Today I did a gel x removal, new gel x set with a design and it came out to 115 which I think is really reasonable. Jessica did my nails and she was so detail oriented and really friendly. Can't wait to come back!

Her work is always consistent, clean, and perfectly customized to my eye shape. I always get compliments after every appointment! Kim is also very gentle, professional, and makes me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my lashes. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for gorgeous, long-lasting lash extensions!

I've been nicked and cut here before, but it was never bad enough for me to leave a review. Yesterday, during the cuticle cleaning, the nail tech cut a huge chunk of skin off my finger. I made sure to wash it thoroughly and apply antibiotic ointment when I got home, but it won't stop throbbing and I can't put any pressure on it.

Definitely recommend. Safe location, in between Chase Bank and CVS. Accepts walk-ins and has a reward system. Clean and spacious. Has around 12 TVs on the wall. Has complimentary water bottles, tea, wine, and snacks. Kim and Natalie do my lashes. They are professional and efficient, both very accommodating when it comes to booking appointments last minute. Gina does my mani, pedi, and wax. Friendly, has good costumer service, and has over 20yr+ experience. read more

I've had Gel-X nails and a pedicure here multiple times, and I'm never disappointed! My sister referred me, and I'm so glad she did. The salon is always clean and welcoming, the staff is friendly and professional, and they take their time to make sure everything looks perfect. Nice people, horrible work. I got chrome nails, and Heidi clearly didn't know how to apply it. It looked horrible so she had the owner "fix" it and it still looks a mess. And they still charged me $65 for it. I had to go to a different nail salon and get a color change. Definitely will not be going back read more

I came in quickly, got sat quickly. It was great service as far as people tending to you. My mani was ok, she didn't clean under my nails which I'm a cosmo so I def watch these things. The coats she did with the color were alright I knew they would lift though. It wasn't worth the overpriced amount they charge. $40 gel mani, but if it last one week and chips or breaks your nails why have the thicker polish. Won't be back sorry. Go to OH MY NAILS! manis last, and the ladies there are just as amazing with a tad bit cheaper but you get what you pay for there. $30 mani will last you two weeks plus!!!! Usually mine last 3 weeks! read more

I have double-checked and confirmed that I entered the correct email address and phone number, which is evident in the confirmation emails I received and have attached for your reference. At the time of the appointment, I was 8 months pregnant and accompanied by my husband. We were at your location, visible on your front cameras, and tried calling multiple times using the phone number listed on Google, Yelp, and in the confirmation email. No one answered, and the business appeared to be closed (we sat there for a while looking for another lash spot). If the appointment had been canceled in advance, I would have seen the notification. Instead, I received a confirmation email just the day before the appointment, which clearly indicated that it was still scheduled. Your response blaming me for incorrect information is disappointing and reflects poorly on your customer service.

So here I am back at Jaslynn Rose. I like the convenience of the location close to home, their booking system is very easy to follow or just directly call into the business, the ladies are very nice. The only complaint would be the parking, it gets packed and most parking spaces are reserved for the surrounding laundromat or the insurance company. Some technicians are more popular and booked rather quickly, others are a little slower but they are just as professional, caring and attentive to their customers. If you aren't happy with the results and a bit picky, they will make the efforts to make sure you leave satisfied. Support your local businesses!

I've always battled acne and acne scars since middle school years (which is a long time ago lol) and there comes a time where you tell yourself no amount of skincare and makeup products will help your skin (just yet). Seeing an esthetician may sound expensive, but it is definitely worth it. Think of it as an investment for the sake of your skin, your happiness, your mental health. Yuki offers treatment options after assessing your skin, and each time you go, your skin may need different treatments. For example, when I saw Yuki 2 sessions ago, she noticed my skin got darker. It was true because I was taking more walks after lunch under the sun. She knew that I needed a brightening treatment that time. After going to Yuki's for 10 years, my skin has been clearer, brighter, with pores unclogged and ready for skincare products. I feel more confident and that is money well spent! Overall, she knows what she's doing and that's really what you want from an esthetician: the truth. Jenny and Yuki both work at that place and both of them know skincare. I've just been seeing Yuki for so long and she understands my skin. I gave this place another try because its so close to home I normally go to perfect nail in Dublin. At this one its always a hit or miss I always get gel set and like my nails flared out it always seems to be a big deal for that to happen, last time they put some gel on that completely ripped the top half of my pinky nail off. I went back yesterday just to get a regular mani and pedi with shellac love the color I picked for my nails but wasn't a team effort while they were taking care of me. The mani lady was doing her thing and once the pedi lady was ready to put my polish on she had to wait and wait and wait didn't speak up to ask for another uv dryer, she continued to mess with my toes cut more things that didn't need to be cut. But my main problem is I don't have concrete feet I have a few ruff spots that need to be focused on, every time I come here they scratch me up so bad on my feet!! Do you know how that feels on soft areas with that ruff thing scratching u?, so now I will not just go here because its close to my house I have had good experiences here but also bad and with $72+ being spent every time I'm not playing the guessing game anymore!! read more

The owner, Kim put mine on and I walked out of Perfect Nails & Spa extremely pleased and happy. I met a friend of mine at a Starbucks and she said they looked very natural and asked me to give her the location of Perfect Nails & Spa, which I was happy to do. In the past, when I had extended lashes applied they were always uncomfortable and I would remove them as soon as whatever function I attended had concluded. With these I plan to wear then continuously and will be a frequent patron of Perfect Nails and Spa, located at 699 Lewelling Blvd., Ste. 108B, San Leandro, CA. The people that run the front-desk are terrible. There's no point to making an appointment and/or with someone. They'll tell you they're working the day/time you request and you get there the day of and they say their off. OR You have to wait an extra 30 minutes for the person your requested. They have you sign in when you get there but there's no point. They look at it once then forget and ask you over and over what you're there for. Along with that, if you have an appointment with someone they will forget and give that person you requested a walk-in. The ladies that do your nails are great. It's just their "Scheduler" that is terrible. read more

I absolutely love this salon!!! The ladies there are very good at what they do. I have yet to find a favorite because every pedicure I've gotten had been wonderful. I really enjoy the Pearl Spa pedicure. But the jewel of this salon is Natalie. Natalie did my eyelashes last year and I have been coming back ever since. She is very professional and well versed in her craft; there are more than enough certificates and accreditations on her wall to make anyone feel at ease. She is just fantastic! I am sure I drive past several salons on my way to Perfect Nails but it doesn't matter I am a happy customer who will keep coming back!! read more

Perfect Nails is the right spot to go if you're looking for quality time, precision and schedule an appointment you can rely on it! My favorite manicurist is Esther and I always have the best pedicure ever, including a nice massage on calves, ankles and feet. I don't know what would I do without Esther with my running feet and broken toe nails! I recommend this place highly because Kim, the owner, and her husband David, welcome me like I am family. You guys shouldnt be pushing people to upgrade pedicures or manicures and lady named Jennifer was really pushing me to choose expensive kinds of pedicures and manicures. & This is thw first salon ive been to that charges for little things. Esp when you didnt request any of the little things. Lady named Jennifer would jus put it on you and not say nothing. This the first nail salon that will charge for little things and employees were really pushy. Really not worth coming here in my opinion. read more

This is my go to shop when I want a my nails and feet done. No matter who chair I sit in, I get good service. I do have personal favorites though, Jennifer, Esther, Annie, Kim are all very talented. I might be leaving some names off the list but hopefully, you understand anyone there will hook you up. If you want a certain shape that tends to be difficult just ask for Henry as he is the shape king and will make sure you get what you came for. Truly do love this shop read more

First of all, I need to give Tanya my nail tech a shout out! She did an awesome job! I just got a full set acrylic magnetic/chrome tip design today. The overall quality of the work was what I requested. She really took her time to make sure I had the best quality. The overall vibe in this nail salon was very friendly. My nail tech was very chill. Perfect Nails is open for outside service. The work they have done to keep us all safe is amazing. Kim, David, Henry and the staff put up tents and the outdoor stations every day and bring them in at night. Yes it's a bit more expensive, but look at the expenses they have incurred just to reopen. Cost isn't everything, my safety is and Perfect Nails is clean, safe and accommodating. Keep up the good work. read more

I stopped into the salon before grocery shopping one day, and I've been coming back ever since! They have the BEST selection of shellac colors! So many that it makes it difficult to actually select a color sometimes. I would recommend asking for/setting an appointment with Kelly. She is sweet, does a wonderful job with cuticles, shaping, and designs. read more

I have been seeing AMY for over a year. She has always given me excellent service and did what i wanted at that appointment. I always used an appointment even if in the same day.There has been times that there was a little confusion at the reception desk, but that has mostly cleared up.Very clean and friendly assistants. Natalie is the bomb.com. From facials to lashed to brows! she can do it baby. My face has been so smooth since i had started the micro facials. In the beginning i did it 1 to 2times per month. now every 3 months and my skin is perfect thruout. best place to get nails and feet... just watch out becasue they will up sell you on everthing. lol read more

I started coming here a few months ago for pedicures. I was paired with Tanya and right away we hit it off. She does a thorough job and makes sure to ask if I'm satisfied with how the color looks. I usually get a spa pedicure. Tanya takes her time with the scrubs and massage. I would definitely recommend coming here and asking for Tanya! read more

I went there when they opened on Sat., I would recommend you make an appointment. There were 5 people who were there at 9:00, a few were regulars, I had an appt but one girl waited over an hour. Great place though, Nancy help me and it was the first time I had real gel nails put on. They are amazing, what a different experience. read more

Tanya is my nail tech, she always does such a great job. Very good massages on hands and legs seriously relaxing. She always goes the extra step so I like to request her every time.
