When I got over there another man came and stated running my temples quite half heartedly. The chair and foot massage were fine, nothing amazing, but where did the head and scalp guy come from? When I went to pay they wrote on a blackboard type thing, "25 chair 25 foot 25 head" and I was like, whoa, I never asked for that. Then they rewrote it down to $65. I put a $50 bill on the counter and walked out. I won't be back. This is not how you treat customers.

I was faced down. I became aware that there was another person in the room, and I could hear her whispering in another language and shuffling around, trying to be very quiet and then finally I said "it feels like there's another person in the room." Oh no, no no, and then it continued, and I finally pulled my head up and I'm draped with a towel so big I still count see. Im 15 minutes into this massage and he's still working on my neck. I kind of pulled the towel aside to see past it and all I could see was the door open about 4' and the hallway, into the room across the hall. I briefly saw another masseuse what seemed to be touching up the other room. I thought maybe I was being robbed, but I didn't happen to bring a purse or any money and I paid at the beginning of the Massage. I have never felt so uncomfortable or violated during a massage. I'm very unhappy with my experience and I'm sad because this is a place I frequent and have a membership at. Additionally, I can't find a place to contact a manager or an owner to talk about this experience so I have to leave a review. Until there's some kind of resolved with this, I would not visit this place. There is something really shady going on.
