Simply the best! i've tried a lot of places, but this spot really stands out. atmosphere is quiet, clean and immediately relaxing. The therapist was attentive, worked out all the tight spots in my back and shoulders, and kept the pressure perfectly dialed in the entire time. I walked out, feeling lighter, fully restored and ready to book my next appointment. if you're looking for talented practitioners and incredible service, don't hesitate to check them out. read more

This review and my experience would've been 5 stars had I not ended my massage and experience with a lady. I am unsure of her name. My first time here and I may not return. I had called 30 minutes before arriving as this was a last minutes plan for myself on the drive home. Thought I'd stop in for an hour massage. The lady on the phone said I could come in as they accept walk ins. Upon arriving, I paid my dues, $60 for an hour massage plus a $2 card fee. My masseuse in the beginning was a male. He asked me the kind of pressure I'd like and I chose soft. I am not sure at what point him and the lady switched however, I immediately felt the difference in pressure. She was really rough and rushed through my massage. Twice I asked her to go soft as she was hurting me and at this point I no longer could enjoy my massage. No response. I didn't know they had switched until she announced she'd be back, just grabbing a towel. My first time experiencing a head massage and had it been delicate, I think I would've enjoyed it. Unfortunately, she was rough on my head as well. At the end of my time, she very loudly told me we were finished. No relaxation with this massage. When walking out, she comes to the counter and asks if the receipt she had was mine. I told her yes. She then tells me I wrote $0 for the tip and if I wanted to pay tip with cash. First, I'm not tipping on a service I did not receive yet and second, I was not happy with my massage. She then hassled me and asked if I liked my massage and why I wouldn't tip. Had I stayed with the same masseuse, I would've loved it. $60 for 60 minutes is a great deal! I'd say if you were to come here, speak up for yourself so that you may enjoy your time. I definitely did not. read more

Got the 90 minute combo massage that includes: deep tissue done with therapist feet while she walks on my back (yeah, sometimes painful), hot stones, percussion, stretching, assisted flexion and extensions, foot reflexology. The therapist was a female who is all of 4' 9" tall and probably weighs no more than 90 pounds. And she is one of the strongest people ever to massage me. I left the spa with much looser feeling joints, spine and major muscles. Writing this review 10 hours post treatment. My back is sore from the work-out. But the usual stiffness is completely gone. My range of motion is greater. Let's see what my golf swing looks like tomorrow morning. Good work. Nice people. Clean studio. I might become a regular customer. read more

I was hesitant after reading some of the reviews but I was needing a massage and they were open later so I took a chance. I'm so glad I did. I just had a fabulous medium pressure massage by Misty. She checked in frequently about the pressure, which I like. I don't even live in Roseville, but in Rancho. I'd drive back here again for her. It was one of the best massages I've had in awhile. read more

This year my boyfriend and I wanted to give each other a Christmas gift that not only helped relieve stress and pain, but at the same time we wanted to be able to relax together in intimate setting. We thought what better way to do just that, than to book an appointment for our first 1 Hour Couples Massage this evening! My massage therapist was Misty and noticed I had a lot of tension in my shoulders and focused on a lot of other areas of my body as well, head, legs, arms, feet, etc. Lol she stretched my lengthy body out like an accordion and really got in there with pressure cracking all the kinks I never knew I had, a painful experience, but at the same time relaxing. My head and body felt great afterwards, an immediate relief, so I figured she must've known what she was doing and held it in. 8 years experience doing massage FYI, and you can't beat a deal like $60 for 60 min! We will be back when experiencing discomfort again, all masks were worn, sanitizer was provided and the music was very calming in the room, support local! read more

WOW WOW WOW. I have never had such an intense and powerful deep tissue massage in my entire life. There were times I almost couldn't handle it BUT I told myself it's what my body needed. Amber and Tony were AMAZING. Tony's hands are POWERFUL so if you need a HEAVY deep massage request Tony!! I loved that they go deep in your back and they do a face portion!! The prices are VERY good here! You'll be so pleasantly surprised coming here read more

I've been coming her for some time now....several years....and was always pleased. The young ladies were very good and what I appreciate was knowing what to expect and knowing I'd get a good massage that helped my issues. But the last few times something has changed and I think I'll find somewhere else to go....Don't get me wrong, they are very nice but with very limited English skills. The consistency I thought was the best thing about this place is now gone. Now it's just a mixed bag...I gave them the benefit of the doubt and kept coming back but, I'm sorry to say no more. This past weekend it was the worst...the massage was nothing but perfunctory and just going through the motions...I could tell she was just not interested and after about 30 minutes she started rushing things and doing a lazy, mediocre job...then with a final blow to my thigh exclaimed all done. And she was right. read more

Great massage and the stretching is fantastic. Low price and very friendly staff. I highly recommend this location. Sunrise and Cirby.

Eric is an absolutely amazing masseuse! I highly recommended asking for him. It has a great staff, who are also very accommodating. This has been a favorite spot for years! You Must go! read more

My boyfriend and I agree that we just had HANDS DOWN the best massages either of us have ever had. I called yesterday hoping to get us in for a couples massage sometime this week, but they were actually able to get us in last night. Both Eric and Annie were phenomenal, with hot stones and towels included. Thank you for a truly magical experience. Goodbye, Massage Envy! read more

I called and was able to get in within 30 minutes. I got a 60 minute massage for $60. Amber was amazing and she got all of the specific spots I needed worked through in my neck and shoulders. It was comfortable, friendly and I'll definitely be back. read more

Nice to find a 90 min massage still for $90, and worth every bit. Great massage. I've been having one major neck pain and stiffness that has been giving me migraines. My mobility is greatly improved. I'll definitely be frequenting this business. read more

I had a wonderful experience, from the time I entered and was greeted with a friendly smile to the time I left I felt cared for. I got a deep massage from Misty, I think she is the owner. I felt 10 years younger when I left. I will return as the prices are reasonable and the service was incredible. This is a legitimate, honest, legal, and safe site. read more

I wish I could give it a zero. Not only was it painful it was far from professional. I had a male masseuse (which I was not informed of until he entered the room) and he did not respect my decency. I was very uncomfortable especially when he got on top of me with no warning. I found my self unnecessarily exposed when to took the sheet covering me, telling me to turn over while I was uncovered and naked. I have had many massages before male and female and never one like this. Then when I left, obviously without tipping, he chased me out to my car demanding a tip. I never post bad reviews but this was awful. I left crying. My advice for any women wanting a massage here make sure you ask for a female hopefully your experience will be better. read more

Perfect Day Spa - More like tips demanded and highly unprofessional - Beauty & Spas Near Me - Rosevile, California

Never judge a book by its cover! Amazing massage. My masseur turned out to be a petite women, so when asked what level of massage I'd like, I said deep tissue. She packed a punch! This women was nothing short of a dynamite! Needless to say, I was in pain the next day. Nevertheless I'm going back! This time I will get a normal level massage. But I'm definitely going back! read more

This was the best massage I may have ever had. Tried the back walk and the hot stone. And to think, I almost considered a fancy granite bay spa. This hidden little gem is quite possibly the best surprise in Roseville. read more

Loved every minute of my massage. I got the full body 60 minute massage and it was amazing. I opted for deep tissue but they also offer Swedish massages. I came out feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on my day-to-day life. They have foot massage options for a great price. I loved the price for a 60 minute massage too. I will definitely go back read more

Indeed a perfect massage !! The beginning til end was so relaxing, my massager made sure I got my money's worth. They didn't lie!! I'll come back on 2 weeks!!! So worth it especially with someone like me who's mostly on my feet all day from work. #selflove #gifttoself read more

Got a massage for my husband. Disappointed that while she was doing the massage she answered the phone and door the entire time. The stretching was good but massage was not relaxing at all. He also had to wear a mask. We won't be returning. read more

I had a lovely massage. Exactly what I wanted and needed. I also got a hot stone treatment added to the massage for no additional charge! The salon is peaceful, quiet and relaxing. I highly recommend! read more

Called to see if they had any availability just in case they didn't have anyone available. And I was like 4 blocks away. I didn't want to bother with a walk in. And yasssss they had availability. Came in, not a customer insight. Oh shit, does this place suck? I was scared it was going to be a sketch place, with mediocre massages. Anyways I'm my head I was being dramatic, my 1 hr body massage was sooo good. I forgot to ask the lady her name when I left. Total regret. I want her again. Pressure was awesome, asked where my problem areas were. I hate those masseuse that just randomly rubs on bones and it hurts you. The lady there massaged like She had a purpose. It was amazing! read more

This is about as far from a relaxing experience as it's ever going to get. I don't even know where to start. I came here twice now, hoping that the second time would be better than the first. Boy, I was wrong. The first experience I had was for a foot reflexology massage. The "masseuse" that was working on me passed gas - not once, but continuously throughout my "massage". This wasn't a massage. It was just hands rubbing vigorously on parts of your body. There was no technique employed, no skill involved. Needless to say, the best part of this experience was getting up and walking away. The second time was for another foot reflexology massage at their other location. It was just as horrible of an experience as the first time around. I should have realized the first time that a massage at Perfect Day Spa means rubbing your body parts about 30 times in one direction as hard as possible. There's no skill involved in this. It's really pointless because sore muscles will continue to be sore, as there's no kneading or real massage work involved. I told the guy who was "massaging" me to be a little more gentle, and he nodded his head and said he understood, only to intensify his massage even more. Clearly, there's a communication barrier here as most of the employees don't speak a word of English. Please, please save your money for a real massage elsewhere at a legitimate place. Sure, you might pay double than what you would otherwise pay at this place, but it will be worth your while. read more

My favorite place to go for a massage. Honestly best hands ever. Rima is fantastic! Thank you

My experience was not so good... I booked a 1 1/2 hour massage. There was no real technique, just consistent rubbing to an area for long periods at a time. And, due to not having a receptionist manning the front, my Masseuse had to interrupt my session midway, to attend to a customer that walked in. Very unprofessional! First and last time here! read more

Wonderful massage & great Father's Day gift from my kid. Eric did a great job, even got a good stretch in at the end, that was a nice touch. Will be back for sure! read more

Misty did a wonderful job with deep tissue massage. I'm very grateful and impressed with the professionalism! Well worth every penny.

This place is an awesome hole in the wall. Prices are cheap, the customer service is good - but the massages are surprisingly great. We've done foot massages, full body massages and combo body/foot. All of the massage therapists have been awesome. They listen to what you need and are good at what they do. Quarantine has me missing massages so much! I can't wait to go back once its safe to do so. read more

Great experience!!! We went 3 of us to celebrate my birthday, with 2 good friends. We got a 60 min foot massage reflexology. I can't remember the 3 masseuse names but it was two men a woman. All excellent. Perfect pressure and verbally asked if ur seemed uncomfortable. For my birthday they assed free sea salt. It was nice but it was like a rug burn feeling with texture when massaging, this might b e too abrasive for some people since they are massaging. Overall great service and products. read more

Great massage for a great price. My appointment was on time and the location is clean.

Love it! My son and I made this a mom and son date... so very relaxing and so reasonable. Did the one hour foot massage and left there feeling absolutely phenomenal!!! Very relaxing and affordable!!! Very clean and professional...can hardly wait to go back!!! read more

I went for a foot massage today, and this place has really cleaned up! I hadn't been here in several months, but had been a few times before that. There is new decor, new beds, and everything seems clean and fresh. The massage was also better than I've ever had here! I don't know if they changed ownership recently, but they honored my old coupons. The staff was friendly and very good. My mother and grandmother were with me too, and we all said it was the best massage we've ever had at this place. I love strip-mall Asian massage places because it is so much more affordable than Massage Envy or a massage at a "real" spa, so I've seen several of these establishments. Last year I'd give this place 3/5, but it is definitely a 5 star now! read more

The massage was really good, decent price, a tad pricy but overall worth it. They did get a little uncomfortably close to my private area which was a bit shocking and scary. Other than that though it was nice, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and I'd go back. read more

My husband and I have been going here for years... we got the chance went to go last night for foot massages, I got a great massage, but my poor husband barely got received a massage. He had to keep waking up the lady, she literally fell asleep massaging his feet. The thing about an hour massage, it's an hour not 50 minutes. Not going back after spending $100 for (in actuality) one foot massage. read more

Came to this place for a massage, I probably rate the massage itself a 2/5. When massaging my bottom half, The lady was massaging wayy to much on my ass rather than actually massaging my thighs. Plus, the one thing the lady did was walked out of the room to grab a hot towel while my half naked ass was uncover and showing while door was half way cracked open. Idgaf if it's just right there down the hallway. The lady didn't even cover me! I have never experience this. Never will I come back to this place. read more

Tony is the best!!!!! Had him a few times and every time I leave feeling like jello . His hands are magic

The lady that gave me a massage did such a good job I had her focus on areas in back and she seemed to find all the knots in my back and made my back feel so much better! The tables are heated which helps relax you but they do a full body and it was just what I needed after working 14 days straight! read more
