I am honestly shocked at the good reviews at this place. I have had a handful of massages in my life this one has got to be the worst. First off, they ask you to pay ahead of time which is strange because they want you to tip but how do you know how much to tip if you haven't even had your service yet? Second, the guy who did mine and girl who did my moms didn't speak English. Couldn't even under them one bit. Neither of them asked how we like our massages (pressure/hard/soft) they were extremely rough esp around the shoulders. My mom and I are sore still two days later from it! I am 5'2 120 lbs i do not need a massage that hard. Lastly, the guy kept putting the sheet way below my butt crack he even pulled my underwear down below my butt crack! That was not necessary at all. I felt uncomfortable 80% of the time and it was not relaxing at all. Oh and another weird thing- when he was doing the head massage he stuck his fingers in my ears 3 times. BUT I have not had an 'experience next door to me' quite like Anna's. It was ( on 3rd trip) pretty darn near to perfection. From communication on phone to meeting Amy. It was a 90 minute to heaven- achey, tired, body hurts (fell in parking lot Monday) and I was my young self again. AMY did the most wonderful resurrection of my weary body. found Anna's massage on Yelp. I set an appt for a 60 minute couples massage and OOMMGEE my wife and I walked out feeling refreshed and relaxed. I went with a deep tissue massage. My lower backs been tight with shoulder pain and I'm unable to sleep. CiCi applied pressure that relieved . CiCi rolled the knots out of my back and loosened my shoulder/neck area. Omgosh, if you go in on a hot day and it's hot inside. JUST LEAVE. I think they were trying to save on the electricity bill. I asked the font desk lady, and she was like oh the AC will be on. There were 6 ladies in our groups. Outside was hot. The inside was not cooool at all. When we got situated and lay down, omgosh, we just wanted to get up and leave. But we didn't want to be rude. Then, as later once they started massaging, the AC came on for a little while, but not enough to feel that cool. The AC was turned off. First time try this massage place, went to few different places before. Plenty of parking in the area. The first time walk in greeted by the lady. They are pretty friendly people. Anyways, they do $5 off if you do yelp review. We already paid and we did not see the sign after so we didn't ask for it. I did whole body combination body and foot massage 30 minutes each. Room looks pretty OK, nothing bad smell or dirty, I mean is dark can't really see much anyway. The music is ok. Let's talk about the massage. The massager lady that did mine she is ok, she did communicate if I want it medium or hard probably she memiliki the pressure or strength so I told her medium. The massage focus a lot on the back. I wish they do more on the shoulder and next area. The head and face massage was good but so fast and short the service time for that. Then go to foot is ok. Feel like too much on bad to the point I feel like I'm being punch lol. I wish they can do custom based on customer focus area to work on. Place n people is nice but too much on back. Unless they can do custom focus area for massage I would be back or bring more friends. But for now I'm done for the year. I think the people are very hard working so I definitely gave them at least 25% tip from what I spent. Also btw the hot stone is very hot! I can't say enough about Cici. She gave the best deep tissue massage I have ever had, and I do them fairly regularly. I was experiencing extreme strain and pain in my shoulders, neck, head and upper back. I let her know before we started and she spent most of the 90mins working out the kinks in those areas. I was ecstatic that there was time left over for the lower half of my body as well. Perfectly timed! The only negative I found was that the walls in the private rooms are super thin. There is a general massage area right on the other side of the private room doors, which is fine except that when people are talking, it is though they are almost in the room wi the you. I recommend bringing ear plugs if you're wanting a completely isolated sound experience. Overall, I LOVED Cici's massage and will definitely be back for another 90min deep tissue massage! Visiting the area and was really in search of someone that would take a walk in. Anna's had some great reviews and it was only 5 minutes away so what the heck. Andy was my masseuse and this guy has some strong hands. For those of you that don't tolerate pain, he may not be the guy for you. He digs into your muscles with his fingers, elbows and forearms. I like the stronger massages so this was right up my alley. The hot stones caught me off guard but they felt better after a few seconds. The 90 minutes was a true 90 and only cost $90! What a deal. We called and they were able to squeeze us in, in a matter of 30 mins. Good timing as well because oh definitely seems like they get busy. They have a couples massage special 90 Mins for 150$ and let tell you. It was the best massage I've ever had. The layout of the place is separated by curtains. So it's not actual rooms, but that didn't seem to be a problem at all. When customers walk in you can hear them but it does not take away from your experience. My lady was super polite. I came here today 4/23 for a 1245 appt and met Sandi who is a God-blessed massage therapist. She gave it all she got. I never experienced such a wonderful massage, which included hot stones and oil. I was in Heaven. She is an amazing therapist who must like what she does because she sure performs with her skilled hands. I highly recommend her and the office. It's very clean and quiet.
