I came here for lash extensions and ended up in the ER and urgent care (twice)…read more I've had lashes before without any problems. But came here for a more natural look after being referred by a friend. I told the tech from the beginning of the service that my eye was burning. She continued anyway. This continued on throughout the duration of my service, with the tech leaving without explanation during the process. That night, the pain and redness started to get worse. The next morning I went to urgent care who then sent me to the ER. After multiple tests, I was informed that my eye was cut and that I had chemical burn in both eyes. As if that weren't bad enough, I woke up the next morning with both eyes nearly swollen shut. Apparently the lash glue they use is extremely strong and caused an allergic reaction. I suffered temporary blindness and had discharge from both eyes. I texted with the salon about this multiple times. I also returned and the manager stood there without even acknowledging me. When I asked to speak to him directly, he told me that "it is what it is" even though I brought my medical documentation with me. I had to ask for a refund which took several days. And I have since been given the run around about the claims process to help get my medical bills covered. I understand that things happen, but it's how this was handled that left a very bad taste in my mouth. I do not recommend this business and will obviously not be returning.

My eyes are sensitive, and Annie is among the few whom I trust. She uses high-quality materials, and she is methodical, skillful, and takes her time. I never felt rushed but always pampered. I would say she takes the eyelash craft to an art form. I love how I look after each session. She has a refined sense of aesthetics, and her style is shown in her new studio as well. You'll find yourself in a clean, calming, and beautiful environment. She somehow knows when to chat and when to let me enjoy the background tunes, complementing a perfect relaxation vibe. I use the time to visualize and dream, relax, and recharge. I look forward to having my eyelash "therapy session" with Annie. In about an hour or so, I get the twinkle in my eyes, leaving her studio feeling confident and more beautiful. Instead, I received a confirmation email just the day before the appointment, which clearly indicated that it was still scheduled. Your response blaming me for incorrect information is disappointing and reflects poorly on your customer service.
