Love that they accept Apple Pay. Not sure how to feel about the way my nail tech diluted my regular (non-gel) polish with acetone right in front of me before applying it onto my nails. My nails are 10 times better here than the last place I went to. It took them 90 minutes to do gel, nails and gel pedicure, but they took their time and did a fabulous job and really went extra on my pedicure. I usually do my own nails at home (gel), but decided to treat myself this time. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I asked for basic French tips, but the attention to detail was lacking; the tips were uneven and sloppy. The top coat was applied so thickly that it overflowed onto my skin. When I placed my hand under the light, it actually burned. Since the top coat had dried onto my skin, the nail tech aggressively filed the sides of my nails to try and fix it, which was uncomfortable and damaging. Sadly, I won't be returning. read more

Returned here because I had a fantastic first time experience w/ Alyssa! However, she wasn't working when I booked for my 2nd visit. I appreciate how they were able to fit me in for a gel pedicure the morning of my appt for a gel-x extension request. Tina was nice and executed my shape and color desires, but my big toe bled when she used her tool to clean and cut. It currently still stings at home, and she let me know it was "dry" when I spoke up about the bleeding. She then sprayed some alcohol directly on it. While I was getting my gel-x nails done by Kelly, I noticed my foot hurt and it was a small cut from the pedicure scrub on my other foot. I know these are accidents, but I've never had a bleeding on my toe from a nail tech and I'm in fear of an infection... As for Kelly who did my gel-x, she asked if I wanted a refill or new set (I didn't know refills would be ok for gel-x). I had 2 designs and showed her to see her input: French tips or ombré. She decided ombré for me & I let her know to keep the same length as the gel-x extension, & I asked for a quote. $55 for gel-x and $15 ombré. One of my index fingers needed a new set since it completely came off and the rest she did a refill. During the shaping and filing process, I noticed my nails were shorter than anticipated, so I let her know I'll go for French tips instead. I liked how patient and respectful Kelly was with my change of mind! She did go back and fix the tips when I let her know I wanted it thicker. In the end, she gave me the quoted price and didn't write over the ombré with French tips because she said it's the same price. However, their website says $10 for French so that can be confusing. In general, a refill should cost less but I still paid full price even though I did not receive a full-set of gel-x nails (just 1 index finger). I'd advise having accurate pricing & further info on the website so it doesn't confuse customers. Hoping my nails hold up and don't lift, just like the ones I got first time around! read more

I requested a cat eye set with some gel designs and she was able to achieve it in about an hour and a half. She has a friendly demeanor and had me wash my hands after buffing and shaping. Update: It's been exactly 2 weeks since I've gotten my nails done and there's no sign of lifting. She achieved my reference pictures and added her own twist to them. Not a great experience. The reviews here are great and I've been here 3 times, but this was horrible. Started off, the lady drilled a hold in my ring finger nail where I started bleeding. She didn't clean it or put any disinfectant on it. She just put the acrylic powder over it. It was worrisome I didn't see any cleaning products or disinfectant. She then proceeded acting like nothing happened and I have cuts on all my fingers. They throb. Every time I would ask her to fix the shape, she would get upset. Eventually another lady had to finish my nails, so the lady could do someone else's. And come to payment, 85$. Now I'm left with butchered fingers. read more

I personally think she just didn't want to take the time to do the fill. She talked on the phone the whole time, no small talk. That's fine. I went in to get my nails done a while ago and the girl who did them said I needed a new set when I asked for a fill. I wanted to know why I needed a new set when I had just gotten a new set the previous time I went. The girl begins to do my fill but starts huffing and puffing when she drills at the previous 3D art. I said ok you know what if you think I need a new set I will take it. The attitude was horrible until that point. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable to even make any requests. These are MY nails. I'M PAYING YOU to do them. These are not your nails and this is not your money. If you think my request is stupid or unreasonable that's fine but don't huff and puff like a child over a service you're offering. That's unprofessional, distasteful, and ghetto. She could have just explained to me (without an attitude) why she couldn't fulfill the service requested. Once my nails were finished I even tipped $15 which people might think I'm crazy. But that's about how much I tip for a job well done (the nails came out really good) and this was in exchange for me never going back. I always tip at the very least $10. I will be taking my $10 tips back to Dublin and Oh My Nails in Hayward will never see me again. Next time keep your workers in check. If you see your worker/coworker with an attitude make sure to remind them you are there to provide a service, not lose customers. read more

I've gone twice now and will definitely keep coming back. I opted for Gel X tips since my nails have been short and I love almond. I don't know the name of the girl who did my snowflake nails but she was very careful and really focused on trying to make my nails look like the picture I showed her. My Valentine's nails are my favorite! I wanted this glazed or chrome white nails with cute Comme des Garçons hearts and she nailed it! I believe her name is Trang. Either way I've heard that any of the nail techs are great at designs. I've been to this nail shop a few times and I enjoy this location given the convenience. I like that they have online booking and a parking lot in the back. I booked a gel fill appointment for a Wednesday at 1PM and they were packed. It took about two hours but it's due to the fact I got design. I asked for a pink & white fill, but the lady opted to do a pink fill and then spray on gel polish to create the ombré effect. I thought that was more work, but I'm overall happy with the results and impressed by her patience. I also got a 3D flower with rhinestones which look so good! My total came out to $70 for a acrylic fill with ombré and 3D flower design. I thought the price was pretty hefty at first, but the pricing seemed fair after I realized they weren't going to do the pink & white acrylic and instead opted to do the spray painting freestyle with gel. Overall I'm happy with my nails! Will be back as usual! I do recommend this place if you like long acrylics with designs because it seems like every employee is able to do any designs you want. read more
