Sam herself is super sweet and easy to talk to. She recently went solo with her business, so it's just her now--and honestly, I love that. Carrie is so kind, gentle, sweet, and a professional. What won me over was her communication. I sent an email explaining my situation, and she responded!!! Her response was so friendly. She found an appointment for me and I haven't looked back. Her space is clean, welcoming, and always has available parking. She greets me with warmth and a nice smile. She engages in great conversation, laughter, and never misses a beat while working on my nails. Her color choices and products are top tier. I am very careful with my nails, but sometimes, I have to do stuff&things, with, and without gloves. When I say I have been stunned that my nails hold up and do not fail me, I am not exaggerating. After some searching, I found Carrie through IG and the rest is history. She's a master at her craft and truly creates a unique experience for you. She'll assess your nails, their health and strength, and provide recommendations on what's best for you. On top of that, her studio is IMPECCABLY clean and organized. Every tool is sanitized and wrapped and she provides hand sanitizer. But most of all, her work truly lives up to her name. She takes her time with each client -always on time and never rushing to get the job done. Whether I was doing art or just a solid color, I truly felt like I was a priority. For those of you who aren't familiar with Japanese hard gel, keep in mind that this is a bit different than your standard "gel". It's SO much healthier for your nails and lasts so much longer. However, appointments take a bit. At minimum, expect to be here for 90-120 minutes. I know - this seems long - but it's SO worth it for the girlies who want long lasting, strengthening gel. Don't bother with standard gel manicures you get at most salons! They'll strip your nails and leave them brittle. I've been going to Carrie for two years and my nails have never been stronger. And if it doesn't get any better, Carrie is just a gem of a human. She's kind, respectful, and inclusive of everyone. Carrie, thank you for always making my nails look SO good.

I went back for my builder gel fill on my natural nail and was satisfied with this set. Shape is on point , almond and I like more slender and the tech did that for me. This time around they did have new colors that caught my eye like the cat eye chrome and a client next to me was having some airbrush art work, which is something I never saw before so I will be back to try some funner creative sets. Full transparency my builder gel fill was 60$. My nail tech was swift, and detailed. For this experience I had - well worth it!

TLDR; Owners were openly arguing in front of customers. My tech abandoned me because she's upset…read moreshe didn't prepare correctly. I had to walk out. Would not come again. I was really excited when this place opened up. I'm the type of person that likes to get pretty intricate nail art and collaborate with their nail tech, so I went here three times just to give them a chance and see what they could do. The first time I went with my friend and her technician kept complaining that her nails are too short for the design she wanted. My friend told her many times that she needs them short for work. In the end, that's on the skill level of the nail tech and should not have been the customer's fault. My set went fine, my nail tech was very kind, and the art work was cute. Second time I went there for wedding nails, they said they could do the design and had their tech practice the design in advance since I sent the pictures early. My tech was actively getting trained on the job how to do the nails, which is fine, but the owner was making passive aggressive comments on how she has to keep telling clients the design will not be like the picture, only similar. I left with a "good enough" nail set because I was already there for a few hours. Third time, I gave them a photo of the design I wanted in advance and mentioned in the client comments when you book that I wanted them black and white. Again, amazing that they get their techs to practice, but hope was already dwindling. The day of my appointment, the owner showed me how the nail design turned out on someone she practiced on, and it looked PERFECT! I had hope my nails would turn out the way I wanted them to. Then things took a turn when her partner reminded her that I wanted black and white. She decided to have an argument with her partner in the middle of the nail salon about her wasting her time picking out colors and decided to not do my nails. Instead, she leaves the tech who is prepping my nails to carry on with an intricate design, plus there's communication issues between the two of us when I try to tell them what I want done. The tech tried their best, then visibility got overwhelmed because of the language barrier, and told me the owner would take care of my nails. She had already left me to do another client's nails that came in well after my appointment time because she was upset. Honestly, what kind of owner has an argument with their partner in front of clients and then proceeds to neglect their original client??? I wasn't going to wait even longer (I was already there for two hours) for her to finish with another client, so i walked out. I had never ever walked out on a salon before. The partner insisted I didn't have to pay for an incomplete job (my nails only had two layers of solid color without top coat), but I insisted that I at least tip my nail tech that struggled with me.
