Raquelle...can't say enough - not only do my nails look great EVERYTIME, I feel pampered and soooo relaxed. But today, wait for it, Raquelle came into where I work and did our clients nails for free...you might think that is an advertising gimmick. nothing could be further from the truth. You see, my clients are in a behavioral health center, locked, involuntarily there. She was kind, non-judgmental and just lovely to clients and staff. These folks, well you can imagine really appreciate the 1:1 time and the attention (Don't we all?!) Just had my first manicure by Raquelle and I couldn't be happier. She was super polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. There's only one nail room at Haircraft11 which I like because it made it a more personal experience, and I didn't feel at all crowded or rushed. Also, because she specializes in natural nails it didn't have the "acrylic scent" that a lot of other salons have. I got a sheer nude color with gold tips, and she did a great job of getting the lines clean and precise; she definitely took her took her time which I appreciate. Raquelle was very patient, and didn't seem at all put off when I realized I didn't like one of the colors and asked if we could switch it. She picked an alternative that matched a lot better and I loved in the end. Raquelle will definitely be my go-to from now on, because for the quality work she does the prices cannot be beat! My express manicure was only $15 and getting french tips only added on $5. I can't believe I've missed out on this hidden gem for so long. read more

My first time at this nail salon and soooo happy to have found it and able to get an appt. Raquelle's salon is very clean and she uses great protocols to ensure sanitary conditions, which is most important to me. Her color selection is great and I deferred to her expertise in my selection. If this is not enough reasons to see her wait until you read this... I sent her a text asking if she might be able to do a white cat design on one of my nails. One week prior I had to say goodbye to my sweet cat of 16 years and wanted to honor her. Raquelle said yes and asked me to text a photo. I was blown away when I arrived at her salon and she had already mocked up a design the actual artwork she did on my nail was even more amazing. She also suggested writing my cats name on my other ring finger with paw print accents. Now every time I look at my nails I see my sweet cats face. I just got back from my first nail appointment with Raquelle. When I walked in the front door I knew it would be a nice visit! It is a small salon but it's really delightful! As another poster commented there is NO nail salon chemical smells. It's edgy cute and felt very warm and friendly. Raquelle is very professional, super sweet. I chose the deluxe pedi - it was very relaxing. I loved that all the tools that she used on me were either brand new in its package or sterilized! I was perfectly comfortable that everything was clean. The products that she uses are organic (she uses an almond oil serum to treat your cuticles etc. ) and after spending a summer in flip flops they are now ready your for Fall! Can't wait to go back and try the Pumpkin scrub for autumn. They actually make it and it smells so good! All natural ingredients. Needless to say I will be back again and again and again!
