He took the time to really understand what was going on, explained everything clearly, and created a plan that built step by step instead of trying to fix everything at once. Within the first couple of months, I saw significant improvement, and over time, through treatments, supplements, and lifestyle changes, my body has truly started to heal. One thing I'd say--this process takes commitment. You have to be willing to stick with the plan and give your body time. But if you do, it's absolutely worth it. He was the first doctor I'd ever been to that sat me down for a hour and a half intake discussing my entire mental/physical/emotional health, the way I ate/exercised and practiced self care. I was blown away. Got blood tests, a stool test, and was put on a few homeopathics. I feel like my body is responding well to everything, and we're starting to figure out what's up with my belching. By my second month of being on the homeopathics I stopped spotting & my period pain went away. This is the kind of doctor everyone should have. Very kind, answers questions & informs you, and genuinely tries to get to the bottom of the problem. Both Lisa's in the office are nice too. Can't go wrong.

Dr. Denise Bogard is truly one of a kind!…read more I was referred to Dr. Denise Bogard at Well Aging Med in Roseville, CA by at least half a dozen close friends--both men and women--who each raved about how she had helped transform their health and quality of life. Now, after being under her care, I can confidently say she has done the same for me and so much more. I initially sought out Dr. Bogard for hormone replacement therapy, but what I received was far beyond my expectations. She has brought a profound understanding and awareness to all aspects of my health--physical, emotional, and nutritional. Her thorough approach and genuine attentiveness helped me gain clarity on how my body functions and how to support it in the most effective and sustainable way. Halfway through my first year as her patient, I tore my ACL. Dr. Bogard and her incredible team guided me through supplements and anti-inflammatories that supported my healing without compromising the gut health progress we had worked so hard to build. Her holistic, individualized care is unlike anything I've experienced. Dr. Bogard suggested testing for food sensitivities and methylation variants that I'd never been tested for before. These revealed direct connections between my anxiety, asthma, and certain foods--insights that have been absolutely life-changing. Her knowledge of how everything in the body is interconnected is truly exceptional. Within six months, I was so impressed that I brought my sister to see her. A few months later, I brought my mother as well. Dr. Bogard now cares for several of my family members, and we all agree: she's the best. I cannot recommend Dr. Bogard more highly. Her passion, expertise, and truly personalized care have made an enormous impact on my life--and the lives of many others I know. If you are considering hormone therapy, functional medicine, or just want to understand your health more deeply, Well Aging Med is where you need to go.

After dealing with a mild numbness surrounding my outer left thigh as well as a tingling sensation…read morearound my fingers and toes, I finally took matters in my own hands and made an appointment with Dr. Ross at "Lighthouse Wellness Center". Located directly on Sunrise Ave and just north of Cirby Way in Roseville, this business specializes in chiropractic adjustments as well as acupuncture and massage therapy. Additionally, they also do IV and Ozone therapy to help depleted electrolytes, relieve joint pain, combat chronic infections, and improve tissue repair at a cellular level. My situation was one that began back in early-2025 when I started experiencing the outer left thigh numbness. I heavily researched symptoms online and there were a broad topic of findings that included meralgia paresthetica, herniated disc, pinched nerve, and even sciatica. Since I recently had my annual physical with my primary care doctor, all of my vital signs through blood tests came out normal as I did not have an elevated A1C (which determines if you're diabetic) nor do I have any abnormalities to my heart, liver, kidneys, and other vital organs. Since my friend referred me here, he put in a good word as I finally booked an appointment on Thursday 3/19/26. There is a small parking lot that actually shares several other businesses in the same building. Once checked in, Dr. Ross was able to see me immediately. He asked some of the standard questions (medical history, past injuries, current medications, etc) to further get a better idea what might be causing this. He then directed me to the x-ray room where he conducted a full body image that shows any abnormalities with my bones and joints. Come find out that there was a small pinched nerve triggering pressure around my lower lumbar spine region. At least this was a sign that I definitely needed to get my back adjusted. Once Dr. Ross gave me a full examination, he was able to make adjustments to my neck/collarbone area and then work on extensive areas surrounding my lower back. he was gentle during the entire exam as I knew this would be the right choice. I did hear some minor cracking but it was quite subtle as there wasn't any immediate pain. The whole appointment only took around 25 minutes which was quicker than expected. After the hours and days that followed this appointment, I still have noticeable pain and numbness. However, from what I was told, it takes weeks (or even months) for this to subside. I also wanted to add that I have several follow-up appointments since this is something I definitely want to treat carefully to keep my body in excellent shape. All in all, "Lighthouse Wellness Center" did a very good job for addressing my needs as I hope that this will eventually help alleviate this discomfort to a somewhat permanent level. I wanted to add that they do accept several insurance plans. Finally, their hours vary by the day but they are open Monday through Friday and can even take last-minute appointments. With a caring staff, above average experience, and hopefully a step in the right direction, I am giving this place a perfect five-star rating.
