I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Sahota! I started seeing him during my pregnancy after my baby was still breech. After a few sessions and some other work, my baby flipped! After my daughter was born, we began bringing her to Dr. Sahota as well. She had quite a bit of tension as a newborn, and we noticed such a difference with his care. When we later discovered she had a tongue tie and went through the release process, he continued working with her to help address the tension and support her recovery along the way. Out of desperation in dealing with intense dizziness, nausea, and light headedness I reached out to Synapse Chiropractic for help. The staff was quick to respond and set up an appointment. During my initial consultation Dr. Sahota took x-rays and found some cervical spinal issues and we agreed upon a treatment plan. They did what modern medical doctors and physical therapists couldn't do. My story is a bit of a unique one, the main root cause of my neck, mid, and lower back pain was buying a plush mattress which didn't provide the support I needed. This was only found out after several doctors visits and several months of lack of sleep and waking up in agonizing pain every morning. I got booked into several appointments with medical doctors and PT's even went in to get a few x rays, did silly exercises through a phone app, all came up short and I still had lower back pain. My OB recommended to go to a chiropractor who was certified in the Webster method when I was pregnant with my first child and suddenly found myself unable to walk or sit or stand without pain. My birth doula recommended Dr. Sahota. I was really relieved that Dr. Sahota has such flexible and extended office hours, that allowed me to see him after work. After a few sessions I was feeling better and I continued through the rest of my pregnancy. I found that continuing the treatment helped keep the pain more manageable. During that time I also learned that chiropractors can help the baby get into optimal position for labor, and can really help with a quicker delivery with less complications. My labor and delivery was pretty easy for a first time mom and I think it was due to the help I had along the way from Dr Sahota. This place has changed my life. I was told my only hope to be out of pain was to get back surgery or continue with pain medication until I get surgery. I've been to other chiropractors in the past. When I went in for my first visit I was resigned to the fact that I would experience pain until I retired. I work 12hr shifts(split between days and nights) in a dispatch center which can be stressful at times causing tightness/pain to my neck, back, shoulders and legs. Dr Sahota brought up the idea of receiving chiropractic care with the goal of becoming pain free as opposed to receiving temporary pain relief. At first it sounded too good to be true, I had seen different chiropractors for over ten years and this concept was never brought up, but I figured I had nothing to loose so I gave it a whirl. Over a period of six months I noticed gradual but steady improvement and follow up scans also confirmed how I was feeling. Work and life in general has become more enjoyable as I became pain free. I signed up for their wellness plan and went every week for about 30+ visits--best investment ever! I feel so much better for it. I originally would have said more stars except... I paid for chirp services and next thing you know, I didn't get adjusted. I paid for the "Consult" to go over my pain. I didn't need to waste $20 to see on a screen where my pain is. If included with the adjustment that technology would be awesome. I met the at the Roseville family fest and the had a deal for $20 so I set it up. (Granted I have amazing benefits and a $10 copay for chiro, I was willing to pay more to try a new place) I like how they educate but then next thing you know, they want to schedule an additional Appt for the adjustment which would be an additional $40. The Consult was 45mins. And completely wasted my time and left pregnant and still in pain. I work full time and have a 15 month old and my time is limited. I get they're a new company and trying to drive in business but being shady and not actually providing chiro services isn't going to get return clients. read more

Be prepared to be greeted by Raman or Ally, the sweetest receptionists and wellness staff I've had the pleasure of working with! They give you a grand tour of the entire facility before proceeding with anything else, and it definitely helps break the ice and just put you at ease, as well as that helps you get a feel for the staff you're working with! The facility itself is a super cute office, that feels more like a very professional Airbnb due to the cute furniture and decor choices, the entire staff (including the super cute girl wearing glasses didn't Catch her name) made everything the desired experience. $187 later I got all my xrays, all my assessments and alignments taken care of, complete report of findings, and 1 on 1 time with Dr. Ranvir Sahota to talk about day to day lives and allow him to gather his own opinions and advice on how to better care for your body and routine! Also, I've got my next appointment booked already before leaving so everything's really taken care of. Thankfully I have insurance coverage for 15 visits but that is not enough for this place. They said I was not a good fit. Don't waste you time if you are not ready to shell out extra cash beyond the insurance co-pays. They don't want your business if you only want to do what your insurance will cover.
