I don't get my lashes done often and she was able to answer my questions and make notes in my file for future reference. The room for the service was very comfortable and relaxing. My lashes came out great and have lasted great as well! It has been almost 3 weeks since I got them done and they are shedding evenly and still look great! I took photos of the entry because her room is next door to the main space and I had a hard time finding it. Hopefully the photos are helpful for other's to navigate

Booking online is super easy and their new location on Grand is cozy (though parking can be hit or miss!).

Not only is she super close by, making logistics a breeze, she is also an artist and a perfectionist! She is so good at making my lashes just right for my face and my eye shape. She listens to me and is always polite, patient, and attentive. I'll tell her certain things that I like and prefer and she always does her very best to be super accommodating. I find her price point to be extremely fair. Especially for the work she does. Easy when it comes to scheduling too. Very communicative and as sweet as can be. You go Janice! The space is shared and open. I'm used to private studios when I've gotten my lashes done in the past, but the building interior is so large, with high ceilings, that it doesn't matter that there are other people around. It gives Grecian vibes with these big ornate columns in the room. The aesthetics are cute and pretty in the shop too. I always appreciate the little touches in the bathroom.

This review if for Hayley's eyelash extension service (I had an old review at her previous location…read moreso this is long overdue). I wish I had a more glamorous photo to share of my eyelash extensions but I decided to just take one now on a whim for this review. So this is what my lashes look like, straight out of bed, no brushing. This is it and it looks great. This photo is taken a couple days after a fill. Hayley is very good and I get the impression that she takes a lot of pride in her work. She's actually pretty fast given that she lashes almost every single lash, if not every single lash. I would know since I used to get "one to one" lashes with her. I am pretty particular about my extensions. And for me, her extensions last a long time. They still look really amazing at the end of 4 weeks. I also personally like them "not too long" since I also wear glasses and I like a mix of lashes. Hayley is really wonderful at what she does. I appreciate that she allows me to relax and sometimes even fall asleep during the fills. Even at 39 weeks pregnant with a giant belly, she offers these wedge pillows to make you more comfortable so you can lie on your side for the fills--which I think is very thoughtful and kind of her, especially because it seems like an inconvenience for her to be lashing at a weird angle. I actually have tried a few of the other technicians (Sandy and Daisy) and they are also very nice and good at what they do. Hayley is my favorite though so I will be getting my lashes done by her for as long as she is working! I've been with her for four years now. I highly recommend her. I'm sure she also provides other services that are wonderful, but I have yet to try them. Thanks Hayley!

And I've been wanting to get ombré powder but I struggled to find someone who could get my brows to look like how I usually do my makeup. A friend of mine recommended Jess, so I checked her out on Instagram and I thought her technique was amazing. Beauty appointments have always made me feel nervous but Jess was so kind and definitely reassured me throughout the process! She answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable at my appointment. Jess constantly checked in with me and even encouraged me to speak up if I wanted any adjustments during my appointment. My new brows has made me feel hella confident! My morning routine has become easier and it's honestly so nice to wake up with my brows already done. Jess truly is the best at what she does!

I was very nervous about anything permanent on my face and the brows are VERY important. Jessica found a way to ease my nerves about the service by educating me and making the service interactive as possible From start to finish my appointment was about 3 hours but it felt quicker! I have a high pain tolerance but if you have ever filled in your brows with a sharp pencil that's what it feels like i would say a 2/10 for pain level, i even managed to nap as she was doing most of the shading. (The worst part is the outline and the numbing cream... & I promise even that is not bad! ) All in all Jessica on the brows is a 5 Star service! 10/10, Highly recommend!
