Came in for a pedicure on my day off and was seen right away no appointment needed today, I'm sure near the weekend they get busier though because when I would walk by I would see the chairs filled. I really enjoyed the service here as the nail tech took her time in my pedicure and throughly cleaned and cut my nails. I opted for the deluxe pedicure and I would say the price is worth the services. They definitely have different level of services for the price range you're looking for. I also met the owner she so sweet and very social. The decor in the salon is nice and calming and the music selection is on point for me. They also offer kid services so I might be bringing my daughter for a mommy and daughter date in the future. read more

They offer you complimentary drinks and are always checking in with you through out the service. It's also very clean in here. I came in on Mother's Day hoping for a relaxing pedicure experience. The salon was completely empty and every pedicure chair was open, yet I was placed in the ONLY chair with a broken massage feature. Considering I specifically came to relax, that was really disappointing. The pricing also felt excessive:$37 basic pedicure+$15 for gel+$14 for a simple design $65 total for a very basic gel pedicure while sitting in a still chair with a hard cushion just didn't feel worth it. After going through 33 rounds of pelvic radiation for stage 3 cancer, comfort matters to me more than ever. I was really looking forward to a small moment of relaxation and self-care, and unfortunately this experience missed the mark. I will not be returning. read more

Service has gotten bad. Been coming here since 2021. The current staff seems to be running their own process for services. They no longer offer drinks, pedicure was rushed. Nail tech cut me twice. He did not clean my nails, which is typically always done during pedicures. I asked for square nail filing and he left them sideways. I left without complaining and still tipped but never coming back. read more

I always follow Mimi wherever she goes. She's kind and professional. She's at this nail salon on Sundays. The owner happened to be there when I came in and she was also very friendly. Got gelx full set and pedicure done on a Friday and 3 nails have popped off already come Sunday and paid $160?! The tech who did my nails also looked at the screen wondering what he was charging me.. and I have no clear explanation as to why. Definitely overcharged. I thought giving this place another try since I've had pretty good experiences before. Although my pedicure was great, my manicure no so much. I wasn't happy with how hey turned out and thought attention to detail could be better. Sad to say, I don't think I will be returning. As he was scrubbing, the cheese started shredding off my foot!! And so much if it!!! Wow, it was nasty but so satisfying at the same time. My BFF sitting next to me was blinded by my Parmigiano cheese bits! LOL! The deluxe pedi was awesome, and i tipped my guy generously for making my foot look pretty and baby soft. 10/10 stellar experience at Megan's Nail Salon!! I went for an appointment on July 11th 2025 & I scheduled a manicure, pedicure & some waxing. Every lady in there was so kind, attentive, patient--they really cared about my experience I seriously cannot get over how beautiful the experience was. I hope their pillows are always cool on both ends, I hope their coffee/tea is always the perfect temperature, I hope they never catch a cold, their favorite songs are always on the radio & that the sun shines just a little bit brighter for them. They offer beverages when you come in, take their time with you, are just the sweetest ladies ever fr. I never had such a wonderful experience--OH, and they made sure that I wasn't in any pain especially during the waxing. They're all angels. I have not been paid to post this review nor do I know anyone there personally, these views are my own. Aside from their above & beyond customer service, I asked for stained glass nails and gave a reference photo and look at how gorgeous they came out!! I wasn't planning on getting my nails done today but I was in the area and decided to make my life easier. I'm glad I dropped in! I think I was helped by 3 different ladies (at the same time) who were all very attentive and kind, and Megan did majority of my set and was happy to apply more coats or a different shade on top when I thought my color would be a little darker.
