But, I just had to focus on finding a more quality one and here's why: 1. Every time I had my fill with her, I'd walk out of her business with burning eyes. I could not drive right away because my eyes would be super watery and hurt. The burning would last off and on for about a week. Clearly, she doesn't use quality glue. 2. When "cleaning up" my lashes, she would pinch my eyelid at least once causing me to tense up. It was so awful, I've never experienced this before. 3. She would rarely fill every lash as she only filled what she could in one hour maximum. Rarely, did my lashes look like a volume set. I felt like I was just a number to her, trying to fit as many clients as possible into her schedule in one day. If you prefer efficiency over quality products, exquisite customer service, quality looking lashes, I recommend Ashley.

I recently visited this eyebrow threading salon, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff here are not only skilled but also incredibly attentive to my preferences. The threading session was precise and left my brows looking flawless. The atmosphere was so relaxing, with soothing music and a clean, inviting environment. Ladies, if you're looking for a place to get your brows done with precision and care, look no further! This salon is a gem, and I'll definitely be back for more pampering sessions. Highly recommended! read more

She explained the service, what to expect and every step as she did it. She was even honest enough to tell me that getting extensions would do a disservice to my real lashes. She's great & doesn't try to push any of her other services, although we did talk about all that she does and I will most likely be going back in the future for my eyebrows. She's very informative & friendly! 1st pic is the day I got my eye lashes lifted and 2nd pic is almost 3 weeks later. So happy with the results!

I really waited to write this review. I don't usually write reviews especially negative ones…read morebecause I know I can affect someone's livelihood but I felt compelled to write this one. First, I want to talk about her service about lashes since that's what I got done with her. It's good, not the best. I've been to other places and the best ones that I've gotten were further away and since I saw the reviews with Rimma, I decided I wanted to try her out. The reason why I'm writing this is to comment about her customer service or lack thereof. When I walked into the main salon and I saw her space with the sliding door closed, I knocked, smiled, and waved hi. She just gave me a look then opened the sliding door after she was done preparing her things. When she opened the door, she didn't say much and only told me to lay down. I don't want to go into details because I think a friend of mine knows and goes to her and I'd rather remain anonymous. She told me she didn't need anymore clients. Ok, I get that. Good for her. But when she said that she's done with previous clients and are fed up with them I thought, that's unfortunate to hear but I'm a client too. I don't want to hear her complaining about her other customers and how they seem like irritants to her. At the end of the appointment I felt bad. I felt bad because she made me feel bad. She complained about how I was with her too. Her comments were so rude about me and other clients. She made me feel like she's doing me a favor by servicing me. She told me that I get a reward for being her worst client of the week. Yes, she really said that. She was annoyed that I had coffee before coming to the appointment and that I had to shift a couple of times (and I also asked her to tell me when I can shift) because I was a bit shaky. I'm a mom of a newborn and I really needed coffee that morning. I also am very claustrophobic so I can't lay down still for too long. I seriously couldn't believe that she said that. I get that some people don't have a bubbly and warm personality but if you choose to be in this business where people pay you hundreds of dollars, the least you could do is make them feel comfortable. Unbelievable. I tell all my friends about her because that was just an awful experience. I hope she improves her customer service if she wants to stay in business.
