But, I lost my mom a couple weeks ago and haven't had the strength to do my own nails. I needed a set for her funeral coming up, plus it's Mother's Day so I decided to treat myself. This is how my nails turned out. All of them are upturned, some worse than others. I pointed it out before the nail tech was done shaping, he told me it was the shape of my nail. I have had my nails done hundreds of times. I have NEVER had anything like this before. He offered to take the worst one off and redo it, but if it's the shape of my nail, how would that help, really? Thanks for gaslighting me. He said they will look better when my natural nails grow out a bit, so I guess I'm stuck like this for a couple weeks. $75 out the door and I hate them. It was an immense effort to get her to do anything for my mom. It was a pushback to get the acrylic extensions, the color of chrome we liked, and the floral design. With all of this, my girlfriend kept having to tell her that we would like to get the nails done how we wanted to, especially for paying $200 plus. I love that they were open until 8pm and were able to get us in for pedicures! The atmosphere was very nice and open, the people were super kind. As far as the service, I'm not sure if I'll come back for pedicures.... I try to get pedicures at least once every two months, so when I came in with a recent pedicure, I was expecting my old polish to be removed and maybe a little cuticle remover... I wasn't expecting my nails to be drilled down with the electric hand drill, then sanded with the block and then my cuticles to be cut... I left burnt and with cuts around my nails. Other than the beginning of the pedicure, and when the polish was applied, everything was great. The polish I chose was apparently too thick so thinner was put in, but my polish didn't dry even after an hour and a half... I was trying to leave before they closed, so they would have time to tidy their spaces. I gave up on my nails looking good. I might come here again but request a different tech. read more

I love the large open atmosphere and all the snacks and drinks they offer complementary to their guests. They actually have so many drinks to offer, they have a menu! The total came to $37, which seemed high for just a gel color change and one nail repair. When I asked about the pricing, the front desk attendant couldn't explain the charges. As she scrambled to find someone who could, I checked their menu--which clearly listed $25 for a gel color change. That means they charged $12 for one replacement nail, but no one could confirm or provide an explanation. When I requested an itemized receipt to see the breakdown for myself, they couldn't (or wouldn't) provide one. I received a gift card for Nails 19 so I decided to give them a try for a pedicure. I read the reviews ahead of time so I asked for one of the recommended technicians mentioned. The older asian woman working the reception desk responded that she no longer worked there. She was extremely rude in how she responded so I decided I'd wait for the other younger receptionist to help me. I acted like I was trying to decide on services and as soon as she was done with her client went to her line. I then asked her which service and who she recommended. She recommended the $37 pedicure with Katie. When she went to book me, the older receptionist came over and rudely said "No, did she ask for her?" I then interjected and said "Yes, that's who I asked for." It was such an awkward and rude exchange but I tried to get past it. Katie came out and was very hospitable and professional, offering me something to drink and a snack. I choose a hot green tea and jalapeño cheetos. I'd pass on the snacks as the cheetos were very stale. She then helped me pick a color and throughly explained how to fix one of my nails and cracked heels naturally. She was very through and I very much enjoyed my pedicure with her. The chairs were new and comfortable with the massage options working wonderfully. But I think the polish they use is super cheap, as it chipped right away...within a week two toes had half the polish left. Service is always hit and miss. Seems like they've hired more people for the front desk, so you don't wait on hold as long anymore. Therefore, appointments are fairly easy to make. If you go early on a slow day, you get a great massage along with your service. I don't recommend going at the end of the day especially so on the weekends. Technicians are tired. I went on Sunday evening at 5:00 p.m., got the most expensive pedicure and was somehow done and under an hour. A hurried foot rub was the best way to describe my service. A big sell point for them is the drink service offered. Don't get me wrong, the complimentary beverage is very nice, but most of the time you need to ask for it and the technicians look very annoyed when you do. This is when they are busy or slow. It is a nice option that there are children sized pedicure chairs, but the basic pedicure for a child is $22.... However, I continuously will pay this price plus the $17 basic manicure price for a child, if Andy is the one that will do it. My daughter loves him, he's patient, he doesn't skip out on her time and does a really good job of making this 3-year-old feel pampered. Service consistency aside, the salon is clean. read more

Also, he didn't fill close enough to the cuticle, so when he painted them, the edge was terrible. It looked like a five-year-old painted my nails. When I asked him to fix them he made it worse and then tried to cover it up. And my thumbs are completely different lengths. Daughter and I got two pedicures. I got the deluxe and my daughter got the child pedicure. I will say that atmosphere is nice and they provide free drinks and chips for the kids which was a sweet gesture, but the customer service from the technician is subpar the receptionist at the front doesn't really explain things well And so when you're looking for opulence, this is not the place she doesn't move from the front desk to kind of help you she just talks loud and tells you where to go. The technician that did my nails was really sweet and did a great job with what I had requested, but they are kind of inexperienced when it comes to wiggly girls who get ticklish with the scrub or having their toes touched. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE. The front desk is very irresponsible, unprofessional, and incapable of a simple front desk job. I wouldn't waste your money or time here, it is just another chop shop. They don't care about you, they care about your money. When I first walked in they said they put me in line and had to wait 25 mins, which I waited I did not mind at all. Then they proceeded to be rude and say you have to another 20 minutes while no one was waiting in the lobby and they were taking other people who came in after me. This is not just any salon, this place is huge with so many pedicure chairs and manicure tables. They're very professional, a receptionist checks you in and another person offers drinks. They've got water, juice, soda and wine! I was a little disappointed because with a place this big, I expected to get my manicure and pedicure done at the same time. Instead they did the pedicure first and then brought me to a table so I was there longer than expected. Jackie did a great job with my manicure, fast but thorough. Jack did my pedicure and he talked non-stop with the worker next to him. I noticed this wasn't a problem with other workers because they weren't next to others, they were spread out.
