Love perfect nail spa! I love the easy booking online but I see the welcome walk ins as well. Today I did a gel x removal, new gel x set with a design and it came out to 115 which I think is really reasonable. Jessica did my nails and she was so detail oriented and really friendly. Can't wait to come back!

I've been going to Kim for my lashes for years, and she is absolutely amazing! She really knows how to make my eyes look beautiful every single time. Her work is always consistent, clean, and perfectly customized to my eye shape. I always get compliments after every appointment! Kim is also very gentle, professional, and makes me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my lashes. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for gorgeous, long-lasting lash extensions!

I've been nicked and cut here before, but it was never bad enough for me to leave a review. Yesterday, during the cuticle cleaning, the nail tech cut a huge chunk of skin off my finger. I made sure to wash it thoroughly and apply antibiotic ointment when I got home, but it won't stop throbbing and I can't put any pressure on it.

Definitely recommend. Safe location, in between Chase Bank and CVS. Accepts walk-ins and has a reward system. Clean and spacious. Has around 12 TVs on the wall. Has complimentary water bottles, tea, wine, and snacks. Kim and Natalie do my lashes. They are professional and efficient, both very accommodating when it comes to booking appointments last minute. Gina does my mani, pedi, and wax. Friendly, has good costumer service, and has over 20yr+ experience. read more

I've had Gel-X nails and a pedicure here multiple times, and I'm never disappointed! My sister referred me, and I'm so glad she did. The salon is always clean and welcoming, the staff is friendly and professional, and they take their time to make sure everything looks perfect. My Gel-X nails always come out beautiful and last, and my pedicures are so relaxing. Ask for Tanya. She is THE BEST!! I went with Jenny today for a pedicure and acrylic set and she did a great job. She would ask if I liked the shape and would continue to make sure I was happy with my nails. Jenny also offered water, coffee, etc. which I thought was so great that they had. I will be going back with her. read more

Nice people, horrible work. I got chrome nails, and Heidi clearly didn't know how to apply it. It looked horrible so she had the owner "fix" it and it still looks a mess. And they still charged me $65 for it. I had to go to a different nail salon and get a color change. Definitely will not be going back read more

I came in quickly, got sat quickly. It was great service as far as people tending to you. My mani was ok, she didn't clean under my nails which I'm a cosmo so I def watch these things. The coats she did with the color were alright I knew they would lift though. It wasn't worth the overpriced amount they charge. $40 gel mani, but if it last one week and chips or breaks your nails why have the thicker polish. Won't be back sorry. Go to OH MY NAILS! manis last, and the ladies there are just as amazing with a tad bit cheaper but you get what you pay for there. $30 mani will last you two weeks plus!!!! Usually mine last 3 weeks! read more

I'm from Santa Cruz and I have to drive over here just to find a good nail tech. they are flexible with their schedule and affordable. Updated Review:…read more Beware of faulty use of product/MMA! My nails remained on for over a month, in that time span TWO of them fully broke my nail beds. Upon coming in for removal (soak off), techs buffed my nails, and soaked repeatedly. It took soaking and buffing 3 times. I spoke up, noticing the stubbornness of the product further adding to my suspicion of MMA use. I said "I have never seem acrylic behave this way", pulled my hands away, and removed the last foil for a closer look. Despite being soaked and filed 3 times, the "acrylic" had a glue, gummy like texture. So sticky in-fact it stuck to my hands when i touched it to show the tech the clear indicator of them not using normal products. The owner (male tech) had an absolutely disgusting attitude. He said "I know you, you left me bad review. You hate me, you hate my buisness. You came back to make me mad". At this point, we get into a slight altercation as I (also a small buisness owner) was shocked at his unprofessionalism and adult tantrum he was throwing. His attitude worsened when I requested to see the bottle of monomer they used. Any ETHICAL, licensed salon would comply with no issue. Instead the owners aggression worsens, he even tells me I could get out of his salon and leave. The salon and all techs refused to show me what they use. That is a concerning reaction to me, a customer, asking to see products that will be used for a service i am paying for. I even came with a girlfriend as we have an upcoming trip. I was sincerely hoping to be wrong about their product use and have a good spa day with my friend. She also caught side strays of disrespect from the owner (yelling at her) despite it being her first time in. I was so embarrassed bringing my friend into this situation and having her sit through disrespect. Due to the owners hostility, I wanted to leave ASAP. I asked the tech to stop the soak off, and stop filing my nails as they were left BRITTLE and breaking. In despite of all of this, he still charged me $10. I paid, $10 is nothing, i guess he must really need it. The owner's attitude was concerning, he would yell at me then retract and act calm and collected. He was too focused on the fact that I had left him a previous review instead of rectifying the situation. (The way any ethical buisness owner would) After the altercation calmed and he finished with his client (yes, there were clients in store when he was denying my request of products etc) He kept trying to make casual conversation with me and educate me on "their technique" since " I am not professional" (I am NOT professional... Im studying law not nails or cosmetology..) It was such a bizarre interaction to have someone so emotionally unstable come at me that way. The technicians performing my friends service were visibly uncomfortable by their bosses behavior and denial of request. One technician looked visibly shocked and removed herself from the situation. If he feels comfortable speaking to customers the way he did, I can even imagine how he speaks to employees when issues arise. After the horrible experience, my friend and I went down the road to Glossy Nail Lounge (brand new! grand opening 6/26) and got pedicures/manicures with proper service and products Sorry Boy, you must treat ALL customers with respect, something I learned in my field of work, you never know when an inspector or board member can walk into your establishment.

I gave this place another try because its so close to home I normally go to perfect nail in Dublin. At this one its always a hit or miss I always get gel set and like my nails flared out it always seems to be a big deal for that to happen, last time they put some gel on that completely ripped the top half of my pinky nail off. I went back yesterday just to get a regular mani and pedi with shellac love the color I picked for my nails but wasn't a team effort while they were taking care of me. The mani lady was doing her thing and once the pedi lady was ready to put my polish on she had to wait and wait and wait didn't speak up to ask for another uv dryer, she continued to mess with my toes cut more things that didn't need to be cut. But my main problem is I don't have concrete feet I have a few ruff spots that need to be focused on, every time I come here they scratch me up so bad on my feet!! Do you know how that feels on soft areas with that ruff thing scratching u?, so now I will not just go here because its close to my house I have had good experiences here but also bad and with $72+ being spent every time I'm not playing the guessing game anymore!! read more

The people that run the front-desk are terrible. There's no point to making an appointment and/or with someone. They'll tell you they're working the day/time you request and you get there the day of and they say their off. OR You have to wait an extra 30 minutes for the person your requested. They have you sign in when you get there but there's no point. They look at it once then forget and ask you over and over what you're there for. Along with that, if you have an appointment with someone they will forget and give that person you requested a walk-in. The ladies that do your nails are great. It's just their "Scheduler" that is terrible. read more

I absolutely love this salon!!! The ladies there are very good at what they do. I have yet to find a favorite because every pedicure I've gotten had been wonderful. I really enjoy the Pearl Spa pedicure. But the jewel of this salon is Natalie. Natalie did my eyelashes last year and I have been coming back ever since. She is very professional and well versed in her craft; there are more than enough certificates and accreditations on her wall to make anyone feel at ease. She is just fantastic! Perfect Nails is the right spot to go if you're looking for quality time, precision and schedule an appointment you can rely on it! My favorite manicurist is Esther and I always have the best pedicure ever, including a nice massage on calves, ankles and feet. I don't know what would I do without Esther with my running feet and broken toe nails! I recommend this place highly because Kim, the owner, and her husband David, welcome me like I am family. This is my go to shop when I want a my nails and feet done. No matter who chair I sit in, I get good service. I do have personal favorites though, Jennifer, Esther, Annie, Kim are all very talented. I might be leaving some names off the list but hopefully, you understand anyone there will hook you up. Perfect Nails is open for outside service. The work they have done to keep us all safe is amazing. Kim, David, Henry and the staff put up tents and the outdoor stations every day and bring them in at night. Yes it's a bit more expensive, but look at the expenses they have incurred just to reopen. I went there when they opened on Sat., I would recommend you make an appointment. There were 5 people who were there at 9:00, a few were regulars, I had an appt but one girl waited over an hour.
