Love love love Dawnielle!! So does my face! This is located inside a nice boutique and salon. I saw her before and after pictures of eyebrows and decided I needed to check it out. I needed a new place to get my brows done because I was tired of driving downtown after work with all that traffic. Anyways, the room she does brows and facials is so adorable. Very cute decor and she always has relaxing music plus ocean sounds on another speaker. My brows have never looked better! I get compliments all the time now. She's an expert on growing them out! Mine weren't has bad as others I've seen but they have changed drastically. Her facials are awesome as well!! I'm not going to lie: it hurts. But it's only a little bit of pain and well worth it. She gives you the best neck, hand, and foot massages which are all included in the facial! I get goosebumps when she does my neck. My face feels brand new when in done. The only negative is that she books up so fast!! So it's not a walk in type of establishment. I usually book her months in advance. If you do need to change any appt you can always text her and let her know. Oh yeah.. I've never had a brow specialist text me to see how my brows are doing! You know you have found something (or someone) spectacular when you find a solid 5-star rating for them across the board on Yelp. All I can say, is before you even think about seeing someone else, don't; Go to Dawnielle, seriously. I am newer to the area - I moved here in mid-January. I've been struggling with my eyebrows for a long, long time. They've endured 7+ years of abuse by going to the wrong people (like shady Asian shops) that just strip away the goodness of brows. I've learned that there is nothing wrong with having thick, bold brows - you just have to find someone that knows how to do it right, someone that understands how to make turn bold into beautiful...someone like Dawnielle. The first time I was looking for somewhere to get my eyebrows done, I was in Roseville on a Saturday night trying to find someone with room for a last minute appointment. I came across Dawnielle's page on Yelp, but unfortunately she was already closed for the day, and I ended up sliding into an appointment with the European Wax Center. While the European Wax Center wasn't necessarily a bad place to go, the experience I later had with Esthetics by Dawnielle was no comparison. A few weeks later, when it came time again for my wax, I booked my first appointment with Dawnielle. Dawnielle is unlike any customer service provider I have ever come across. She welcomed me warmly and her very first question to me was what my goals were for my brows. I told her that I wanted them to be bold, but beautiful; I wanted them renewed and reconstructed. She told me exactly what her plan of attack was, told me that it would be a process over a duration of several weeks, but that I would get exactly what I wanted and that she would be supportive all the way. At this point, it's probably been about 10 weeks or so. I started off seeing her every two weeks, then once I was comfortable with it, we scheduled for every three weeks. It has been absolutely amazing and astonishing to see the results, and the results speak for themselves. But results aside, she is also just pure awesome. She will personally text me a reminder the night before my appointment the following day. She is easy to talk to and communicate with. She is very supportive and available for any questions. Even if I'm running late, she doesn't get furious with me, and I've been late a couple of times (but I left her good tips for still taking me and being so kind about the situation). I truly couldn't ask for more. She is the BEST at what she does, and I will continue to go to her for my waxing needs! I may even have her do my first facial.
