Posted on Google too, but 100% want to spread the word. I started going to Tiffany when I was pregnant with my first. So, naturally, when she expanded her services, I had to try hypnotherapy. I was hit pretty hard with PPD and PPA after my second came along, so I went in to my first session with a desperate and admittedly apprehensive "can't hurt to try it" attitude. I was SHOCKED with how much better I feel. It is 3 months later. My anxiety is not gone completely but it is immensely better. My depression too! At first I envisioned it as a more guided meditation but it is so much more. It has helped me beyond compare, even with so many other options out there. I am sure my trust in her played a part too. If you need the help, trust in her. Trust the process. Such a safe place to heal. read more

I saw Tiffany for the first time yesterday for a prenatal massage and cannot begin to express how amazing it was. First off her studio is so cute and tranquil! I left my massage feeling like I was floating on cloud 9. That definitely says something as I am not new to massages or prenatal massage. My only regret is not meeting her sooner in my pregnancy. I have already scheduled my next massage with her and am so looking forward to it! I will definitely be singing her praises to everyone I know! read more

I had my first hypnotherapy & Reiki session with Tiffany King, and it was amazing. I had some very tough life events this year and have not been in a place to relax in a very long time. The session with Tiffany made me feel so relaxed and at the same time refreshed. The experience was fantastic from the moment I walked into the calming spa, to her tranquil suite where she does her magic! Give yourself some much needed self love and book an appointment with Tiffany, I guarantee you will re-book with her after your first appointment! Tiffany is a caring and wonderful massage therapist who can modify her clients' needs for a customized massage! I am glad that I found her and she is reasonably priced compared to other therapists! I have mild "sciatica" pain from my knee to ankle and fibromyalgia/tension in my upper body and neck, so she makes that all go away! I recommend her if you are looking for a quality and skilled massage therapist! read more

I just moved to the area and had been asking around for a good massage therapist. After no luck, I decided to do a Yelp search. I booked an appointment with Tiffany and was so happy with the results. I have been to Harmony many times for massages with Tiffany. The spa is beautiful, elegant, and calming. I love it here. I love how positive and wonderful Tiffany is to work with. I have had different types of massages from her, but my favorite is the hot stone. It is so relaxing and helpful for my tired, sore muscles. I have a very physical job with a lot of lifting and moving. I also like to work out a lot and run long distance. Tiffany has been there whenever I need her to relieve me of work related pain, and also provide post marathon restorative massage. I also bring my teenage daughters to see her for hot stone massages. They love her and her spa as well. If I could afford a massage from Tiffany every week I wouldn't hesitate. She is amazing, and her massages are the best. read more

Best massage therapist! I'm 7 months pregnant and normally don't enjoy massages but I've been suffering from terrible Sciatica so I booked my appointment with Tiffany. Not only did I see a drastic difference after just 1 visit, but I left completely relaxed and already booked my next appointment with her. I have a consistent massage membership with another company but I prefer to see Tiffany over any massage therapist I've seen in the past. There is no one like her. She is truly talented! read more

Tiffany was outstanding for a prenatal massage! I studied massage myself years ago so I'm picky about practitioners - and she was wonderful in every way! I was nervous about finding someone because pregnant moms just don't want to take any chances. So lucky to have found her! She's specifically trained in prenatal and knows all the do's and don'ts - other therapists may say they know it but don't have specific training. She has strong, healing hands and an intuition about where needs attention. Her physical space is relaxing and comfortable. Her prices are very fair for the top quality. I'd recommend her to any pregnant women needing some massage relief! Treat yourself to the 90 minutes, it's totally worth it! read more

Tiffany did a great job. My lower back and legs were killing me from sitting at a desk all the time. After I left they felt fantastic! Thanks! read more

Tiffany is absolutely amazing!! I have seen her for 3 prenatal massages now and each one leaves me feeling so relaxed. I was a little hesitant at first because this is a high-risk pregnancy, but Tiffany listened to my concerns and makes me feel completely at ease. I never get relaxed enough in a massage to fall asleep, but Tiffany has the magic touch to make me go into total relaxation mode. I have been searching for a good massage therapist for 3 years, and am relieved to say that search is over! I highly recommend Tiffany to anyone looking for the best massage of their life! read more

Tiffany is an amazing massage therapist. I've had Hot Stone Massage, Therapeutic Massage and Cranial Sacral Therapy from her at different times and always walk away feeling relaxed and destressed. As a massage therapist myself, there are things that I look for when I get a massage, listening to my explanation of my trouble areas, attention given to those trouble areas and the ability to make me turn off the therapist part of the brain and just relax and enjoy the massage. Tiffany always delivers and I am grateful! read more

Tiffany truly cares about you as a client. For 2 years I could not turn my neck very far to the left (making driving difficult) or raise my left arm above my shoulder. Then I got a massage with Tiffany - WOW!! She did a technique I wasn't familiar with called "unwinding"=for the first time in 2 yrs I can move my head & arm without pain! Which is awesome as I'm also a massage therapist and the pain limited my ability to work. Tiffany is an amazing healer!! read more

I went to Tiffany through the end of my pregnancy. I had never had pregnancy massage before and wanted to treat myself as this would be my 6th and final baby. I have never felt so wonderful. Every time when she was done I didn't want to get off the table. And it wasn't just the amazing expertise of the massage. I felt like we had formed a friendship as well. She always wanted to know how things in my life were going and the particular stresses of my situation since my husband is deployed and I was doing things by myself. She would always ask what needed the most attention and always knew what essential oils to use in order to correct things that I was complaining about. She is not just a masseuse, she is a healer and I would highly recommend her to anyone! read more

Tiffany is part angel, part unicorn. I've had many massages in my day and I don't remember a more gifted therapist. She is warm and friendly but also super professional. The Himalayan salt stone massage is hands down my favorite treatment of all. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She also has a nice location so I never feel rushed or have to worry about excess noise to disturb my relaxation. Can't wait for my next massage with her! read more

Tiffany is wonderful. After feeling off balance with life for the past few weeks, was recommended to her and it was amazing. Soothing music and ocean waves puts the mind as rest and let's the thoughts of the day drift away. She is not too hard not too soft in the pressure and can really find those knots and get them out. I will definitely be back to see her and recommend her to everyone. read more

I decided to bite the bullet and treat myself to a Himalayan Salt Stone massage, and it was so worth every penny, and then some! Tiffany was so sweet and caring and makes you feel so comfortable. I can not say enough about how great Tiffany is at Tranquil Moments Day Spa. Having MS, she is literally the only message therapist that I will ever allow to give me a massage. I have been to others who have not understood the complexities of my disease and actually hurt me for days and weeks after. Tiffany really takes the time to get to know her clients, their needs and what things work best for them. She is calm and holistic in her approach which naturally relaxes her clients from the start. The location is a little tricky to find at first but is well worth the search as once you step inside you are immediately taken into a whole new world of relaxation and tranquility. Hence, Tranquil Moments is an apt name for this spa. read more

I recently had Tiffany's new Himalayan Salt Stone massage, and all I can say is WOW!! I have never experienced such an array of sensations all at once. Plus Tiffany's unique massage style is nothing short of therapeutic and completely relaxing. I'm ready for another one, just thinking about it! read more

I had a phenomenal massage with Tiffany! From start to finish, my experience was perfect. The decor is tasteful and the facilities are immaculate. I was booked for a 60 minute massage, but as soon as I layed down on her super comfy table, I upgraded to a 90. Tiffany has just the right balance of smooth, flowing relaxing strokes and skillful approaches to areas needing deeper work. I woke up the next day feeling refreshed and not sore in the places she worked on deeply. That is a sign of a massage therapist who works with great accuracy and skill. I highly recommend Tiffany! read more

After writing my initial positive review for Tiffany, she later told me that Yelp decided to filter it. Apparently, I'm a robot, seeking only to deceive you into seeing her (It certainly couldn't have anything to do with Yelp's hijacking policies where they try to strong arm you into advertising. Nope.) Anyway, I'm not a robot, just a satisfied customer, and I felt the need to re-write my review as she deserves the praise. As I stated in my first review, I came in to see her for a number of issues and she's been able to either completely reverse them, or reduce them to nearly nothing. I've only been a customer for just under 2 months, and feel much better now than I have in years. I would highly recommend Tiffany (again) to anyone. She's great at what she does, and tailors every visit to address whatever concerns you have. There is no 6th star, so she gets a 5 from me. Mike the Not Bot read more

I highly recommend Tiffany for a massage. I found Tiffany on YELP a few months ago when I was searching for someone to help me with neck pain. I decided to make an appointment and see if this would help. I could barely more my neck side to side. Tiffany is truly amazing. After seeing Tiffany for a few months, I am able to have full range of motion in my neck again. We are still working out some deep rooted issues, but I am confident we can get me neck back to 100%. If you are experience pain, you must go see Tiffany! If you just need to relax and pamper yourself, you must go see Tiffany! You can Thank Me later! Enjoy! read more

I just have to sing the praises of this amazing woman! Tiffany is so incredibly talented at what she does. I started seeing her about 18 months ago when I was having chronic and severe lower back pain and sciatica. I wasn't looking for a "relaxing" massage or to de-stress. I was looking for pain relief, pronto. I communicated this to Tiffany. And not only did she listen, she delivered. In the past, I have often found that other massage therapists can't quite get to the root of my problem. But Tiffany's ability to really listen, her knowledge about the body, and her intuitive nature, turned out to be the perfect combination that finally led me down the path to relief and recovery. If you are looking for pain relief, Tiffany is your gal! But she also delivers when it comes to a more traditional relaxing massage or "spa" experience, lymph massage, headache relief, stress reduction, and recovery from injuries, all of which I have seen her for at some point in the last year. She has recently moved to a new location, which is perfectly situated in an upscale, professional, and peaceful office park in Rocklin. You don't have to worry about being disturbed by noise or activity from the offices or tenants next door, or from traffic or street noise. When you enter the treatment room, it's like you've stepped into a cocoon---and are insulated from the anxiety, stress, and distractions of the outside world. All of this is more than I can say for the experiences I've had at Massage Envy and Massage Heights in Roseville & Rocklin, where the walls are thin and the professionalism of the massage therapists and quality of the treatment definitely leaves something to be desired. At the end of each treatment, Tiffany provides you with a steaming hot towel, a bottle of water, and a chocolate mint. What a nice touch! Finally, about the price.....I travel for work, and often find myself in hotels and resorts with access to world class spas. Because my job can be stressful and physically demanding, I am often tempted to book a massage at one of these spas when I have the opportunity, and on occasion, have done so. But I always regret my decision, as I find that the quality of the treatment that I have received doesn't match up to the inflated price I have paid. I have found that i would much rather wait until i can get home to see Tiffany, who delivers an exceptional and personalized experience at a reasonable rate. Thank you Tiffany for being so great at what you do. I am a client for life! read more

She is so wonderful, professional, and amazing at what she does. Her office is so relaxing and comfortable. I had several prenatal massages with her and also a standard 60 minute massage and I have never been disappointed read more

What a thoughtful gift from my family for a salt stone massage. I loved the cleanliness and scent that greeted me upon arrival. Tiffany asked if I had any areas needing extra attention before the massage. The salt stone glided over my body by her experienced hands. Aside from having to turn over, I did not have to move a muscle to help position myself. It was a wonderful hour of total therapeutic relaxation. I look forward to returning soon, and know what I will ask for if anyone needs future gift ideas. read more

Tiffany is hands down fantastic. Her personality is warm and inviting, her space is tastefully decorated and comfortable, and her massages are hard to beat. I have been seeing Tiffany for prenatal massages every 2-3 weeks since my 18th week and then weekly from 36 weeks on. She is a true gift to anyone who wants to feel relaxed yet energized during their pregnancy. She tailors her massages to meet your current needs and pays attention to your trouble areas. Her pressure is well balanced, not to soft, not painful. Her strokes are fluid and feel effortless. I have had more massages in my lifetime than I can remember and Tiffany is the only person who has the ability to put me to sleep. I literally find myself fighting sleep because I don't want to miss out on the massage. I would recommend Tiffany to anyone not just the preggos. Tiffany - thank you for taking such good care of me through this pregnancy journey :) read more
