for other design inspo and fun nails. The total for everything came to be $95 w/out tip:, regular pedi $30 and design gel mani $65. Tipped them $30

Vicky really nails the variations of french manicures that I show her pictures of. She also is extremely fast, though she does not treat your cuticles and can sometimes be sloppy, resulting in excess polish on the skin. One of the other ladies does a better job of achieving the semi-almond/semi-oval shape that I like. The other lady did accidentally make me bleed, and she used the drill on my cuticles (ouch!) but the shape and clean cuticles did end up lasting a full 3 weeks. I'd advise having your acrylics removed elsewhere. They charge for acrylic removal here but also roughly remove your set by wedging a fake tip between your natural nails and your tips, then popping them off. I was pretty shocked and it hurt! Other salons soak and slowly scrape/remove instead, which I believe is better for your nails. If you get a pedicure here, I do recommend the deluxe pedicure. It felt like such a treat and my pedicurist set the timer when she was massaging me, so I didn't feel like she jipped me. I had regular polish for my pedicure and that lasted a solid 3 weeks - not bad at all considering I wore close-toed shoes and did a lot of walking during that period! Their tools and light for curing didn't look sanitary at all. I do love that you are able to book appointments online and they don't make you wait once you arrive. I'll be back to see Vicky when I need another french manicure, but wouldn't recommend this spot if you're looking for a relaxing time.
Vicky has done it again! I am so in love with my nails. They are so festive and beautiful. I will always come back to my girl she never misses. Any design you show her she can do it. She is very meticulous and is truly a master at her craft. I am always being complimented on my nails, she is that good!! Vicky you will always have a loyal customer in me.

Super clean, high attention to detail, efficient, awesome customer service! The golden pedicure was such a good value and my feet feel so refreshed. They use really good quality products that make me feel so well cared for and pampered! They also have catseye polish which is really pretty. Definitely recommend making an appointment if you can! I am very happy meeting Vicky and Hannah! I just got the best manicure and pedicure. I brought my husband with me and he is very happy as well. Late post on Sunday afternoon. Found this place via Yelp and walked in. We're greeted, but we're told to come back later for services. So, we went back 1/2 hours later. We chose basic colors. My mom did a deluxe manicure, and she really enjoyed her pampered manicure. Meanwhile, I had a wonderful time with the deluxe pedicure: exfoliated, wrapped hot towel, and massage. Clean salon, friendly staffs. Loveit!! Tips: appointment is recommended. read more

I am impressed on how Vicky thoroughly cleaned and shaped my nails and was not stingy on putting on more layers of the gel polish on my fingers. They look very full and i love them. I also loved the fact that she was very delicate in cleaning and taking out the dead skin on my fingers. I usually get cuts and bleed at other salons ive been to. Tammy did a really good job on my feet as well. She was so cute and was good in telling me what she would do next. It was easy to book an appt online (which not a lot of salons do). I did call them prior to appt that i might be late and if i can come in at 5:30 pm instead (the appt was originally at 5:20 pm). The only downside about my experience and why i gave 4 stars only was that i asked for a jelly pedicure on the only appt which was not done. I was afraid to ask about it since they were close to closing. I also was waiting for 15 mins with my feet in the water wondering if someone was going to do my pedicure as no one told me to wait for Tammy to finisv with her other client. I was soaking in almost cold water but again, I was afraid to ask about it since they were busy decorating the walls. read more

I have been going to my nail tech in San Francisco since I was 15 but recently moved to San Leandro & I was hesitant about finding a new place. I found that Happy Healthy Nails was right next to my house. I decided to come in based off the Yelp pictures & reviews. I don't regret it at all & now this is going to be my go to spot. I scheduled an appointment with Vicky for 5:30 on Wednesday. I had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment but it was worth the wait! Vicky was amazing! I am so picky when it come to my nails when & have a little bit of ocd. Vicky took her time with my nails and did it exactly how I asked! She is definitely the master. I chose a light pink color for my toes & Vicky suggested I pick another color because the one I chose might be to light. I agreed & Hanna chose a color for me & I loved it! Hanna was super sweet! I told her I was ticklish & she really took care of my feet. She did my pedicure really good & I had such a nice conversation with her. I would definitely come back to her. Overall this is my new spot & I will definitely be back to see Vicky & Hanna. read more

Nail technicians are nice; however, quality of work needs work. Some of my nails are bumpy & different sizes/shapes of my nail. Will not be going here again, wanted to try since the reviews were good. Update 11/09/23: @Happy Nails for deleting response regarding "I'm so sorry" & "returning tip & French Tip charge" is BS. They may have appointments already ahead of you and they were honest enough to tell a walk-in customer it will be a 45-minute wait. *Its convenience to where I live. 10 minutes. But I don't normally have my mani and pedi on weekends. I go to the nail salon 5 minutes from where I work for convenience purposes. Took my daughter here for her first time. And she absolutely loved it! I'm so glad that this shop offered a kids special. While she was getting her mani & pedi done, I needed to get my full done. I'm glad to know that they had a color that matched to the T from my previous nail tech. I did ask for almond shape, but it turned out more of an oval shape. I also wasn't really prepared for any nail design, so I went with the same design that I had prior. Anywho, I'm glad that my daughter & I shared an experience and glad to have found a shop close by! read more

What I wanted vs what I got nightmare. I obviously know it won't come out exactly the same but it should have at least looked similar. I told Vicky that I was not happy with this design. I requested for her to changed it. For a customer to not be satisfied with the service I would at least expected for them to change the design for free out of courtesy, but Vicky had the nerve to charge me an extra $10 after I already included a tip of the day before. I STILL TIPPED even though I didn't like the design. I am very disappointed in her service. The change of design should have been free. Total for this mess up was $85. read more

Vicky is so talented!!! Anytime I bring in designs I like from Pinterest she duplicates them (freehand), and makes it look so easy! Her acrylics are fire! Nice and thin so they look so natural! She's good, quick, and cares way too much about what the mean people say on here about her salon. read more
Found this location like I locate most places I go to through Yelp of course... And I wasn't disappointed at all. I received services from Vickie and she was all that I expected and more!!!! My nails look so good and she is really down to earth, very knowledgeable about the shape of the nails I wanted. When I walked out of there I was very pleased and will definitely go back!!! Came to see Vicky for a new set & gel pedi ! I had recently got my nails done so I asked Vicky to soak them off and she did no problem! Most shops usually pop them off but all you have to do is ask to have them soaked off... pedi was great as usual & Vicky was quick even with the removal & having to do a full set ! She did C tips this time which I also asked for and she had no problem doing. I go to this shop when I don't have time to wait around. She gets you in & out and I always leave happy. Thanks Vicky ! I always forget to ask for the other girls name that usually does pedis but she's also super friendly ! read more

Do you guys do Russian/dry manicures?
Sorry we don’t due to the high risk of infection, skin, and nail damage. Most people have sensitive skins or nails which could be very discomforting and painful. Our Acrylic Gel can last just as long given proper care for delicate hands and feet
