I had ordered a beautiful lehenga online, but unfortunately it got stuck in Mumbai and wasn't going to arrive in time for the event. With the party only a day away, I stopped by Geets Beauty Brows hoping for a miracle. From the moment I walked in, Geet and Raman were incredibly kind, welcoming, patient, and attentive. They took the time to help me try on several outfits and made me feel completely comfortable, even as someone who is not familiar with Punjabi clothing. When I finally found an outfit that I absolutely loved, it was a little outside of my budget. After already spending over $200 on the outfit that never arrived, I was feeling discouraged. Geet was so understanding and worked with me to find a solution that fit my budget without sacrificing quality or style. What truly amazed me was that they rushed the alterations for me, helped me pick out perfectly matching jewelry, and had everything completed earlier than expected. When I came back to pick it up, the outfit fit PERFECTLY. The alterations were flawless--you honestly cannot even tell it was altered. This was hands down one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had at any clothing store. Their kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond turned what could have been a stressful situation into an amazing experience. Thank you, Geet and Raman, for making me feel beautiful and helping me show up confidently for such a special celebration. I will absolutely be recommending you to everyone I know!

Her studio is a convenient space to change. She's incredibly cleanly with using new Wands and makeup tools when applying makeup. She's efficient and creative - I have very short fine hair and she managed to make a beautiful low hanging bun that I loved. She even designed a new bindi for me on the spot by combining two of them together (took the beading jewel off of one bindi to add to a pink plain bindi that matched my outfit). She's friendly and she's responsive. I was self conscious about my looks after some weight gain and the 100 F heat wave, but that was unnecessary since the makeup stayed on the whole night and I received so many compliments and felt like a million bucks. Yes I arrived at 11:39 (early for my 11:45 appt) when I asked the front desk guy if my tech, who I visibly saw with my own eyes working actively on a client in the very beginning phase of a nail job, would be finished soon as my appt was at 11:45, he responded with a defensive "we are down 4 techs today" when I asked this I looked at the time at it was 11:45 exactly. I was not able to sit there for an hour as stated previously I have one day off and had other things to do. I'm not asking for special treatment, this is usually standard for an appointment. The front guy didn't even try to find out how long I would have to wait or if he would be finishing up soon (probably not considering I could see him clearly) so everything the business owner replied is actually not at all true and I don't appreciate the gaslighting.

Once seated we got the menu choices along with the color sections . A complementry drink menu was also provided. The ladies were very friendly. My daughter got a cute little pedicure and it was done very well. The lady made sure to check that the polish was smooth and neat. My lady did a great job on mine also! She was detailed oriented and took her time! Definitely coming back again!
