she does amazing but sometimes if you ask her to do a complicated set , she can but she'll charge more. The vibe is okay but you might have to wait longer because it's a lot of walk ins. Last time i got this set i had to wait 1 to 2 hours to get my hands and feet done. I could have went home but i was soaking my feet in water.. yes i was soaking my feet or that long ( my feet looked like a raisin ) then she expected me to tip her

I'm a bit shocked to see a few bad reviews about this business. I normally don't like writing reviews on Yelp but I shall make an exception this time to defend this business. I've known the owner and her coworker for over 16 years and have been consistently great throughout. Not only the service but honest and quality work they do. My daughter and I just got our nails done today and we're super happy with the results. They took us in without any appointments because they had time to do so. They took their time and made sure we are happy with the work. The prices are quite reasonable as compared to many others (and trust me, I recently paid so much for bad pedicure and manicure jobs). So don't trust those terrible reviews and give them. English isn't theirs native language so be patient and kind to them. They are incredibly awesome ladies. I always come back to them.

Excellent. Highly recommend!! These two ladies will work magic. I've never had nails that look this great. Hidden little Gem

A complete waste of money. I was charged $30 for a gel pedicure that was subpar. I fell asleep during this service when I should have been micromanaging the work. It took me an hour at home with my own nail kit to correct the awful job they did. I have attached pictures and they don't lie. When they ran my credit card, I wasn't told to include the tip and was treated RUDELY when trying to resolve the issue. I am angry that I paid ANY MONEY for this awful pedicure. I paid $30 plus $5 cash tip to be treated RUDELY by people that don't even do quality work. I got dropped off here by my boyfriend who has raved about this place. First and last time spending money at Cathy's. DON'T COME HERE.

They're super nice and very patient! The most affordable and amazing nail artist in the area!

Nancy always brings me back to life! I can go with 4 to 5 weeks without needing another fill. The fact that she is very attentive to detail and the quality of the service is really on point. She really takes her time. In my opinion, it's better than someone who rushes through the service that I pay for.

Cathy is the worst waxer ever . She burnt my lips and chin with wax. The wax was super hot she double Wax areas twice . Dirty!!!

I meant to say Nancy wax my chin and lip' awful rude experience. I went Back to see her to show her my face .. She was ignoring me and didn't even say sorry. I'll never step back in that small dirty shop ever again . No star!

I'd give LESS than one star. The worst service. Don't pay unless you confirm the first nail.

Been looking for a new nail tech and found this salon after doing some online searching. I'm super…read moreparticular about nail shape, and I saw some great work from Boy in the reviews. Parking was easy, the salon was easy to find, and the place was super cute and clean. He was very personable and did such a good job. I'm very happy with my nails! Definitely will be coming back.

Updated Review:…read more Beware of faulty use of product/MMA! My nails remained on for over a month, in that time span TWO of them fully broke my nail beds. Upon coming in for removal (soak off), techs buffed my nails, and soaked repeatedly. It took soaking and buffing 3 times. I spoke up, noticing the stubbornness of the product further adding to my suspicion of MMA use. I said "I have never seem acrylic behave this way", pulled my hands away, and removed the last foil for a closer look. Despite being soaked and filed 3 times, the "acrylic" had a glue, gummy like texture. So sticky in-fact it stuck to my hands when i touched it to show the tech the clear indicator of them not using normal products. The owner (male tech) had an absolutely disgusting attitude. He said "I know you, you left me bad review. You hate me, you hate my buisness. You came back to make me mad". At this point, we get into a slight altercation as I (also a small buisness owner) was shocked at his unprofessionalism and adult tantrum he was throwing. His attitude worsened when I requested to see the bottle of monomer they used. Any ETHICAL, licensed salon would comply with no issue. Instead the owners aggression worsens, he even tells me I could get out of his salon and leave. The salon and all techs refused to show me what they use. That is a concerning reaction to me, a customer, asking to see products that will be used for a service i am paying for. I even came with a girlfriend as we have an upcoming trip. I was sincerely hoping to be wrong about their product use and have a good spa day with my friend. She also caught side strays of disrespect from the owner (yelling at her) despite it being her first time in. I was so embarrassed bringing my friend into this situation and having her sit through disrespect. Due to the owners hostility, I wanted to leave ASAP. I asked the tech to stop the soak off, and stop filing my nails as they were left BRITTLE and breaking. In despite of all of this, he still charged me $10. I paid, $10 is nothing, i guess he must really need it. The owner's attitude was concerning, he would yell at me then retract and act calm and collected. He was too focused on the fact that I had left him a previous review instead of rectifying the situation. (The way any ethical buisness owner would) After the altercation calmed and he finished with his client (yes, there were clients in store when he was denying my request of products etc) He kept trying to make casual conversation with me and educate me on "their technique" since " I am not professional" (I am NOT professional... Im studying law not nails or cosmetology..) It was such a bizarre interaction to have someone so emotionally unstable come at me that way. The technicians performing my friends service were visibly uncomfortable by their bosses behavior and denial of request. One technician looked visibly shocked and removed herself from the situation. If he feels comfortable speaking to customers the way he did, I can even imagine how he speaks to employees when issues arise. After the horrible experience, my friend and I went down the road to Glossy Nail Lounge (brand new! grand opening 6/26) and got pedicures/manicures with proper service and products Sorry Boy, you must treat ALL customers with respect, something I learned in my field of work, you never know when an inspector or board member can walk into your establishment.

I had the best nail experience of my life at Delane's Natural Nail Salon, all thanks to Brandi…read more From the second I walked in it was different. Nobody rushed me with "hello what do you want" or shoved a color wall in my face before I even sat down. I actually felt like a person, not just another number to get in and out. It wasn't until I was sitting there that I realized how used to bad treatment I'd gotten. Other salons trained me without me even noticing, packed into a tiny space, treated like I'm on a conveyor belt, rushed out before my nails even had time to properly dry. I had honestly forgotten my time and my experience mattered. Delane's brought that back for me. The professionalism was on another level too. No games with the price going up if you don't tip in cash, which is honestly tacky and rude and tells you exactly how little they think of their customers. Nobody crowding me in next to three other people either. It was calm, it was peaceful, it actually felt relaxing instead of stressful. And the cleanliness. Towels were fresh, equipment looked properly cleaned, none of that murky blue water sitting in a dirty container that's clearly been there for who knows how long. Even the bathroom was clean, and that alone tells you a lot about how a place is really run. Once you go to Delane's and get treated with that kind of value and respect, you won't want to go back to anywhere else. And honestly, you shouldn't have to. Ask for Brandi.

Service is amazing! Environment is relaxing and service is professional. Now that I've moved to…read moreSan Leandro, I look forward to more frequent visits.
