Unfortunately had a bad experience with the person helping me Thursday evening. She was unnecessarily aggressive with the threading which cause cuts and my skin to get torn off due to threading. When she brushed the excess hair off me, it was also very forceful. It wasn't much of a brushing hair off motion but hitting my eyes with cotton balls afterwards the area stung a lot and swollen. Also, my eyebrows are uneven. One eyebrow didn't have a tail like the other one did and it was cut short. Oh yeah she also tore out some hair on my head with a thread bc I think some strands were in my face. You can just tell me to move my hair. I just didn't want to stay any longer. read more

I was running last minute errands for my birthday celebration and I went here after getting my hair done because it was close and I used to go here all the time when I lived in CV. The lady who did my service, rushed the entire time and I was the only one in there, not only that she cut my face really bad. I was bleeding and it wasn't stopping so I went in there to tell her and she put some witch hazel and I had to clean it myself. It still was bleeding after 5 minutes, so my mom went in there to tell her and all she can say is sorry that's it.. I suggest she needs to be trained better or just not be in the business, customer service was terrible, and she literally didn't do all the steps your supposed to do when getting eyebrows threaded I had to remind her to do the middle of my eyebrows too smh! read more

Made a last minute appointment here to get my brows threaded before my sister's wedding. I made an appointment, but it seemed like they would have taken me as a walk-in just as easily. I was a little nervous that they would make my brows too thin because I'm trying to grow them out, so they look a little scraggly. I just wanted them shaped a bit so that I could fill them in better while they grow in. The technician who did was brows was very nice. We had a bit of a hard time understanding each other, but she did a great job for a very reasonable price and my brows came out exactly how I had hoped! I will absolutely be back! read more

I came one to this place few times trying to work with what they have , but they really have issues with professionalism and cleanliness. Rani seems the one capable of doing diverse services but even her doesn't run much conversation with customers so you have to advocate for what you want. It seems to work ok for walk ins but not much for other services. I do not recommend the place much. It can benefit form cleanliness rather than just nice smells . Their website is not reliable in scheduling and communication is broken. read more

As I was driving through this plaza, I noticed this place was new. It's easy to get to (right off the freeway), and has plenty of parking. I did a walk up appointment and got my eyebrows threaded by Rani. I don't get them done often enough, so normally they hurt, but this did not hurt! After she was done, she offered me aloe or witch hazel. I got witch hazel since I tend to break out afterwards. The whole process took about 7 minutes. I left with beautifully shaped/clean brows. As you can see the text message I received from the rewards program stated that my service was free, upon arrival I ask the lady at least 6 times before service that it was free she said yes. Once I was finished she charged me 25 dollars. So it wasn't in fact free. I felt mislead into paying more than I came in for. I never had my eyebrows tinted so I figured why not try it out since it free. I hated how it looked leaving the shop. The deal is the threading eyebrows which is $15 is free but you have to pay for tinting service. So not only did I pay for something I'd never get but I looked like a damn fool with it. She said it's suppose to look better by tomorrow. I came home and scrubbed my face hoping that it would come off. Be aware of the scam "free" even if she says yes 6times. She never implied that the threading is free but the tinting will be 25. The fact that I just gave them 5 stars and a great review 2days ago. I still stand by my eyebrows coming out great without tinting. Service is still in and out as a walk in. Place is clean. New management. First time I came, okay job. But more recently, the lady who did my brows did not even look at my face before she started going in at my brows. One brow looked like a wave of hair and when I told her she had plucked too many hairs in different spots leaving gaps, she straight said "no, your eye brows were like that." They were not. Now I'll have to draw in some bald patches until my brows grow out. I'd be careful. read more
