The joint has provided great chiropractic care for a very affordable price. Thank you

I had a great experience with Doctor Burleigh today! He was friendly and welcoming, and I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed. I left feeling so much better and really appreciated the care and attention I received. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a chiropractor! I plan to become a regular patient of his. read more

The Rocklin Joint is amazing! I saw Dr. Fritter, had a great personality and was very thorough in his patient car, I feel much better now!

Dr Burleigh really got my back in! My neck had a kink in it and wouldn't pop into place no matter how much I tried... he got it in right away. I feel so much better! read more

Dr Burleigh and receptionist Ashley are both wonderful great customer service. Dr Jon is very kind and considerate chiro. Always come out feeling GREAT read more

For starters, I like The Joint, however I just had a bad experience at The Joint Chiropractic in Rocklin with Dr. Maria. Even though I'm a regular customer, they made me wait 30 minutes just because they claimed my paperwork was outdated, allowing 4 other people to go ahead of me. When I finally got my turn, the adjustment was rushed and barely lasted two minutes. "Going over the paperwork" didn't take more than 30 seconds. Dr. Maria refused to provide the additional soft tissue work I requested, condescendingly waving her finger in my face and insisting it would 'flare up my muscles.' I know my own body and what I need. This experience was unprofessional and infuriating. I'm reaching out to corporate for a refund. Definitely not recommended. Maybe the other chiros there are better. read more

Doctor is great front desk not so great. Keeps losing my records. Have to fill out everytime I come in.

Dr. Burleigh is an amazing chiropractor. He always pays attention to detail, remembers you and your needs! My experience getting in and out of there to see him is very smooth, and the monthly subscription is worth every penny! Definitely recommend. read more

The place and the people rock. Outstanding costumer service. Simple place to find in the parking lot. Lots of good parking

I have been to this location for a few years now. I have always been treated so kindly and everyone there is so welcoming. From weekdays with Dr. Ward, even meeting Dr. Burleigh once today. They want to truly get to know you and want to help take care of you. I always meet up with Dr. Maria and their front desk receptionist Grace on Saturdays and they're so wonderful to be around with. So personable and fun. I'm someone who is extremely active, who trains 6 days a week. To get the care I need in regards to tightness in my body or injuries, gets checked out every time and gets taken care of. Definitely recommend anyone who is need of adjustment and chiropractic care. read more

I came back to the Joint after my wife recommended Dr. Burleigh. I had been dealing with knee pain from running and had tried different stretching and exercises without much relief. Dr. Burleigh was very knowledgeable and saw an issue with my walking posture and gait and recommended specific exercieses and stretching to go along with his adjustment he provided. After the first session getting adjusted, I was already feeling my knee hurt less. I've now been able to run without pain after just over a month of time. Thank you so much! read more

Dr. Burleigh! Is the best Dr. "hands" down and let me tell you...he has your back! I have been with The Joint for quite some time now and Dr. Burleigh goes above and beyond. He is very knowledgeable and strong but is gentle enough to take care of your adjustment. He takes the extra steps to support what your needs are and works his magic on your neck especially! Even though I have to drive further now to see him since he has moved to this location; don't mind because it's worth it. Also, extra shout out to the wellness coordinator at this location, she is super friendly and very helpful when paperwork needs to be updated! Thank you to this fantastic Joint team at the Rocklin location! read more

So I have been going to the Joint for many many years, about 9 years now. I first met Dr. Ward about 5 or 6 years ago because he would be one of the additional doctors in the Elk Grove office and then he came to this location. When I got my adjustments from him he was fantastic, definitely 5 stars. Well if you add on the polish of experience, you get absolutely amazing! I just came here to the Rocklin office because I just went snowboarding for the day and needed to get some maintenance. He is a younger fellow, but certainly do not allow that to alter your opinion. He is a very skilled and talented chiropractor. He was able to get my daughters neck in a particular spot where she hasn't been able to have any other chiropractor get movement to where it cracked. I must say that he does not give everyone the exact same treatment. He assesses his patients and caters to his patient needs. Definitely check this place out! You won't regret it! I will be returning after long snowboarding days for sure! read more

Rocklin is very lucky to have Dr. Burleigh! I have been with The Joint for quite some time now and while I appreciate all the other doctors I've been helped by, Dr. Burleigh is above and beyond. Very knowledgeable and caring, strong but gentle. He takes the extra steps to support what your needs are rather than just the run of the mill adjustment like you'll get from other doctors, which I really appreciate. He takes his practice seriously and you'll be glad you found him. I have to drive further now to see him since he has moved to this location. I don't mind because it's worth it. read more

I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. I have suffered with chronic neck and back pain for years. I have visited numerous chiropractors over the years and I have to say Dr Ward is by far the best. My neck and back feel much better these days thanks to Dr Ward. The girl at the front desk Ashley is awesome as well, very friendly and helpful. Honestly, I won't go anywhere else for my chiropractic needs. They are the best!!!! read more

I have been to many other Chiropractors and Joint has the best service and pricing by far. I have been going to Joint Chiropractic for 5 years now paying for the annual maintenance plan and try not to skip a week of adjustment to our neck and back. My body has been less sick and more flexible as a result of my straight back and neck. So glad we have Dr. Ward at the new Rocklin location. I used to have my adjustments from him at the Elk Grove Joint. Although I do not live in the area, I do come up here to shop and eat at Roseville and Rocklin so this location would be perfect to drop off for 5-10 minutes and it's right next to the freeway. Tip: Make sure to sign up for their annual plan at the beginning of the year with your FSA. read more

Dr. Ward is one of the best chiropractors I've ever been to. I've been going to a chiropractor ever since I was two years old. Dr ward takes his time listening to my needs and areas of pain ....and not only does he adjust me but he also always provides me suggestions on how to improve mobility outside of the adjustment. His office staff is always welcoming and charming . And one thing I love is that the office is always super clean. Highly recommend going to this office for your chiropractic needs. read more

This is my third chiropractor, and I'll be staying here. I felt like my body was assessed well and things were explained to be in a way I could understand and invest my energy into doing. I've had hip pain since the birth of my second, with every step I take. After my visit today I walked pain free, and I'm excited to start my wellness journey and being pain-free again one day. Not to mention the staff was friendly and the location is convenient. It's cheaper than going through my insurance as well! read more

Dr. Ward is a master of adjustments. I walk in feeling like a broke down Buick and I leave feeling like a classic Cadillac.

Today I had my first Adjustment with Dr. Ward. I have been dealing with a painful case of Sciatica, hoping it would just go away. But it has only gotten worse so I decided to take action and get chiropractic care. I appreciated that he listened to me and didn't make me feel rushed. He took the time to explain to me exactly what was going wrong in my back and seeing it on spine model really made it make sense. He came up with a treatment plan to help me get back to full function and hopefully get out of pain! I also appreciate the flexible hours. This is a definite plus! Can't wait for my next adjustment! read more

The chiropractic service is solid. The way they do business is questionable. I was told I had received a package totaling 8 visits for two months plus three extra visits to start the wellness plan for 89 dollars and after two months would be charged monthly 89 dollars to continue. No way of opting out and now they charged me again after only a month. The lady was almost gleeful telling me that i was going to be charged even if I cancel it. Yup this is the Mc'donalds of back crackers and for the price its expected. So don't expect any courtesy from the cashiers. read more

My favorite chiropractor! He listens to you and helps with all your pain and problem areas! They are so friendly! And super fast! I'm always in and out in like 5 minutes! I always leave feeling great and pain free! read more

I come to this place over and over because Dr. Ward has the right touch that works for me. Other chiropractors in The Joint system are good, and I appreciate them, but Dr. Ward knows how to find those spots that need attention and delivers actions that fix me. When I leave after an adjustment, I am literally taller because my spine has been aligned and my posture corrected. The front office staff is also great: Welcoming and polite and efficient. Thanks! read more
