I just had my full body massage with Teresa. She is incredible! I walked away feeling completely relaxed, and my muscles felt rejuvenated. A little over three weeks ago I gave birth and I totally needed a massage. My fiance purchased a groupon and I decided to schedule my massage with Teresa. She is super skilled, and she uses medium pressure, so not only is the massage relaxing but it's effective at helping alleviate soreness. The only tiny downside is that her hands were super cold during the massage, and the room was a bit on the colder side. I love a tranquil space. The office space was nice and tidy, and had a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were wonderful! I took my significant other in to do a couples massage, and the rooms were very spacious for both of us. They were at a great temperature, and very inviting. My S/O had never had a massage before, and they made him feel extremely comfortable. I highly recommend seeing Lacey, she is absolutely phenomenal!! Oh my gosh! This is the best massage I have ever had (and I've been getting them for 20 years). Angella has an amazing talent and I'm so glad she moved her practice to Granite Bay. My neck, shoulders and back have never felt so good. Not only for relaxation but I have so many injured areas (accidents, falls down stairs) and she gets every knot, kink and trouble area worked out before I leave. Have you ever had a dream that was so amazing that it enveloped you in this warm snuggly feeling, and even when you woke up you felt happy as you carried on through your day? That is exactly what a massage with Angella is like for me. I am so grateful to my friend, Amy, for recommending Angella to me. We got to talking one afternoon about aches and pains that come with accidents and aging and she had just come from seeing Angella at A Tranquil Space and was singing her praises. I have been dealing with a lot of joint pain and just a perpetual feeling of being a puzzle that was put back together incorrectly. My chiropractor had done as much as she could, but I needed something gentle instead of jerky. Enter: Angella. A Tranquil Space indeed. From the outside it is a very unassuming building, but that's why you should never judge a book by its cover. Once I stepped inside, I made myself comfortable to consult with Angella about what my massage and injury history was like. The massage room itself was a perfect size, cozy, but not claustrophobia inducing, a good temperature for relaxing and a wonderful scent bubbling away in the diffuser (a plus is that she uses Young Living oils and that's what I use at home). Under Angella's magical hands aches and pains that I have had for years just melted away. In particular I have had this major tension building at the base of my skull which resulted in many neck re-injuries for years now. In just this one session she had worked out all of that tension - the throbbing, the stiffness, the pain and the heaviness it was all gone. I almost cried with relief because I know that it was the cause of all of most of my headaches. The shoulder that was in pain when I walked in felt like the shoulder I had when i was 16 and I'm far from 16. She made me feel youthful and whole again.
