After dealing with a mild numbness surrounding my outer left thigh as well as a tingling sensation around my fingers and toes, I finally took matters in my own hands and made an appointment with Dr. Ross at "Lighthouse Wellness Center". Located directly on Sunrise Ave and just north of Cirby Way in Roseville, this business specializes in chiropractic adjustments as well as acupuncture and massage therapy. Additionally, they also do IV and Ozone therapy to help depleted electrolytes, relieve joint pain, combat chronic infections, and improve tissue repair at a cellular level. My situation was one that began back in early-2025 when I started experiencing the outer left thigh numbness. I heavily researched symptoms online and there were a broad topic of findings that included meralgia paresthetica, herniated disc, pinched nerve, and even sciatica. Since I recently had my annual physical with my primary care doctor, all of my vital signs through blood tests came out normal as I did not have an elevated A1C (which determines if you're diabetic) nor do I have any abnormalities to my heart, liver, kidneys, and other vital organs. Since my friend referred me here, he put in a good word as I finally booked an appointment on Thursday 3/19/26. There is a small parking lot that actually shares several other businesses in the same building. Once checked in, Dr. Ross was able to see me immediately. He asked some of the standard questions (medical history, past injuries, current medications, etc) to further get a better idea what might be causing this. He then directed me to the x-ray room where he conducted a full body image that shows any abnormalities with my bones and joints. Come find out that there was a small pinched nerve triggering pressure around my lower lumbar spine region. At least this was a sign that I definitely needed to get my back adjusted. Once Dr. Ross gave me a full examination, he was able to make adjustments to my neck/collarbone area and then work on extensive areas surrounding my lower back. he was gentle during the entire exam as I knew this would be the right choice. I did hear some minor cracking but it was quite subtle as there wasn't any immediate pain. The whole appointment only took around 25 minutes which was quicker than expected. After the hours and days that followed this appointment, I still have noticeable pain and numbness. However, from what I was told, it takes weeks (or even months) for this to subside. I also wanted to add that I have several follow-up appointments since this is something I definitely want to treat carefully to keep my body in excellent shape. All in all, "Lighthouse Wellness Center" did a very good job for addressing my needs as I hope that this will eventually help alleviate this discomfort to a somewhat permanent level. I wanted to add that they do accept several insurance plans. Finally, their hours vary by the day but they are open Monday through Friday and can even take last-minute appointments. With a caring staff, above average experience, and hopefully a step in the right direction, I am giving this place a perfect five-star rating. read more

Dr Ross is amazing. They are flexible and generally squeeze you in very quickly. Variety of services offered here which is great. The massage therapists are the star of the show. Between myself or family we have tried all 3 (unless there are more beyond the 3 I know) and all are amazing at their job. I'll give some stars to the one chiropractor that has helped me but unfortunately the front desk staff are not qualified and are rude. When I expressed my surprise that they don't have any emergency appointments (as I was laid up on the floor barely able to walk and was told the next available appointment was 3 weeks out!!) I was advised that I wasn't treating staff like humans and I was upsetting the staff by insisting they provide an apt the following day like all experienced chiropractors would do. They told me to find another chiropractor and proceeded to cancel all my standing appointments without my consent. Not investing in the front office staff will eventually ruin this business. For me, I have happily found a more qualified practice to bring my money to. I'd encourage others to do the same. read more

I'm still forming an opinion of this place but so far everything has been great. The receptionist for Dr. Abel is helpful, and Dr. Abel herself is very knowledgeable. I've seen many doctors in the past. Dr. Abel is aware of many different areas of health and medicine that most doctors have no clue about. I've had all kinds of tests from my primary care doctor that all came back with normal or unremarkable results. But after a couple suggested tests from Dr. Abel, I'm more aware about the cause of some of my health issues. I've already recommended her to others. read more

I'm strictly reviewing their massage service since I haven't received anything here except a massage. So I can't speak on their day to day operation since I come in on Saturdays, not during normal business hrs. I've been going here to get massages from Lita Lockwood since October this yr and I wish I had much sooner in life. I've only received one other massage yrs ago as a bday gift from a friend and noticed a difference afterwards which, lasted about a wk. I have a history of neck issues and stiffness in the muscles of my neck and shoulders. It's from whiplash due to previous car accidents. Unfortunately, I was in a car accident more recently by a hit and run driver who fled the scene. I never had back issues or sciatic nerve symptoms until this most recent car accident. So I decided to invest in myself, my health, and my back. A friend highly recommended Lita for massages and I'm glad I went with her suggestion. I'm hooked and keep booking appointments ahead of time. Lita is very friendly, down to earth, and professional to where you feel comfortable. She knows what she is doing and will ask which, areas you would like to focus on during that session. She has peaceful relaxing music and lowly lit lighting that sets the mood for your session. As others have noted, this practice activity discourages vaccination, including for childhood diseases. I witnessed this firsthand, in the waiting room, in a conversation about the measles vaccine between a patient and a staff member regarding the patient's infant child. This conversation happened during a local measles outbreak! Afterwards I looked more closely at their website and found Dr. Ross's 'health talks', which confirmed that this was not just a single, misguided staff member. This happened in 2018. I can only imagine what it's like now that we're in a pandemic. Dr. Trisha Wimbs is an amazing, very skilled chiropractor. I found this place on Groupon!! My back was hurting a lot and my best friend suggested I see a chiropractor. They had a good deal and were able to see me within half an hour. After taking a X-ray on my spine they let me know, on a follow up appointment, that I had mild scoliosis and neck issues. They set me up with an affordable monthly plan for the next 6-9 months. My dr is Dr.Drake. She is so awesome and very pretty too! And boy she cracks my neck so good. I haven't had any back pain since I've been coming. Thank god! Dr. Trish Wimbs is straight up the best chiropractor I have ever been too. I have had extremely terrible back pain for close to 7 years and have gone to at least five or six other places to get help but the only thing they gave me was momentary relief. Trish has not only relieved the back pain but she has been able to get my spine back into place where is should be. I have already recommended at least 15 people to come to her. Not only does she preform miracles on your body but she goes above and beyond what is expected of her. She helped one of my family members who had been getting taken advantage of at their chiropractor. I can't express how much I appreciate everything that she has done for me and my wife. I can say with all honesty that I have so much more piece of mind because I'm not in constant back pain. If I could give 100 stars, I would! Dr. Trisha changed my life! I have been seeing her regularly for a year, and so have my children. Chiropractic care has improved the chronic incontinence I'd been experiencing since the birth of my children (my OB wanted to take out my uterus!), irritable bowel symptoms, head fogginess, and my overall health has improved greatly. If I'm sick, I see Dr. Trisha right away and I'm on the mend before I even walk out if her office. Dr. Trisha improved my six year old daughter's bedwetting by 95% after her FIRST adjustment. Her bedwetting is now completely gone. My daughter also used to experience "Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome" or stomach migraines, and that nightmare has ended, as well. Dr. Trisha has cured my allergies, my husband of the flu, my daughter of a bladder infection and an ear infection, and my three year old son even loves getting adjusted. I woke up one Wednesday with a mysterious pain. I went about my daily business, hobbling through crossfit and work, thinking it would work its way out. The next morning, I could barely get out of bed. I was in a state of panic, because I had a 15k race in San Francisco that Saturday; I had paid for it and trained for it- and had a lovely weekend trip planned with friends. Dr. Katie squeezed an exam into her schedule that day (the other chiropractors I was able to reach all tried to schedule me for the following week). Even though I was a last minute appointment, I was seen at the scheduled time and Dr. Katie was attentive, but efficient. During the exam, she was educating me about posture and alignment while gently manipulating my body to see how my range of motion was affected. She promised to look at my xrays that evening and fit me in for my first adjustment Friday morning. Magically, when I woke up Friday, the pain was already gone and I was moving normally! I did still have some tenderness- more of an awareness that a problem was there, rather than pain. Sailed through my adjustment and managed to stay mobile through the run and the hiking up and down the hills of SF. I am still working with Dr. Katie, because that injury- whatever caused it- still flares up. But, with her help, it has not interfered with my life activity at all. In addition to working on my alignment, Dr. Katie is friendly and supportive. Great team! Dr Trisha Wimbs, Dr Ross, and Ashton are great people! Extended family referred me there and I see why they keep going back even though it is a 40-minute drive. They truly care. I am adding further to my earlier review here. I have been seeing Dr Wimbs for chiropractic care and she is great. She is also the reason I now have my dream job. She is really uplifting and awesome! I have been seeing Kat Fleming for massage therapy and she has been hugely aiding in the healing process when I started that about a month later, referred by my chiropractor. My neck and back were affected when my car was rear-ended and the tension in both tissues and muscles have been a tough factor. The other day, Dr Ross filled in the schedule and popped my neck and back really good. The pop in my back was burning and it was the first time I was able to go face-down on the massage table without being in pain. Whether it was timing or skill or both, I don't know. I just know that my neck has not been so bad while sleeping and I don't feel the need to try cracking my neck on my own throughout the day. So I highly recommend him in addition to Dr Wimbs and Kat Fleming. I found out later that Ashton was the initial massage therapist but she also runs the front desk. Ashton signed me up with Kat. She could've signed me up with herself just like Dr Ross signed me up with Dr Wimbs. I think that really goes to show what a team they truly are.
