This was my first time coming here, and I had a wonderful experience! Tee did an amazing job on my Gel-X nails, and Zalie gave me a fantastic pedicure. Both were professional, friendly, and attentive to detail. The entire staff was welcoming, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The salon was clean, relaxing, and everyone made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Only request would be massaging chairs! I absolutely love my nails and toes and will definitely be coming back for future events and special occasions. Highly recommend!

Molly and Cindy are wonderful! Molly is who I usually book with. She has excellent ideas. I am an indecisive person, and she always helps me with recommendations and is really flexible in the process of figuring out designs. She is a great problem solver too when needed. She knows what will look good and I trust her judgement. Her nails always last pretty long too, I get 3+ weeks out of all her sets. She did my proposal nails. I usually get some variation of a glittery french nail, but in preparation for a concert I wanted to get more fun designs. Molly and Cindy both worked on my nails today and they came out adorable. 10/10 recommend booking with Molly and or Cindy. The salon is clean. I like that i can see them opening brand new tools for pedis.

Aria Nail Bar is my new go to! The space is super new, clean, and welcoming. Booking online was so easy -- their portal is straightforward and convenient. They have an amazing selection of colors and design options, which makes it fun (but hard!) to choose. I've been getting builder gel for my last few visits, and the quality and longevity have been great. This time, I went with a lighter jade green (#17) under the Kaise board -- Cindy helped me pick it out when I couldn't decide, and I'm so glad I trusted her! She was incredibly patient and creative, offering ideas that matched my style perfectly. Both Cindy and Molly are wonderful technicians who clearly care about their work and clients. My nail shape and finish turned out flawless -- I absolutely love them every time I leave. Highly recommend Aria Nail Bar if you're looking for beautiful nails, great service, and a relaxing experience!

I got to come in day before 4th of July and it was a busy day at the salon. Molly, while at the front desk was very professional and recommended we could come back after lunch so we went for coffee at Con Azacur downtown Hayward then came back and was seen right away. My niece's refill which was so super pretty was done by Grace. This place is clean and beautiful. It's been lately my go-to salon in Hayward. Molly is consistent and reliable with her surgical-like hands! She cleanly hand painted my stars for my 4th of July nail theme. More importantly she recommended a prettier nude base that would look better with my skin tone than what the sample picture I showed her. Thanks Molly!

ARIA nail bar is a whole vibe !! I made an appointment for a mani/pedi . I got almond Shape Gel x , brought an inspo pic, was executed Perfectly! MOLLY did my nails , she has a very kind and sociable personality . She didn't rush and made sure every detail was on point ! I also got my first jelly pedi ! I don't think I will ever go back to a classic pedicure after that jelly experience lol . GRACE did my toes. she is very focused on what she does and did an amazing job on my feet! They also offer complimentary drinks/mimosas! Although I didn't take that opportunity this time around I thought that was pretty awesome ! Im definitely going to make this my go-to place !

The only thing I would say is a negative to this salon is the front desk staff, they're not very welcoming or friendly. I had to bring my 3yr old (she's pretty chill in the nail shop and has been to many with me) the first receptionist let me know they have a strict no kids policy (in her own words) unless they get a service.. so I did get her a service (hands and feet, feet with gel polish). They never offered me water this time or anything, and this is my 3rd time here (no big deal but something I noticed). At the end of me paying and everything, another lady said again they have a strict no kids policy which I thought was interesting after I just paid for her toes + hands and they have a kids menu lol other than that Grace is amazing and I will keep coming back for her services. This is why I kept my 5 star review

I love how the nail artist tee does a great job at executing her nails. From the shape to the design chefs kiss. I have gotten my nails done by her a couple of times and I have no complaints she is the sweetest and always double checks to see if I am okay/ like what she is doing . I'm so happy to find a quality nail salon in the east bay!!! The interior is so glamorous and definitely took me by shock the first time I was in! Also, they play great music and have a huge TV in the back half of the salon. It's so hard for me to find artists in the bay area that can copy my exact vision that I want for my nails, but Cindy kills it every time. I used to drive over an hour to San Jose to get my nails done but now that I've found this location that is less than 10min from my house, I don't see myself going anywhere else to get my services done. Cindy is truly an artist and never once made my service feel rushed. The first time I came here was the first time I tried Gel-X as per Cindy's recommendation, and I will probably never look back. My retention lasted almost 6+ weeks!!!! AND my nails were still healthy underneath! I work in retail/VM so I'm using my hands every second of the day, and I never had any chipping, lifting, or anything go wrong with them until I removed them! Today I also got a pedicure for the first time in.....way too long... by Lily, and she did phenomenal! I was offered a drink on the house which I really appreciated! At other places I've been to, the pedicures I've gotten were always so harsh and left my skin feeling raw, but Lily was very gentle, yet thorough! Both Cindy and Lily have gained another regular, returning customer! I can't recommend this place enough!!!

I always have such a great experience here! Cindy is absolutely amazing and has become my go-to nail tech. She is incredibly talented, especially when it comes to shaping and designs. (Look at the incredible work she does on her own nails) I can bring her an idea or inspiration picture and she always does such a beautiful job bringing it to life. Her attention to detail is amazing, my shape is always exactly how I want it, and I leave loving my nails every time. She constantly asks throughout to make sure I'm happy with what she's doing too! You can really tell Cindy takes pride in her work and is amazing at what she does! I also have to shout out Crystal, who gave me a great pedicure and made the whole experience so relaxing, and Grace, who does my mother-in-law's nails and always does a wonderful job with hers as well. There are so many talented people here, but I especially can't recommend Cindy enough. If you're looking for someone who is great with shaping, detailed designs, and making sure you leave happy with your nails, definitely ask for her! read more

I came here wanting to get my nails done, but unfortunately they have a no-kids policy, and that includes babies. As a new mom, I completely understand having rules in place, but it was disappointing that I couldn't even bring my baby with me while simply getting my nails done. If you're a mom with a little one and don't have childcare, this probably isn't the place for you. I just wish they were a little more understanding toward moms who are trying to take some time for themselves while caring for their babies. read more

I had an amazing experience with Cindy today. I called the day before to make a next appointment. Check in was easy, the salon was very clean and every staff was very attentive and friendly. I came in indecisive on what type of product to put on my nails. She took her time to explain the difference between gel buildup and acrylic overlay. I went with the gel buildup method and couldn't be any more pleased. Cindy was great and we had great conversations. Will definitely be going back. Already made my next appointment. read more

Really disappointing experience. Jenny kept giving me dirty looks and made me feel very unwelcome. They wouldn't let my kid stay with me, which felt extremely **not family-friendly** I also saw an ANT on the nail desk very disgusting and made me question the cleanliness. As someone with diabetes, I didn't appreciate being told I couldn't drink my own drink while getting my nails done. My daughter has Down syndrome, and I noticed Jenny looking at her strangely. I didn't say anything at the time, but looking back, it felt disrespectful, especially when some clients were laughing. Overall, a very uncomfortable experience. read more

It was my first time at this location and definitely wont be my last ! I had acrylics on from another location and i cant emphasize enough with how GENTLE they were to remove them ! Def appreciate that because i have always been traumatized from the other locations that remove them.... Tried out builder gel for the first time & fell in love ... I've been to Aria Nail Bar twice now and it is my new go-to salon in Hayward. I have flexible nails that get damaged easily, so having the right tech really matters when doing gel. Tee does a great job with shaping, my manicure lasted forever, and my nails were still healthy after she removed the polish. My pedicures have been equally as great. And the salon is clean and inviting as well. Looking forward to becoming a regular here! read more

Everyone is so polite and makes me feel so welcomed every time I come in. I've been getting my nails done with Tee for about a year now, and let me just say she does not disappoint! Only small downside is they don't have a parking lot and Castro Valley Blvd can be busy but not impossible to find a spot close by. She started doing my manicure first because she said she was the only one who could do hard gel. While doing my nails she was handling my hands and nails very aggressively to the point where I was worried she was going to cut my skin. I also noticed that some of my nails looked uneven and off center so I politely pointed it out to her. Instead of listening to my concern she became defensive and sounded angry. She told me she was trying her best but could not fix it because the problem was my natural nails. She also told me that she had been doing nails for 35 years. At that point I became too uncomfortable to continue and asked her to stop. The photos I posted are how my nails looked when I decided to stop the service. They are not photos of a completed manicure. I did not want her to finish because of how aggressively she was doing my nails and how rude and defensive she became when I expressed my concerns. After I asked her to stop she told me that I still had to pay her because I had wasted her time. I understand that someones time and work are valuable but as a customer I should also be able to speak up when I am uncomfortable with a service without being treated rudely. I did not stop the appointment for no reason. I stopped because I no longer felt comfortable allowing her to continue working on my nails. After leaving I went to Golden Nails and the difference in how I was treated was amazing. They were very welcoming nice and understanding about what happened. They were able to fix the problems with my nails and they did not even charge me for fixing them. I am extremely thankful for their kindness and for making me feel comfortable after such an unpleasant experience. I am sharing my experience because customers should feel comfortable communicating with their nail technician especially when something does not look right or they are experiencing discomfort. Unfortunately I did not feel listened to or respected at Mimi Nails and I chose to leave rather than continue a service that made me uncomfortable.

I don't get manicures regularly so I didn't realize the man doing my nails was butchering them until it was too late. Basically, he used the machine for gel removal/nail buffing to completely annihilate my nails and cuticles; instead of using cuticle softener or soaking my hands in warm water, he went straight in with the machine and essentially drilled everything off. The surface of all of my nails is now ruined, and I have cut up cuticles that are bleeding and aching. I went home and put Neosporin and band-aids on all of my fingers. I can't stress enough that none of these fingers had hangnails or anything that would warrant roughness/leave them this red and bloody. Multiple staff members saw the blood and did not offer any kind of discount - they did put some rubbing alcohol on two of the fingers, but it didn't feel like enough to mitigate infection risk.

I could of gone out and got a deli sandwich sorry that's a meal right there $2 charge for using a CC which I know ok it's 2 dollars (I don't agree with especially being a business owner myself you need to just eat that cost/write off those CC fees yourself for all of your transactions you do a day. Also it's not like I was trying to pay my $5 tab I paid $79 on my card. I got no special design or any rhinestone I didn't get a copy of my receipt but I swear they must of charge a service fee for tip or tax. Now I got to spend more money on another place to fix because you know I'm not going come back for a $10 per nail fix because you know they wont fix for free having it be only 3 days. Also in the front they have a sign that says no refunds so they must rip off a lot of ppl by charging all the upcharges without informing customers of price.

I got a deluxe spa pedicure, and Aubrey was the technician who helped me. She was gentle, thorough, and made the whole experience incredibly relaxing. The massage was amazing and left my legs feeling brand new. The staff was genuinely friendly and attentive. The salon itself is in a fairy good location, parking is easy, and the atmosphere inside is modern, clean, and welcoming. Terrible Experience - Would Not Recommend I visited this salon for a manicure on my birthday, expecting a relaxing time. I asked for a simple manicure with no gel or color. During the service, the technician used a coarse file on my nail beds. I trusted her as a professional, but when she said she was done, my nails were full of deep scratches. I politely asked for a finer file, but she pretended not to understand, called over another technician, and walked away. The second person was upset with me and only offered to apply a top coat, which started peeling off just hours later. Overall, I left feeling anxious and disappointed. The service was poor, and the experience was stressful. I do not recommend this salon. read more

This is by far the nicest place I have ever gotten my nails done and the expense is so worth it!! I'm not the most chatty person and they respect that, but if you're looking for a more talkative experience they're more than happy to do that for you too. I am obsessed! Came here for a mani/pedi, and I left here feeling amazing. I never get my nails done, but I have a wedding I am attending this weekend so I figured why not. Loved everything about this place. Staff are so nice and welcoming. I started off with a Deluxe Pedicure that was done by Grace. Grace was so attentive and made sure I loved the nails. I went with a French pedicure look since it's so timeless. During the same time, I got a manicure done by Cindy. I also met the owner she so sweet and very social. The decor in the salon is nice and calming and the music selection is on point for me. The basin to soak my feet in wasn't filled with hot water, though I asked for the temperature to be adjusted higher. Also, the massage was pretty weak and short. I would go back though because the nail tech knew what she was doing. Next time I'll cross reference the pricing menu against what I'm being quoted to make sure they aren't fudging the numbers.
