Let me start here I was desperate. And hoped for the best I found this eyebrow-threading place on Yelp while in a desperate situation. The atmosphere was cramped and dimly lit, but I decided to give it a try. I provided instructions on how I wanted my eyebrows to look, but the final result was not satisfactory. Despite the mediocre service and atmosphere, I paid the fee and left a tip. However, I will not be returning and would not recommend it to close friends or foe. PS After having my eyebrows done, you cannot tell the difference. So, if you days later, I had my eyebrows done again in Alameda. I can't recall the name, but I will do a review on that company in Alameda. Go there not here. read more

I was looking for a new threading salon that was closer to where I live and found this place. I called to make an appointment and they said that I could walk in, no problem. I walked in and got serviced immediately! There was a line after so I came in at the right time. The woman who did my brows was quick and accurate. I am only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because after over 10 years of getting my eyebrows threaded, I've never been nicked and left with little red scars for a week. read more

Friendly and quick customer service that provides threading services. Their most popular service looks to be brows (gets busy in the afternoon) but I come for underarm threading. I went in to get my lashes done but the lashes are too close to my eyelids , it's uncomfortable when I blink.

I go here to get my upper lip waxed. Some of the ladies are better than others. They get the job done. My daughter also goes there and she is content with the service. I just have one concern when I go there. During a time of Covid, Colds and severe flu going around, I really wish they would wear a face mask. They are getting so close, it is the least they could do, remove it when you are done. Today I went and one of the ladies was very sick and coughing. I just got over the flu and I almost just left. HORRIBLE for lash lift. So many things wrong. My lashes barely lifted and they are also incredibly uneven. My friend who was here with me also had uneven lashes. The lady left a bunch of chunked up glue on my lashes, and when I politely pointed out the uneven lashes to her, she kept telling me that it looks lifted and is even to her. The lashes on one of my eyes are literally shooting straight out and not lifted up... I've had my lashes done elsewhere before and they were perfect, lifted, and curly. But here, the lady kept trying to blame it on ME saying that my lashes were "so tiny". I've had someone else do them perfectly before, so there should be no excuse like this... In addition to that, the room smelled SO BAD. Every time the lady walked into the room to do my lashes, it literally smelled like the worst WORST fart ever. Idk why, but it smelled like someone was incredibly sick, and the smell never went away. Imagine laying around waiting for your lashes in a horrible smelling room... I would NEVER recommend this place. I should have not left a tip at all... But I did. Horrible quality and atmosphere and they make fun of your "tiny lashes" while barely lifting it. Sita was amazing. I had eyebrow threading, underarm waxing and a Brazilian. She was quick and offered advice for minimizing hair regrowth. The salon was clean and welcoming. If I were to be picky I would say that she was talking too much on the phone so it was hard to understand when she was asking me questions or asking the person person on the phone questions. PLEASE, do yourself a favor and dont come here for eyebrow threading. I am back and forth from the Bay and San Diego and i've been trying to find a good eyebrow place for myself. Their prices are somewhat cheaper than most so thats what led me to try this place. Being a Thursday morning there was only one lady doing eyebrows and about three people in line. I honestly dont mind waiting so wasnt no worry for me. Once I sat down in the chair, I told her what I wanted which was very even eyebrows and to keep them thick as she could. Fast forward, process was fast and when she gave me the mirror it was almost even. The tips couldve used some tweezing so I asked her to take a little off the ends of my one eyebrow. I pride myself on even eyebrows and when she took out her thread and threaded the end I KNEW she took off more than i asked! She gives me the mirror again and boom! LITERALLY SHE THREADED OFF AN UNNECESSARILY LARGE END OF MY EYEBROW. The beginning of my eyebrows look fine but now one is thick in the beginning and SUPER THIN AT THE ENDS!! Looks so unpleasing to me and you can tell exactly where she messed up. I was hoping she could just tweeze the ends of my eyebrows but no she thinned the heck out of my eyebrows. Now I will have uneven eyebrows for christmas as it takes forever for my eyebrows to grow back. Never coming back here again. read more

She is the one working on me, I have no way of telling when I need to tighten my skin more or not. That should have been her professional perception and call to let me know. Disappointed Was excited to get my lashes done here after reading the reviews. Told the technician I wanted them to look natural and even showed her a picture but they look like she literally just applied the lashes with no technique at all. UPDATE So after I wrote my review I get a call from the technician sita I believe saying her boss called her and saw the post on yelp and that she wanted to fix them. I told her to fix them so they look natural she would need to redo them and place different lash lengths across my eyelid.She said the only thing she could do was remove some of the lashes. I never catch the name of who does my eyebrows each time I come but I've been here 3 times now and I always leave super happy about how my brows look! They take their time with threading and even when applying the aloe afterwards which I really appreciate. Just let them know what you want beforehand. I don't like getting center of my eyebrows threaded because I've been trying to grow them out for a long time and they always make sure to stay away from that area. My mother wanted to try a new threading place since her last eyebrow specialist is on maternity leave. We went and there were two specialists. One took my mother in quickly. She did not take her time and just did a clean up. My mother noticed one side was thicker than the other and was asking me. The lady said it was fine. We were disappointed. It took me 4 months to my eyebrows out and the lady thinned them out into lines in 2 minutes. So sad, I asked for a clean up she took more then half of my eyebrow off. I told her I like my eyebrows very thick not sure what made her think it's OK to thin my eyebrows out like that. Maybe bring some pictures in of what you want and what you don't want to avoid this happening to you. I've been here twice before and they did a wonderful job, not sure what happened today. After growing out my eyebrows for 2 months, I went to get eyebrow threading here and I was not disappointed! The lady left my eyebrows really clean and it was minimal pain.
