My niece spoke with Vanessa asking why was her appointment canceled and Vanessa"said the reason for the cancelation was that she had given it to another person! Vanessa saw that she was a teenager and took advantage of her being a kid and tried to tell her to rebook and pay more money for the deposit. Sonia and Vanessa are truly eyebrow artisans who are very skilled at their craft. Been a customer for years and I always leave here with my brows on fleek. I get tons of compliments from people whenever I'm out and about. They take their time when shaping your brows and ask for your feedback along the way and for your final approval before you leave the chair. Personally, I feel like the price for the service is fair and the results last longer than other cheaper places I've tried. Plus the cheaper places never get the job right for me. read more

Sonia has saved eyebrows. Everywhere I have gone before always thin them out never asked for my opinion on MY eyebrows. Making an appointment with her is hard. She is busy every day she works but it is worth the wait. My eyebrows look AMAZING. !!! Update: prices have dramatically increased and the new people who say to have experience will only clean up your eyebrows. No shape. Just a clean up I could have done at home. Whether you're looking for your eyebrows to be cleaned up or re-shaped, the ladies here work magic, literally! My eyebrows are super thin but once I leave the salon, my eyebrows are more defined. Sonia is the owner and she is my go to gal and I love how she converses with you while threading. We chat about almost everything and before I know it, she's all done! I have to give her mad props because she's literally a miracle worker, my eyebrows have been brought back to life from some seriously dark times, haha! Not only have I been coming here for years but wow the experience and my service is always amazing when I come in. Despite these bitter reviews it's definitely a place to come to and check out. Sonia is really good with brows and so much more. Vanessa is really good as well even got my first Brazilian with her and will continue to do so. Viviana has also done services on me and I have not been dissatisfied with either or. I trust all three with full face, eyebrows, everything! I had discovered the salon about 6mo ago and started getting my eyebrows threaded by Viviana. First impression, the whole set up and vibe is so cute and clean. I felt comfortable as soon as I got in the chair. It was just for a clean up and she did a wonderful job. My eyebrow shape has never been more clean. About 2 weeks ago I decided to book for sugaring. I was excited bc I had been sugaring for almost 10 years and I've been looking for a place closer to me. Sonia provided the service and she made the whole experience comfortable and pleasant. BEWARE !!! I did my research found them on IG , their page looked great with all the content they posted the eyebrows they posted were top tier. I decided to follow through with booking an appointment with Sonia for brow tint and threading. I have very full thick eyebrows and I told Sonia that I wanted to keep them nice and thick with NO SHAPING and making them thin so all she had to do was clean them up. As she was threading my eyebrows I felt her keep going higher and higher on my arch. I told her please do not make them thinner or shape them. She said yes I know don't worry. When she showed me my brows at the end she removed a chunk of the beginning of my brow my brows were so thin and uneven I couldn't even recognize myself. I was so so so upset with my service. They seem all nice and friendly but honestly DO NOT CARE, her service is so rushed too when there was no one after me. They lie to you about availability, the day of my appointment they post on their story they have available times I asked for that are opened I understand ppl cancel but the post states that they have time's available with a discounted price at that. They lie and are not honest. This place is over priced for the service they do not give. I absolutely love going to Sonia to get my eyebrows threaded. I've gone to her for years. And when I heard she offered waxing services I got excited. When I heard she offered vajacial I immediately booked my appointment. It was my first time getting waxed ever. But Sonia made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She explained everything she was doing to make sure I kept feeling comfortable. Everyone always tells you that waxing hurts and it does a little bit, but Sonia helped me stay relaxed by talking to me, so the pain wasn't bad at all. After the wax we moved onto the vajacial. She did masks, exfoliation and extractions. Let me tell you. Sonia got all the little in grown hairs out and the exfoliation and masks really made my skin soft and so much lighter. Any dark spots I had were practically gone. I HIGHLY recommend getting the vajacial it includes the wax and everything. For the price it's honestly worth the money. Even if you o Ly want to thread your eyebrows. I highly recommend going to signature eyebrows. They are fast. So I brought my grandma here to get her eyebrows done by Ashley and I wasn't getting mine this time because I didn't make an appt, so my grandmother paid ahead of time for me to come I later in the week. Well there was an accident on the freeway so I knew there would be no way I could make it so I called but got voicemail so I left a voicemail saying who I was and the situation. I was extremely apologetic even though I couldn't control that there happened to be an accident that day. Well I didn't get a call back so I called again and still nothing. I really liked getting my eyebrows done by Sonia, however I understand her family comes first and with her baby was not at the shop as often. The two girls working there are mediocre at eyebrows and seem rushed and hurried all the time, even if I am the only one in the store. I've stopped coming here because it's become more of a hassle than anything now, and mainly due to my last experience with them. Below: Called on a Monday after hours and left a message to secure an appointment for a Wednesday. Had not heard anything by Tuesday afternoon so, I called again. Left yet another detailed message (mind you their message machine says to leave a message with your appointment slot and they will call back to confirm) and by Wednesday after 5pm I STILL had not gotten a call back. I called again just to get my frustration out really, to be honest. Ashely answers, I ask if they checked their messages because I had been calling to make an appointment for earlier that day because I know that's the day Sonia works, blah blah polite rant about now not being able to see Sonia until Saturday when they are the busiest, and she goes "Yeah, ok, so did you still want an appointment?" I first came to Signature Eyebrows about 2 years ago because I was desperate to get my eyebrows done and my usual place closed at 5. Let me tell you, i absolutely hated getting my eyebrows threaded, but again I was desperate and decided to go. I love the shape that Sonia gave me the most beautiful shape, and I decided to come here for my eyebrow needs since then. I have brought my cousins, friends and even my mom here. I usually go to Nicole or Ashley because Sonia is so popular at what she does. Ashley and Nicole are really great at what they do as well. Ashley is super quick at threading, while Nicole takes her time and really pays attention to detail. For the yelpers complaining they're not friendly, they usually only get 15-20 min with each client so they don't have much time to chat. They have always been very nice to me. The fact that you can't find their location shouldn't be a reason to deduct stars because they are right on Hesperian, not in the car wash as many have mentioned. read more

The girls there are super nice. Although the shop is quite small it's not that hard to miss given that it's right undying of the car wash next to Sam's burgers. I would give them 5 stars, but my only con is their business hours. They say they're open from __ to __ but I sometimes find them opening later or closing up early.
