Updated Review:…read more Beware of faulty use of product/MMA! My nails remained on for over a month, in that time span TWO of them fully broke my nail beds. Upon coming in for removal (soak off), techs buffed my nails, and soaked repeatedly. It took soaking and buffing 3 times. I spoke up, noticing the stubbornness of the product further adding to my suspicion of MMA use. I said "I have never seem acrylic behave this way", pulled my hands away, and removed the last foil for a closer look. Despite being soaked and filed 3 times, the "acrylic" had a glue, gummy like texture. So sticky in-fact it stuck to my hands when i touched it to show the tech the clear indicator of them not using normal products. The owner (male tech) had an absolutely disgusting attitude. He said "I know you, you left me bad review. You hate me, you hate my buisness. You came back to make me mad". At this point, we get into a slight altercation as I (also a small buisness owner) was shocked at his unprofessionalism and adult tantrum he was throwing. His attitude worsened when I requested to see the bottle of monomer they used. Any ETHICAL, licensed salon would comply with no issue. Instead the owners aggression worsens, he even tells me I could get out of his salon and leave. The salon and all techs refused to show me what they use. That is a concerning reaction to me, a customer, asking to see products that will be used for a service i am paying for. I even came with a girlfriend as we have an upcoming trip. I was sincerely hoping to be wrong about their product use and have a good spa day with my friend. She also caught side strays of disrespect from the owner (yelling at her) despite it being her first time in. I was so embarrassed bringing my friend into this situation and having her sit through disrespect. Due to the owners hostility, I wanted to leave ASAP. I asked the tech to stop the soak off, and stop filing my nails as they were left BRITTLE and breaking. In despite of all of this, he still charged me $10. I paid, $10 is nothing, i guess he must really need it. The owner's attitude was concerning, he would yell at me then retract and act calm and collected. He was too focused on the fact that I had left him a previous review instead of rectifying the situation. (The way any ethical buisness owner would) After the altercation calmed and he finished with his client (yes, there were clients in store when he was denying my request of products etc) He kept trying to make casual conversation with me and educate me on "their technique" since " I am not professional" (I am NOT professional... Im studying law not nails or cosmetology..) It was such a bizarre interaction to have someone so emotionally unstable come at me that way. The technicians performing my friends service were visibly uncomfortable by their bosses behavior and denial of request. One technician looked visibly shocked and removed herself from the situation. If he feels comfortable speaking to customers the way he did, I can even imagine how he speaks to employees when issues arise. After the horrible experience, my friend and I went down the road to Glossy Nail Lounge (brand new! grand opening 6/26) and got pedicures/manicures with proper service and products Sorry Boy, you must treat ALL customers with respect, something I learned in my field of work, you never know when an inspector or board member can walk into your establishment.

I came here for lash extensions and ended up in the ER and urgent care (twice)…read more I've had lashes before without any problems. But came here for a more natural look after being referred by a friend. I told the tech from the beginning of the service that my eye was burning. She continued anyway. This continued on throughout the duration of my service, with the tech leaving without explanation during the process. That night, the pain and redness started to get worse. The next morning I went to urgent care who then sent me to the ER. After multiple tests, I was informed that my eye was cut and that I had chemical burn in both eyes. As if that weren't bad enough, I woke up the next morning with both eyes nearly swollen shut. Apparently the lash glue they use is extremely strong and caused an allergic reaction. I suffered temporary blindness and had discharge from both eyes. I texted with the salon about this multiple times. I also returned and the manager stood there without even acknowledging me. When I asked to speak to him directly, he told me that "it is what it is" even though I brought my medical documentation with me. I had to ask for a refund which took several days. And I have since been given the run around about the claims process to help get my medical bills covered. I understand that things happen, but it's how this was handled that left a very bad taste in my mouth. I do not recommend this business and will obviously not be returning.

I showed the design I had in mind & they were happy to make it happen. I chose a tiger strip design on a clear orange color with gem stones on my ring and thumb finger. I was getting my nails done for edc Las Vegas and tried a new salon that's local here in San Leandro and I'm soooo happy with how my nails came out! They are gorgeous and they were great with guiding me on design or style and color too. It was very busy for a Monday and everyone seemed pleased inside, we were happy to have came today and get our manicure and pedicure services done. They are also very fast, I was impressed! Will be coming back, there is plenty of parking in the lot & a nice nail salon with plenty of options to Choose from.

We will be closed Saturday July 4th and will reopen Sunday July 5th

It's a very small shop ! So patience is a virtue . I will say I'm not quite sure if they really go off appointment times . I called and they said come at 12 . I got there at 12:05 and didn't get seen until 12:30 . But again , I know they're a small shop so I was not too bothered by the wait . I pay 90$ for a deluxe pedicure which includes flower petals , scrub , oil down and massage . Clean up , hot wax on your feet , and finished with hot rock massage and hot towels , on top of my eyebrows and mustache getting waxed ! All for 90$ that also included the gel polish on my nails with French tip so just imagine how much it'd be if you just got regular polish ! That's a great deal and it's worth it . They are very good with precision and detail because my French tip was hand painted . I've never gotten my actual nails done here but I've seen customers leave with amazing designs and details . They always bring me back to life my feet always feel Ike a baby's bottom when I leave . Pros : good work , great pricing . Family oriented. Cons : small shop so limited chairs and techs , don't really follow appointment times . I have patience for things that's worth it ! They definitely are ! So I recommend getting a deluxe pedicure ! And listen to some music to dull the wait time lol . Also they have a card and after 10 services from them you get a free service so don't forget to get that card !

Instead I got something that didn't follow the lash line at all, was uneven, and made me look ridiculous. I literally cried in my car at the idea of anyone seeing me like that, it was humiliating. I texted Christina and asked her to just remove them. She said she could fix them. Fine. The last picture is what I walked out with after her "fixing" them, no additional commentary needed there! She said to come back in 2 weeks and she'd "fix" them more. So, I should come back and pay her more money for doing a bad job in the first place?! Plus, after an application, a removal, and another application my eyes burned for literally hours (I had to continuously flush them with eyedrops) and my eyelids were sore for 2 days. I asked for a refund and Christina said she'd refund half because she "spent a lot of time on it". Guess what? I spent a lot of time earning the money I paid to not get what I asked for and to walk out feeling worse about how I looked instead of better. I agreed to a 50% refund and haven't heard back from her since OR gotten my money back. So I ended up out $180 and with mangy eyelashes, spent my day off feeling like crap, and I had to pay again to get them done decently (after having to deal with false eyelashes for weeks while the damage grew out). Don't waste your time or money, and take note of how she chooses to handle dissatisfied customers

I got a pedicure and gel manicure. Firstly, the woman who did my pedicure was wrapping up my service without adequately scrubbing my feet to remove the dead skin...so I had to ask her to scrub my feet. Secondly, the woman who did my manicure planned to wrap up the service while the polish was uneven. I pointed this out and she removed the polish and had someone assist her with redoing my left hand while she waxed someone's brows. I looked at my right hand and realized it looked like trash too so I asked them to fix that hand too...and my pictures are the result of this effort. I spent almost two hours in the shop and this is what I was left with. To add insult to injury, the total was $75.00! One of the women decided to give me a $5.00 discount because "you're so nice." Or maybe I'm just a sucker . Anyway, I'm generously giving them one star because they were pleasant and because I have no choice. I won't be back.

They do take credit cards, zelle and Venmo. Nice pedicure chairs and clean (though I didn't see the instruments being cleaned between customers). My favorite nail place uses a sanitizer and opens a fresh set of tools each time. No warm hand towels or hand massage. Limited pastel colors.
