I went through six laser removal sessions to get rid of my previous tattooed brows. After that experience, I knew I needed to find someone I could completely trust--so I did a lot of research. That's when I found Shelby's Instagram and Yelp reviews. I followed her work for a while and was so impressed by her attention to detail and beautiful results. When I reached out to the owner the only thing he did was Venmo me my $25 over charged, I asked all I wanted was my money back for the over charge and to have some else do the services again since I did get any of the services listed on the videos, this place is a complete scam.
