I realized that Jyssica glued the lashes ONTO MY EYELID. As in, the skin of my eye. Not the lashes. When the first lashes began to fall out, they weren't single lashes like I requested, they were in groups of seven. SEVEN! And I made sure she knew I wanted single lashes. My eye kept on hurting and the lashes were incredibly huge. I said I wanted natural. In addition to al of that, she charged me 15 more dollars than she said she would. It might not seem like a lot, but I picked her place because it was the cheapest with the best reviews. Anyways, the point is, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. You will regret it and throw all your money into the wind. Update: Her comment on my review says many things that are completely false. 1. She said I've gotten the classic set before. No I have not, this was my first and last time there. 2. She said I wanted more dramatic lashes after she finished. No I did not. I'm on the younger side and clearly told her that my parents will not be pleased if she makes them dramatic. 3. I had my lashes removed by a professional who knows how this works, clearly better than her, and wouldn't lie to me about the amount of lashes glued on.

I had asked her how long the appt is expected to last, and she quoted 1.5 to 2 hours max. I kept my schedule open from 1pm to 3pm for the appt. The week of my appt, she texted me saying that my appt time won't work for her because she double-booked. In between school and my 2 jobs, it's not easy to find a 3 hour window (1/2 hr travel both ways + 2 hr appt), especially 3 days before my supposed appt. She ended up having someone new start that day, and said that the new girl (Emerly) could do my lashes. There was ample parking and her entry had a chill vibe. I filled out some paperwork, and we started the lashes. After she had finshed one eye and gone to the next, I was kinda concerned about how long it had been. I asked for the time, and she said it was 3:08 and I had about a half hour left til they were done. I had work at 3:30, so I asked if she could finish in the next 10 minutes. Emerly let me know that one eye would have more volume than the other, but she would finish up the frame. The appt ended up lasting 2.5 hours, and likely would've taken 3 hours if my lashes were finished. When I got home, I really liked the feel of the lashes. The eye that got finished looked amazing! Emerly did a great job, and I wish I could've stayed to get both done. I texted the owner about coming back to get my left eye finished.In between trying to find a time that would work for me to come in, she stopped responding. Over the course of 3 weeks, I contacted her 3 separate times about coming in to get em finished, and she always stopped responding. This was VERY frustrating because I've been walking around with half a set of eyelashes on 1 eye. The attached picture is what they looked like only a week and a half after my first (and only) appt. She explained the service, what to expect and every step as she did it. She was even honest enough to tell me that getting extensions would do a disservice to my real lashes. I wanted a natural, fresh and easy-to-manage look while my daughter wanted something more flashy. After looking at a dozen portfolios, we chose Moni for the versatility of her work. My daughter wanted a more glamorous look while I wanted a natural look that still "popped". The lashes were supposed to last for a long vacation in Costa Rica where we'd be in the hot and humid jungle as well as snorkeling in the ocean. I was hoping they'd last two weeks but they have EXCEEDED my expectations and a month later are still looking fresh and beautiful. One of the best experiences I'm having with these lashes is that they are super light - I have sensitive eyes and lashes in the past weighed them down and made my eyes uncomfortable.
