I really love this nail salon. All of the ladies are super friendly and they always get me in and out quickly. I would say it's probably my favorite nail salon in the East Bay area. Julia has done my nails the last few times and she always does a thorough and great job. They have a huge variety of colors to choose from. It's also always a relaxing and decompressing environment. The prices are also very fair. I've been to other salons in the area where they definitely up charge for every little thing. The only downside of this place is sometimes it's hard to find parking. Diamond Nails is under new ownership. I have been going there for 20yrs. The previous owner always took care of me like family. I wasn't sure what to expect. The new owner Kelly did my nails this week. She did a great job and made me feel comfortable and special. I wish her and the staff success. Linda always greeted everyone when coming in by name. I was always surprised that she not only knew her clients by name but knew everyone else's clients by name too. It will take awhile but my suggestion woukd be to carry the long standing tradition. Been going to Lisa for many years she very sweet and takes great care of my nails. The other girls here are also very nice I had my mani and pedi done multiple times and they've always lasted me 4-5 weeks. If I ever chip a nail I can always go there and they will fix it for me. For the rest of the reviews based off the new owner changing locations and taking her clients with her thats not a legit reason to leave a hard working store a 1 star review. It's embarrassing to have your customers from another nail salon leave a bad review because she sold her business and bought a new one. Please do better people. read more

Diamond Nails has been my nail salon for about the last year or two. It was recommended by a friend and I have no complaints. This is definitely a place to make an appointment at! It gets busy and it's nice to be able to just walk in. The place is located right off the boulevard. They have a small parking lot but usually you can snag a spot in there. I like how nice and modern it is inside. It's really spacious inside and everything looks super sleek. Very relaxing vibes. They have TVs that are muted and usually are playing a cooking program (which I like-- it's usually an interesting show). The ladies are all very nice and do a great job on your nails. They will check in to see if you like how your nails are coming along and ask about your day. They have a lot of colors to choose from and the pedicure chairs that give a massage. I typically get a gel manicure and pedicure. They usually work on them at the same time which makes the trip a little quicker. However, I never feel like they rush through the services. They take their time to provide quality. I have never left here disappointed. I've never been cut or had an unpleasant experience. Remember to bring cash for the tip! read more

I have been coming here for a couple years now. Usually I have a good experience, but this time it was absolutely terrible. Wendy does a good job, she did a great job with my mom's nails and the lady that did my grandma's nails was also good. The lady that did my full set did an absolute terrible job. Did not put enough coats - I can still see through my nails. She cut my pinky nail too deep, it really stings. She did not give me the nail shape I asked for. She kept making excuses for doing a bad job on my nails too. She's constantly talking & not even focused on the nails, she wears glasses, but can't even see the nails she's working on. My nails look shape looks slanted now. I used to recommend Diamond Nails, but I don't think I'll be doing that from now on. Please save your money and go somewhere else. read more

Not good at all, 4 of us went in for pedicures made appointments and 1 person was waiting it was just a mess from start to finish. The pedicures jet was not cleaned prior, the tools came from in her box, no soak was added, she used a remover to push my cuticles but it was all just for show, the scrub scratched up everyone's leg, the end result my mom ended up with Fungus.
