Love love love Dawnielle!! So does my face!…read more This is located inside a nice boutique and salon. I saw her before and after pictures of eyebrows and decided I needed to check it out. I needed a new place to get my brows done because I was tired of driving downtown after work with all that traffic. Anyways, the room she does brows and facials is so adorable. Very cute decor and she always has relaxing music plus ocean sounds on another speaker. My brows have never looked better! I get compliments all the time now. She's an expert on growing them out! Mine weren't has bad as others I've seen but they have changed drastically. Her facials are awesome as well!! I'm not going to lie: it hurts. But it's only a little bit of pain and well worth it. She gives you the best neck, hand, and foot massages which are all included in the facial! I get goosebumps when she does my neck. My face feels brand new when in done. The only negative is that she books up so fast!! So it's not a walk in type of establishment. I usually book her months in advance. If you do need to change any appt you can always text her and let her know. Oh yeah.. I've never had a brow specialist text me to see how my brows are doing! She sends me reminders of our appointments and is also there for you in eye brow emergencies. I texted her in tears one time when I got my eyebrows done by someone else. They messed them up. She reassured me she was able fix it and she did. I'll never make that mistake again

They have great products like grande lash conditioner and serum that really have kept my lashes long and full. They care about their clients and give the special little touches like your choice of chocolate almonds, nuts, candy and flavored water, that are the cherry on top. My skin always suffers dryness and eczema patches during the winter, however since I've been getting regular hydrafacials this has basically become a nonexistent issue! Within the past year I've started getting lash lifts, and have been shocked by how transformative they've been. I get so many compliments on my lashes and don't have to deal with the annoying fallout that comes with lash extensions. UA has great quality skincare products, everyone on staff is friendly and helpful. They helped me pick out pregnancy and postpartum safe products and treatments without having to add that as another thing to stress about in an already stressful time. If you're in the market for any skincare treatments, I cannot recommend UA enough!
