I was referred to this place by my coworkers. I was able to an appt for the next day. I had planned on just getting my real nail, but they decided to break so acrylics it was. I forgot my nail techs names but she was fast and efficient. I showed her a pattern I wanted and she did great with it. It was all done in under an hour and half. My second visit was with Julie. My co-worker said I could text her a design and she could probably do it. I sent her a couple of ones I wanted and she made the appt at a time she could concentrate on doing it without interruption. I haven't had much luck when doing my nails, but I have been coming here consistently and have been loving my nails, they last very long, I take wait about 3-4 weeks between sets because, they don't chip on me, and the manicurists are always whiling to work with me and my designs, they work fast but I don't feel like I'm getting rushed, the place it's clean and the service it's great, the only thing it's that you have to ask them to clean your cuticle, otherwise they just work on the nails without cleaning the edges. Julie has been doing my nails for almost 2 years. I moved two times with her because she gets my nails right almost every time. I am very picky and I don't want to pay for something I didn't ask for or like when I give her free range. The shape is always on point. Designs are 99% of the time but some times I ask for a bit much. I am glad Julie has her own shop now and she will be here for a long time. The shop will get better in time. I wanted to love this place, wanted it to be my new nails shop! I am thinking it's the owner you need to book with, but I didn't - so my fill was ok, it's been a week and they look like they need a fill. She didn't grind underneath or put glue, I guess I could have asked her to do that, but it should be a given! To me she didn't leave me under the UV light long enough, my regular girl waits for the timer to stop. My nails are tacky to the touch, ugh! My pedicure was ok, why does no one massage your actual feet???? I am a licensed manicurist; they teach you how to massage the feet not the calf! I got white gel as color and the paint looks jacked up - plus she didn't cut my nails enough - if I didn't need readers to look at my toes, I would of had her fix that. All in all they are very nice, but I will not be going back! read more

First off, I was unsure about this place due to the fact they had a 3.5 star rating. However, from my experience, it didn't feel like a low rate nail shop at all. Upon walking in, a lady (Julie) that had her station near the door greeted me with a smile and politely asked me to sit down as someone would be with me shortly. Mind you, it was super busy day as it was the Saturday before Mother's Day. I was led to my chair by someone named Dat and he stated that I didn't need to stand and look for a polish as they would bring me a color swatch to my seat. WOW!!! Talk about customer service! Walked in with my 2 daughters at 9:30 on a Saturday and was greeted with smiles. 2 mani-pedi's and a full set. Everyone was so attentive and polite even as it got fuller. The nail tech who did my 9 yr olds mani-pedi struck up a conversation with her to keep her interested. My teen got a full set just like a pic she found on Pinterest. I went to this salon for the first time today, and the customer service was great (in the aspects of being nice and attentive with the customer) but unfortunately my manicure came out awful (all starts customer service but the bad review is for the bad manicure). The lady had a really hard time trying to make it work and she just couldn't, I felt bad because she had been so nice so I didn't give her a hard time but I told her what I wanted fix and she couldn't fix it. My pedi was fine, and again, service is good because they're nice. It was my first time at this nail shop. I stopped by because it was conveniently located while I was running some errands. They were busy but it was a Friday afternoon. Service wise, I was not really impressed for the price. I paid almost $60 including tip and it wasn't even gel. I did get a deluxe pedi but they charged me $5 for removal of gel polish (it was not gel, it was just glitter polish which they didn't want to deal with) and $5 extra for French (they did not come out to my liking as they had a trainee perform the polishing). The painted french did not last long because of how short the girl painted the edges. I forgot to mention there was one lady who did the actual service and she made me bleed when she was pulling at my skin saying it was an ingrown. I would not come back here and would rather wait to go back to one of my usual spots. The stars are for taking my call and relatively short wait time for the time of day. read more

I strolled into Anna's Nails first thing when they opened at 9:30am after stopping by Chase. I usually go to Queens down the street but thought I'd try it here. I came in and was greeted by Vanessa. Nice lady! She gave great service and did a fantastic job on my toes. She rubbed my feet, scrubbed them down, and even added a hot stones rub.
