So, naturally, when she expanded her services, I had to try hypnotherapy. I was hit pretty hard with PPD and PPA after my second came along, so I went in to my first session with a desperate and admittedly apprehensive "can't hurt to try it" attitude. I was SHOCKED with how much better I feel. It is 3 months later. My anxiety is not gone completely but it is immensely better. My depression too! At first I envisioned it as a more guided meditation but it is so much more. It has helped me beyond compare, even with so many other options out there. I am sure my trust in her played a part too. If you need the help, trust in her. Trust the process. Such a safe place to heal.

There's really no set or restricted visiting hours which I love how flexible they are. The staff are kind, attentive and always available and actively walking around to check on things. We appreciated the large rooms with ample space for seating and even a day bed where you can stay with the patient. The private bathrooms are spacious and clean as well. When my grandmother passed they called us right away and allowed us to see her before the mortuary transporter came to take her away. They were so very patient with us and gave us all the time we needed. They walked us through the next steps and paperwork afterwards. I couldn't have asked for a better experience of something so heartbreaking. Multiple family members have stayed here before they departed us and each time has been a pleasant as this experience can be. Friends have also recommended this place as well so we are happy to hear they're consistent in their care.

She is so incredibly thoughtful--she even thinks about her clients and their well-being when she is away, bringing back wonderful, healthy goodies to support my wellness journey. It is rare to find someone who takes such genuine, heartfelt care of their clients. If you are looking for an exceptional massage and a truly dedicated wellness partner, I cannot recommend Linda enough!

Linda is now located inside a Chiropractic office in Dublin, CA. She offers at-home and on-site…read moremobile massage services still, but now has an office! The location is beautifully decorated! It's a quiet office with a large hallway restroom, complimentary coffee and teas in the waiting room. Being within a Dr's office, it was clean and felt safe and serene. I received the 90 min hot stone massage and opted for the CBD oil add-on. My neck, shoulder and arm pain is something that comes and goes. At its worst, I feel radiating pain and achiness that can continue for several days and disturb my sleep. This time, instead of "enduring" it for several days (and whining to my husband) I booked an appt with Linda. Online booking is super easy and convenient. If you don't know what type of massage you want or need, it's OK! Because Linda will ask you and adjust as needed. When I told her my symptoms, she included some trigger points and stretches! Ahhhhhh She definitely focused on my neck, shoulder and arm (main complaint) but did not forget the rest of my body! ( I didn't realize my lower back and legs were also tight!) The CBD oil did not smell and was a thick oil. She told me not to shower tonight. The only bad thing about CBD oil is that if it gets in your hair, your hair looks super greasy. So bring a hat if you need to go somewhere afterward. Not sure if it was the CBD or the actual massage, but I slept really well and did not wake up multiple times, as I had been doing! My neck and shoulder felt so much better, very loose and I no longer felt the deep radiating ache! I plan to do bi-weekly appts with Linda, as part of my self-care routine!
