After my most recent migraine, I came across Dana's Neura Mente Massage and immediately knew I wanted to give it a try. The moment she began working at the base of my head during that first session, I knew I would be coming back. A few visits later, I can confidently say I am so glad I found her. Since then, I have experienced her 90 Minute Unwind Session, and that is exactly what it is, unwinding in the best possible way. Dana has a calming presence that immediately puts you at ease, and her work is incredibly precise and intentional. She seems to know exactly where to focus and how much pressure to apply to create both relief and deep relaxation. One of the things I appreciate most about Dana is that her sessions never feel rushed. Her space is peaceful, welcoming, and thoughtfully curated, making it easy to settle in and leave the stress of the outside world behind. Every detail contributes to the experience. I always leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more relaxed than when I arrived. What started as a search for migraine relief turned into finding a practitioner I genuinely look forward to seeing. Thank you, Dana, for your care, expertise, and the peaceful space you've created. I am so grateful our paths crossed and look forward to many more sessions in the future! read more

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DANA FROM BALANCE CMT! I've been getting my massages with Dana for close to a year now and she's the best around! I've tried other massage places around but I always come back here! I always feel amazing leaving after a massage. Like I'm floating on a cloud feeling lol. She listens to where your problems are and she works them out. She's very attentive, if you let her that's too much or too little, she's quick to adjust her pressure to give you the perfect massage. The room is very cozy and clean. The energy is very radiant as soon as you walk in. read more

Balance CMT - I got a 90 minute therapeutic massage as always, I think she redecorated after I took this pic lol - Massage Therapy Near Me - Stockton, California

Dana, is so nice. She cares about her clients. Her hands are like magic. I came in with my right shoulder blade, right arm, and back severely in pain. Out of 1 to 10 the pain was 11. You couldnt touch the front of my shoulder without me wanting to scream. I got home after my first session (deep tissue massage) and i dont have any discomfort. My whole right side isnt throbbing in severe pain. My body feel relax. My left side was also hurting because it was compensating for the injury on my right and boy, if my left side can talk, it would say thank you. I most definitely recommend her and for sure dana is my goto person when it comes to relieving and easing stress, pain, and tension. Thank you Dana!!! Now, i can sleep better. read more

I had a lymphatic massage. The atmosphere was great. Clean comforting, quiet. Dana did a great job, gentle, soothing refreshing. I felt great afterwards. I'm going back for the holiday special in December. read more

Dana is an amazing massage therapist. I am constantly on my feet for my job so I have pretty bad back pain so I need to get massaged regularly (even though I unfortunately don't, but it will be a priority for me in the future!) She's very intuitive and always looking to help alleviate or prevent and body pain. Whether you want a swedish or deep tissue (I've gotten both and both are amazing), she will get the job done. She's also always coming up with monthly specials and fun services. I couldn't even wait to get my massage so the only picture I have is of the massage bed I just crawled out of. Her new location is very spacious, lots of parking, and for those who are concerned with social distancing, you don't have to worry about that here. read more

Dana works magic! I work a desk job 10-12 hrs a day, and have been having the worst shoulder and neck pain. I literally could feel her work out the knots in my muscles. I walked out with almost all my pain gone. I can move my neck, shoulders, and arms with barely any pain. Will be going back to see Dana soon and regularly now. She has a small studio but when I say it's the most relaxing massage studio I've been to, I mean it ! It's so clean and the vibe/ambience is up to par. The reviews are true, Dana is magic. I messed my neck and back up. Went in not being able to move my neck left or tilt my head back and came out a new person. All though I was not 100% fixed I know my condition and did not expect to come out perfect again. But it was still 10x better than I imagined it would be. I have significant alignment issues that I am seeing a chiropractor for but this was SOOOO helpful! I'll be back soon! read more
