I am so glad I found Mariana! She is very professional and she did a get job with my facial. I was able to relax and I think I probably snored a little bit. Mariana is not pushy, she requested I see her a certain amount of months. The pricing for her service is affordable! I wouldn't mind paying it monthly but she was honest and said it was not necessary to see her monthly!!! I love her honesty and not her trying to get my money. So basically I found my facial person and I am recommending her to everyone I know that is looking for a facial expert!! read more

Mariana is awesome! My whole family and extended family goes to see her including my teenagers and she is very honest and kind! She doesn't sell you products and gives you honest feedback. read more

Mariana is very professional and nice, I feel she actually cared about my skin, instead of just want to get the work done. Will go back again ! read more

After having one too many hit or miss appointments with European Wax Center, I decided it was time to search for a verified esthetician. I came across Mariana on Yelp, and it's safe to say I've found my new esthetician! I went to her for wax services, and the entire appointment went seamlessly. She ensured I was as comfortable as possible, and performed added measures to make sure my service was to my liking, including using a special honey wax roller to remove fine hairs. Mariana is so personable, and has an impeccably clean studio that is easy to get to. I wish I could keep her a secret, but that would be doing everyone a disservice. I look forward to booking more appointments with her! read more

Best Facial ever. Marianne is great and I loved my facial. Highly recommend her European facial

I have been going to Mariana for 4 years now and she always gets my skin right! She tailors the facial to your skin's needs. My skin looks so good and healthy for months after I see her. Her facials are affordable compared to every other place. Mariana is so sweet and I love talking to her every time I go. My elderly aunt also loves seeing her. We will never go to anyone else! read more

I literally had the most amazing experience with Mariana. She is so kind and lovely. Unlike other salons and facialists, Mariana actually spent time doing my extractions. I have deep acne scars and hormonal acne. She gave me product recommendations. I will definitely be seeing her regularly. I actually feel like I can achieve my skincare goals. read more

In my effort to stay local, I've been trying our different salons and providers using Groupon and Living Social. Sometimes I strike gold, something I strike out. Clearly from my five stars, I see gold with Euro Diva:) Mariana is kind, professional and good at what she does-the perfect trio! Like another Yelper, I bought a package after my initial appt because I really enjoyed my facia and it was a good deal=the ideal experience! I should add that her room is super nice. One of the best facial rooms I've seen! I know it wouldn't be a deal breaker if it wasn't ... but it doesn't hurt that it's swanky;) read more

In response to the Owner: I was very clear in my review that I did not receive services from you. I went to your location with the intention to receive services, but the experience was so negative that I wasn't comfortable trusting you with my skin. As you can see from my screenshots, I never received a text from you saying you'd be late. You said that "Hi sorry but my new address is..." And when I click on the link, it does not have a continuation of your message. It's just a confirmation of my appointment day and time. I will upload a screenshot of that as well. And yes I did agree to come to the new location even though you gave me less than an hour's notice. I am considerate of people's time, especially when it comes to small businesses. Even though it was very inconvenient for me to go to the new location, I still went because I know it's hard for small businesses when clients cancel the day of or last minute. So I was being respectful by not canceling the appointment last minute. I still wanted to give you a chance despite the last minute change. Also you can see in my photos that the waiting area is dark and creepy. There wasn't anyone in the area, no staff or clients. You can even see that the overhead lights are off in my pictures and in yours as well. I'm not going to attack you the way you try to in your response. I went to your location to receive services and I wrote my review detailing my experience in your location. And yes I am quick to write my review about your business because writing it on the day of service ensures that I stick to the facts of what I experienced. I do not lie or fabricate any I formation on my reviews. I am consistent and quite generous as you can see from my 200+ reviews. I try not to give bad reviews, especially to small businesses. But your behavior was so unprofessional and I needed to be honest about that in my review. That is what is so great about yelp. People write reviews telling their experiences at places they give their money to. Also I'm glad that you responded to my review because you have shown future potential customers how you respond to criticism. In the future, I would suggest giving yourself 10-15 minutes blocks between each client so that you aren't late. Tardiness seems to be a reoccurring issue with you according to other reviews on your page. read more

Mariana is AMAZING! I went in today for my first facial in several years and I must say I couldn't have had a greater experience. Location address has changed to 2743 Castro Valley Blvd. it's easy to find (between Togo's and Burger King) and there's tons of parking! You enter through the double doors and in front is Onyx Day Spa. You can sit and wait for your appointment there in front and Mariana comes out of the back room to call you in for your appointment. As soon as I walked in, She greeted me with such a kind demeanor. Her room is very clean and the lighting and music are so relaxing. During my facial she walked me through everything she was doing and the products that she was using on my skin. She also made several suggestions for at home care regarding my skin type and post care after my European facial and microdermabrasion. I do suggest bringing in cash or downloading Venmo/ Zelle as these are the easiest methods of payment for her. Overall I had such a great experience, Mariana has gained a new client! I plan on seeing her once a month. :) Thank you Mariana for everything! read more

WOW what a GEM! Mariana is very nice and professional. I was able to relax as she was massaging or prepping my face for my facial. She is such down to earth. The location is so easy to find and parking is no problem. Like Euro Diva so much that I have scheduled my next appointment. Give her a try, you won't be disappointed. read more

This place had been recommended by a couple people but I usually don't get too many facials so it took me a while to act. Booking the appointment was easy and she was able to find me a spot within a couple of days (I wasn't in a rush but still). My skin looks great- even after extractions. I will definitely be going back to her. read more

Came here and got a European facial that i found on groupon , Mariana was very pleasant and easy to talk to and had a gentle touch even during extractions My skin was left feeling so nice afterwards! I immediately booked my next appointment A great experience can't wait for my next facial , if you come here you won't be disappointed read more

I found Mariana through groupon. She is sooo skilled. I like that she gives recommendations but doesn't push you to buy products. She just gives honest advice. She is good at extractions which we all know hurt like hell. Everything else she does is really relaxing. She does wonders for your skin! Please note that parking is in the back. If you enter and no one is there it means she is in the room doing a facial still. She'll come out soon. I really like that she'll let you text to make appointments. I forgot my wallet one appointment but luckily she accepts Venmo read more

I highly recommend Mariana. I found her from a groupon. It's a great deal and she is more than happy to accept it. The facial is relaxing (except extractions, which are always painful). Mariana gives tips and recommendations based on your skin type so it's very helpful. A couple things to note: small parking lot. It can be kind of hard to find the first time. Also she tends to run just a little bit late around 5-10 minutes. However she does give you the full hour read more

My husband and I were immediately welcomed upon arrival to this salon. Mariana's private room is SO relaxing and professional. I was so pleased with my eyebrows and how I felt after having the appointment. She really is so sweet and people like this are exactly who I feel good giving up money to support their small business! I will definitely come back here for my future waxing needs! P.S. my hair did not start growing back as fast as it usually does. PLUS she gave me a super natural arch and will slowly help me repair the awful damage done by previous eyebrow threaders/waxers THANK YOU SO MUCH, MARIANA!!! read more

Mariana is the best! I get facials and waxing with her and she never disappoints! I would totally recommend her to anyone trying to do any pampering read more

Mariana is amazing at what she does and I refuse to go anywhere else for my facials. Not only has she improved my skin, she provides an exceptionally clean operation that leaves me relaxed every time I visit. read more

I purchased groupons for my mom and I to get facials here. I was impressed with how quickly she was able to schedule us for appointments. It is much easy to text with her than to try to call her (just a heads up). Her room is in an office at the back of a building. I had been there before to get a massage from the people she shares the space with. If you've never been there, it may be kind of confusing to find. When you walk in the door there are 5 or 6 doors that are closed. You'll see a couch, and I suggest just plopping a squat until she comes to you rather than knocking on the door... she may be finishing up another client. Her actual room is very clean, but she has to put all of her stuff in one room, so you can tell it's a little over packed. She was very good at asking questions and giving recommendations. I will say that her table is not the comfiest of tables to lay on your back on for an hour... I had to switch up my position several times. Her steam machine is great though... it's not too hot but you can tell it's working well. I lived the product she used and how gentle she was she she was doing the extraction portion of the facial. Very gentle hands! I def give this place a thumbs up and suggest you give her a try for yourself!! read more

I learned about this place through Groupon like most people and now I'm a regular customer. I also bought a lot of her vouchers for all my friends and family. This place is awesome! Mariana does a great job with extraction. She really knows how to work with your skin type and will recommend products accordingly. What I like about Mariana is that she doesn't do selling by forcing you to buy her products like most places do. She will only recommend the best products for your skin type and where you can get them for cheap. Scheduling and parking are very easy. You can text her for appointment scheduling as well. If her parking lot is full, you can park in the Plaza next door and walk over. She accepts cash, atm cards, and Venmo! How convenient is that!? She only takes appointment and no walk-in which is what I prefer. You will get your service on time instead of waiting in line for your turn. Her salon is very clean. The products that she uses on your face are all high end brand name, very great quality. Mariana is very friendly. You will definitely like her and the quality of her service. 5 read more

I found Mariana on Groupon! Mariana is so good at what she does. The extractions were not painful, she massages my face to where I fell asleep. Moisturized my face and gave great skin advice. I made a microdermabrasion appointment for next month. I am looking forward to it. I plan to visit her monthly for facials! read more

My face and neck feel great! Don't let the parking lot or small in attended lobby put you off. Mariana is welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. She isn't pushing a skin care line. She simply wants to help and educate. The studio is small, quaint, and clean. It's the next morning and I absolutely feel so great that I booked my next appointment. read more

I don't usually make reviews but this was one of the best facials I have had. Mariana is so easy to talk to, you can text her to make appointment. Will definitely be back!!! read more

I've been going to see Marianna since the beginning of January! I found her on Groupon and got, quite possibly, the most incredible first facial from her. Her extractions are virtually painless compared to the crazy painful ones I've had in my lifetime. I couldn't believe how good she was at it! I see her on a monthly basis which is not like me at all but her pricing is reasonable and her skin-saving skills are addictive. I trust my skin to her 100%. I secretly hate that everyone loves her so much too because I want her to be my little secret! lol. All jokes aside- book a sesh with her. You won't be disappointed. read more

Marina gives thee best facial ever. Very knowledgeable about skincare , since going to her I notice a huge difference in my skin. Great location with plenty of parking . I defiantly recommend you give her a try read more

Mariana is my go-to for all my skincare and waxing needs. She is gentle yet thorough, with a warm and caring personality to match. Had a facial today (not my first time) and my skin looks and feels so smooth and healthy. Her prices are very reasonable and she does get booked up quickly so make an appt ahead of time. Will definitely try out the eyebrow tinting and chemical peel one day! Look nowhere else, ladies and gents! read more

Mariana is nothing short of amazing, I haven't been to her in a couple of months because 1) I've been busy and 2) my skin has DRAMATICALLY improved. I wish I was brave enough to have taken "before" pictures. Marina was honest from my first appointment about how long it would take to correct my skin issues, and is always empathetic about her struggles with her own skin as well (rather than scolding). She consistently asks how you're feeling throughout, and when I had a bad bad breakout once and she didn't want to irritate it, she was honest with me and did what she could as well as advised me to see a dermatologist. She would always educate me during my appointments as well on my specific type of acne (cystic) and I've taken everything I learned from her to heart. I don't even wear makeup anymore :) Thank you Marina, I'll still be coming back for a facial soon! read more

I found Mariana on Groupon. She welcomed us at the entrance because we didn't know the door was in the back. Mariana is super kind and pleasant . She went far and beyond her duties helping me getting up and down with my broken knee. I got my eyebrow upper lip and armpit waxed. She is very professional. I didn't feel any pain. finished just on time. I highly recommend this business: reasonable pricing, clean, accurate timing and very relaxing and welcoming. read more

I had been wanting to get a facial for a long time when I saw the ad on Groupon for Euro Diva. It was close to Christmas so I bought one for myself and one for my daughter. When I called to make an appointment, they actually got us in rather quickly. I got a little scared because a lot of people kept telling me that facials hurt during the exfoliating part, where I thought they were like a massage and would be relaxing. So the day came for our appointments and my daughter went first. An hour later she came out and I asked her if it hurt and she said no that she almost fell asleep a couple of times cause she was so relaxed. I felt better after hearing that so I went in and layed down on the bed for my facial experience. The room was warm and the lights were dim and the music was soothing. Mariana is amazing!!! She is so gentle and made my first facial a pleasant one. I too almost dozed off a few times. She didn't try to upsell anything either which I liked. She recommended coming back in 3-4 months and recommended some products I could use on my face. I told my daughter since our birthdays are in May, that we would go again. Since this was my first facial, I don't have anything to compare it to but my daughter has had one done before this one and she said this one was better. I highly recommend Mariana to anyone!! read more

As many others, I found this gem through a Groupon. I am thankful I did! I took me and a friend in for facials and we both fell in love. Hands soft and firm, sweet demeanor, great setting and of course the facial was amazeballs!!!!! Our faces felt great and so did I over all. Yes I am going back and have decided that she needs to be apart of my bi-monthly self-care routine. She is great and I am happy I lucked up and found this place. Parking isn't the best but there is plenty of street parking. Best part is she takes venmo lol!!!! read more
