Excellent experience. I called on. Friday afternoon hoping to get in that day. I had Just gotten my nails done less than two weeks ago from a previous place that did not do a very good job. I needed the nails to be fixed. My time not only got me in on the same day. They did an excellent job. The hand and arm massage was out of this world. All I can say is WOW! This was THE best pedicure and service I have EVER had. Vonnie was spectacular. She cared, she was kind and she was thorough. I can't tell you how much appreciate her. The salon was spotless, the bowls are so clean, they have no jets (which I love) and they took their time cleaning after guests left. I will be going to Vonnie for every pedicure. It was expensive but I will pay every time for that service. Thank you so much! 10/10. read more

I came here for the first time Thursday around 10:30. I was a walk-in and waited about 10 minutes for a pedicure (middle tier, $48 before tip). The inside is very clean and nice. They have clear plastic dividers between you and the staff at each massage chair, but no dividers between customers. The staff is very nice and it was quiet/calm inside. I have pretty bad ingrown toenails on my big toes and the woman working on my feet (wears glasses and has ponytail) was very gentle, which I appreciated so much cause other places can be rough and cause pain. Although the prices are higher than my usual places in Sacramento, I will likely come back because of the nice atmosphere and friendly staff. read more

I tried this salon a few weeks ago after reading reviews on Yelp. I called and made an appointment. I arrived on time, and I had to wait 25 minutes, the other ladies waited far less. I don't know if they over-booked or someone called in sick. The foot massage was wonderful, but my toes did not look good after they were painted. I told Tracy that I was not happy with the paint job, and she put more polish on my toe and another top coat. I was hoping she might repaint all my toes, so they looked nice. She did not. She seemed irritated. I did not feel welcome or respected at that salon. In addition, all the ladies and men were offered water with lemon, or champagne during their services, except me. I think the others were regulars, but I believe all customers should be welcomed and treated in a similiar manner. I was looking for a new nail salon and this will not be the one. read more

What a treat! They were not kidding with the name. It was definitely an oasis for mamas, especially to a newborn like me. There's fans to keep the air flowing, and I felt the hvac from above from my pedicure seat. Vast selection of colors of top brands. I called before going, I highly recommend... this place seems busy but not over booked. And I don't blame them. If this place is still a secret, it's one of the best kept secret nail salons! It's like a combo of amazing nail techs + Asian massages. I only dreamt of this combo! I didn't think it actually existed. They put so much emphasis on the massage, just the perfect amount of pressure. My nails grow a little to the sides, and I appreciated my tech aligning them all to look ideal and straight. I saw a manicurist with a client turning the hand up to file them to her clients perspective. For the pedi, I highly recommend treatment 3! So worth it! After the client left next to me I witnessed her tech super scrub the pedi tub clean and dry. I can't say enough about this place. Love it and will definitely be back... I will make the trip from the Bay Area for another My Time Salon treat. read more

10/10, my go-to pedicure salon now FOREVER! Called and made an appointment, they got me in ASAP (about and hour after I called) Vonnie took care of me from start to finish, I was so impressed right off the bat that here are some notes I was taking from the beginning since I knew I wanted to leave a review. Friendly service and attentive upon entering, very communicative, quickly taken back to chair, offered a variety of drinks with extra options, colors offered quickly along with insight as to which color might be best/how many coats it would need etc. Offered me a refill on my ice water with orange slices right away when it got low. Careful with water temperature and nail cutting, cuticle care. Very nice and thorough massage, and hot towels were hot, hot, perfectly hot. Wiped down all lotion and massage oil which I always appreciate, with the warm towel and a dry one. Thank you so much! I'll be back! read more

It is so hard to find a nail salon that delivers quality service, at affordable prices, while making you feel welcome and at home. I've been to my FAIR share of nail salons in the Roseville area, and none have lived up to the experience My Time Salon, has given me. The hostess was very accommodating and welcoming from the second I walked in! Upon my arrival, I was immediately offered a beverage choice, and was guided on what pedicure to pick based off my needs. I'm not a huge talker during my pedicures, as It's a time for me to whine down and relax.. the women doing my pedicure was phenomenal at her craft, and didn't make me feel bad for not wanting to chat the whole time. She was very kind, I wish I got her name! I truly hope this wasn't a one time experience, I will definitely be back again and hope the excellent experience carries on over to future visits. For the most part the service was good. got a manicure/ pedicure at the same time and it was fast and efficient. About a week later I noticed a black spot under the French tip that was painted , it was tender and painful. I showed my doctor and it's a fungal infection which they warned was most likely due to unsanitary tools being used. read more

Today, I decided to give them a 2nd chance with the manicure. Donna insisted that I do manicure at the same time with pedicure, but I was hesitant, as I had a bad experience when they did this 2 years ago. They do a lousy job when they do 2 services at the same time. Dona asked a girl sitting behind her if she could do it, and the girl got upset as she was chatting and shook her head left and right as saying, "No." I told Donna, "She does not want to do it." Donna said,'Oh, no, I am just interrupting her talking' (?!) She came after several minutes and she was dropping things down, adjusting chair next to me with one hand and massaging my right arm with another hand, turning her head to see who was coming in, massaged right arm few minutes and then left arm only less than a minute (too far for her to lean over, as I am sitting and having pedicure done). She put my right hand in too warm parafine, put layers of polish one after the other, and just wanted to get done with it. They are not taking any ownership and responsibility and blame it on the customer. They just wasted my time. You can't fix sloppy work. read more

I decided on a whim to come here to get my nails done and boy that was a great whim to have. I was paired up with Vi (pronounced Vee) and she will be my regular go to from now on. I went in originally just to get a manicure, and upon arrival, I changed my mind and got extended dipped gell with a manicure at on. That was definitely the way to go. I chose three fun colors for Easter and Vi was incredibly meticulous. at one point she noticed that one color was not perfect and redid the nail even though I told her it looked fine. It was not good enough for her and she wanted it to be perfect. Only took her a few minutes and I'm so glad she made the improvement. I can't wait to see her again in a couple weeks for a touchup and maybe some fun new colors for summer. read more

Wanted to try a new place and they had great reviews. We called the morning of to make an afternoon appt for a pedi. They said 2pm. We arrived at 1:55 and worked on until 2:30. I was annoyed because I told her anytime after noon was fine. We had to wait for the current techs to be done with their clients. Anyway, place is new and updated. They have a front desk girl to check you in, get your beverage and guide you where to go. Most of the time a tech has to stop and do these things. Hence, probably why they are on the higher end in pricing. For the same services, my no frills Pro Top is $22, my luxury option Cosmos is $33, and here it was $39. My pedi was good/average. However, my massage was the best foot and leg massage I ever had even compared to a pricey spa. It was so relaxing and not hurried or rough. The other downside is that techs were speaking Vietnamese to each other much of the time while working on our feet. Still don't understand why they seem to do this at EVERY nail salon I have ever been to. When I am work helping a customer, I don't have a personal conversation with my coworker. I find it to be unprofessional and when I am paying nearly $40 for a pedi, it shouldn't happen. At least it was quiet talking. So in closing for the price, not sure I would come back. Cosmos is just as nice and a few bucks cheaper. read more

My Time is the best. Amazing service - really couldn't be better. Try it and you'll believe me. I see this questionable negative review below about price changes. IMO this is totally bonkers - every single small business has been impacted by the economy. All price changes are posted. If someone is so concerned about a few extra dollars for - let's be honest - a luxury service that many cannot afford, perhaps that person shouldn't go at all. Small businesses rely on Yelp reviews, so I find it really unethical to post like this... If someone was so disappointed by normal and legal business changes, maybe that person should find a new place to go. read more

I selfishly almost didn't want to write the review because it took me so long to find a good nail salon in Roseville and I didn't want this to get too crowded. Everything about the experience here is high quality. The massages with manicures and pedicures are true, relaxing massages. My nails always look great when I leave here and they aren't cutting corners or being too harsh. The ambience in the salon is quiet, relaxing, and not over flowing. They do such a great job of managing their books that it never feels rushed or too busy in there. I go well out of my way past nail salons that are much closer to my home for the quality and experience My Time provides. read more

I've been coming here for the last few years and all the ladies are incredible! But today they went above and beyond. I called last minute to see if they have any availability and they did! I let them know before I was getting 10 different colors and Emily was more than happy to do that for me. She did such a wonderful job. I have been coming to My Time Salon consistently for 6 years (every 2 weeks minus Covid shutdown) and I have never had a bad or disappointing experience. My nails are always perfect, they take their time (you will never feel rushed), listen to what you want, and consistently deliver a beautiful perfect result--with every nail technician--which is unheard of. Their prices are competitive, and the overall experience is above any other nail salon in the area--and I have tried them all. Best nail salon in Rocklin, Roseville and surrounding areas. Nail salons can be hit or miss depending on who you happen to get and how busy the salon is. My Time Salon is different. I've been getting pedicures there for months now and the service is always spectacular and completely flawless. The atmosphere is relaxing, guests are always greeted warmly, the service is fantastic and I leave completely feeling pampered and refreshed. The service was unmatched!! I came in and requested acrylics with no appointment. I was told that they couldn't get me in for acrylics that day (like I said, no appointment) but offered to schedule me the next day!! Halfway through my gel manicure, Tracy walked in and was able to do my acrylics! They turned out gorgeous! Definitely recommend. The ambiance is also unbeatable! read more

I've been here twice now and I'm so glad I found them through Yelp! Both times I got acrylic fill and they did an amazing job! I've been to many salons and they usually have bad customer service or are not detail-oriented enough. My time salon has A+ customer service and the two technicians I've had were both very meticulous and filed my nails to a perfect shape. The photo is from my most recent visit and Mimi did an amazing job with my Christmas nails! I brought in a picture and Mimi replicated it with perfection. I happened to be in town for a meeting and had time in between. I decided to find a nail salon for a quick pedicure. I was able to call ahead and make an appointment in 10min! The chair was ready when I arrived and the technician was very professional. I felt she truly wanted me to be comfortable. The place is clean. The staff has worked together for awhile I heard. I know why this place gets 5 stars. The soft, relaxing music plays, you can listen to the waterfall in the lobby, everything is clean, professional, pretty. They really cater to their clients here. Totally pampering everyone. They brought out a fresh peach ice tea (with a orange slice in it). Best pedicure I've had in a long time. I dropped in shortly after they opened on a Wednesday and I was able to get a gel manicure as a walk-in. Everyone was super friendly and attentive. Everything seemed very clean and comfortable. They even brought me an iced tea with an orange slice in it. I got the "my time mani"with the arm massage and paraffin wax. It was really great. Only reason I couldn't give it a five-star was because it was really expensive. 60 for the manicure and 15 for the tip ends up being a pretty expensive manicure. (but I don't regret it) read more

Everyone here is incredibly nice and the atmosphere is relaxing. Mimi has been taking care of me for the past 6 months and does an amazing job every time. Shes very sweet and fun to talk to. Looking closely, it also appears the dip powder may not have been fully cured or sealed properly because you can still see tiny white spots throughout the nails. They take care of you here and make sure you get your moneys worth. The massage was perfect and they even steam your legs! They also have complimentary drinks. I'll be back.

After my last review update the male owner who goes by Tim decided to reply to my review…read moredishonestly regarding the argument between him and I. At least he identified himself since he's replying under the name and profile picture Kieu Trang N who also goes by Fiona. She's the other owner who has been very respectful throughout this unfortunate experience. Her tone in her replies in other reviews, even negative ones, is much different and respectful. She also will sign off with her name or with a formal greeting. The other replies to negative reviews that have an argumentative tone and with no formal greetings or signature I'm assuming are Tim and not her. Despite his dishonest reply to my recent review update regarding our argument, I thought nothing of it and wasn't surprised. Especially with already knowing what he was capable of in person. But the very next day he sent me a text from their business cell phone in addition to the reply on here on yelp. Stating things like my review isn't what occurred and he actually thanked me for my feedback and stated he was open to it. It also stated I would no longer receive appointment reminder calls. Then he sent me a screenshot of my name in their address book with my name and next to it said no 2 min reminder calls. Although he repeatedly told me in person he wasn't going to listen to me and he would continue to do what he's doing. I replied that this was not ok and to stop continuing to argue with me on yelp and now via text. Also that if it continues he will lose my business and to please leave me alone. I talked to Fiona or Kieu Trang N and she called me immediately when I asked to speak to her on her day off. Again she's great and very accommodating. I read her his reply to my yelp review, the text he sent, and my reply as well. I also told her that although he identified himself in the reply on yelp to my review that in other replies he didn't seem to, and it's under her name and profile picture giving the impression that it's only her replying on here. During this call I found out that the other owner who goes by Tim was her husband. I apologized for the position this situation put her in. I told her it's gone too far and it's ok if he disagrees with customers but, he should not argue with them in person, online, or via texting. That he needs to know when to stop. I told her this is now harassment after him and I argued in person. I asked that he just leaves me alone and that it stops. That's all I want at this point no more discussions about it since they're going nowhere. She apologized immensely and stated she would speak to him regarding giving me space. I told her every other time I've been at her salon I've never had a negative experience and love my nail tech and her employees. So I'm willing to continue to go there as a customer. I went to my nail appointment yesterday 11/29 for my dipping powder mani and gel pedi with of course Mia my go to nail tech. Afterwards the front desk girl who usually is always there who goes by Nee (Idk how it's spelt sorry) and who's wonderful, told me my service was free or on the owner Fiona. That Fiona had told her to do this for me. I told her although that's a very nice gesture that it was too much money for me to not pay anything. I offered to pay something and accept a discount. She assured me that it was ok and Fiona insisted. She then offered me a envelope from Fiona with my name on it and stated Fiona said to give it to me. Nee didn't know what it was for or what happened when I asked her what it was. I opened and read the typed letter from Fiona. It was very well written, kind, and very carefully worded. It ultimately said that she was very sorry and to accept this free service as an apology and as a parting gift. That this would be my last service with them as a customer. The way the letter was written I could tell how conflicted and sorry she was for reaching this decision. The owner who goes by Tim is her husband and anytime he gets into it with customers on here or in person, it puts her in a difficult position. I told her on the phone that I can't be the only customer or last that he has treated this way and just by looking at the replies to negative reviews on here that don't sound anything like her, I'm not wrong. It's very unfortunate that things were taken too far and she felt the need to side or do that for her husband. But maybe it was too far to make amends anyway. My mistake was staying there to get my nails done right after he had argued with me and wouldn't let up. And also returning at all thinking everyone could be adults, respectful, and move on. That was my other mistake. I'll miss my nail tech, their quality, and all of the other employees I've encountered over the years at this business.
