I had my first full Brazilian wax with Sydney today using the sugar wax method and I am a fully satisfied customer. Sydney is highly professional yet personable. She is very sweet and made me feel comfortable and championed. I don't want to see anyone else for the rest of my life. This was only my second Brazilian wax ever, the first time being at the European Wax Center. My experience at EWC left me disappointed, in pain, and scared I might develop an infection because of how my skin reacted. After years and years, I finally got the courage to do a Brazilian!! At first I was just thinking of the regular Brazilian wax, but Sydney also does sugaring - Omgsh, after being told it was organic, cruelty-free, and does less damage than waxing; I was all in!! We first started chatting through Instagram. I told her how nervous I was and she was kind to inform me of exactly what she does and ensures you that you're in good hands...so that's when I took the leap to schedule, 3 weeks out, since I had just shaved. - Today marked 3 weeks - I follow the directions on her website (*very useful*), because GPS takes you there but it's in a small parking lot and upstairs. Found this place when I was in need of a new wax place and I actually like it. SERVICE- It's hard to find someone who's fast and thorough and Sydney is the one. I have been going to Sydney for almost a year now (started April 2019) for a brazilian w/ sugar and let me tell youuuuu I won't be going to back to shaving anytime soon! A coworker of mine had been telling me great things about her sugaring experiences but I had always been hesitant because I've never had anything waxed before in my life and was never planning on it. She showed me before and after pics of her hair going from thick and coarse to thin and fine all because of sugaring, I was sold!! I've never had real thick hair in my brazilian area, but after consistently going every 4-5 weeks I could definitely tell my hair has thinned out and grows back slower. For someone who can't take pain at all I would say the pain is a very bearable 6.5-7/10 (10 being the worst). Sydney always makes me feel very comfortable and not awkward, and brazilian appointments go by really quick, usually done in 20 minutes for a maintenance brazilian. I was hesitant for many reasons but I am so happy I found Sydney! I have been seeing Sydney now for what I believe is 3 years! I recently had a baby in December and saw her for a Brazilian sugar and Brazilian facial the night before I was to get induced. You would think being 39 weeks pregnant it would hurt, but it didn't and of course she works super fast and efficient to minimize pain. Fast forward 7 months later I finally caught some time to go see her again for a full leg wax, lip wax, armpit sugar, and Brazilian sugar/facial. When I tell you after 7 months this Brazilian had ZERO pain I'm being serious I was shocked and all of the services ONLY took 1 hour!
