I am soooo happy that KV Lash Studio is expanding once again in the greater Sacramento area in Lincoln off of Lincoln Blvd. This one is located right before you see the Burger King sign in a shopping plaza right off of Hwy 65. I have been going to KATIE for about 5+ years and have followed her from Folsom, South Sac, North Sac and now Lincoln location. She is one of the Master Lash Artists and you can now conveniently book on their KV LASH APP. On the app, you can choose one of the locations, date, a style, and lash artist. I typically like the DRAMATIC CATEYE look, but this time, I opted for the HYBRID CATEYE. LOVE IT SOOO MUCH! You will also get a brush after your lashes are done and be sure to BUY ONE OF THE CLEANSERS to keep your lashes nice, clean and fluffy. I went to the rocklin location originally and had a bad experience, I asked for a refund originally after the Lincoln location removed them. They offered Katie to do a new set and I absolutely loved them! I asked for classics and the rocklin location gave me hybrid and they were touching my waterline. So glad another location opened closer to my home in Roseville. I've been going to K&V lashes for almost 4 years now and love the consistency however, I do have my favorite. Cass at the Stockton location. Mind you, I'm a previous makeup artist so I'm super particular about my beauty needs. I have been to the Rocklin location a few times when they first opened and the master artist was good but I did end up traveling back to the sac location again because I'm pretty particular about the application etc. Read the reviews first this location and decided to give their master lash artist a try. Katie was so welcoming. I love how notes on my record get saved so anyone artist no matter the location can see what I like. I showed her a picture of my lash goals and she exceeded my expectations!! I'll miss Cass but this will be more convenient for me to drive to once it's only 15 mins from my home. Highly recommend. read more

I had a really disappointing experience today. I booked a lash fill appointment and arrived on time, only to receive a call after I had already arrived saying the tech had an emergency and I'd need to come back at 12. I had already taken off work and made the trip to the location, so I went inside to see if anyone else could help. I spoke with Katie who usually does my lashes and asked if there was another tech available or if any accommodation could be made given the inconvenience. She told me there was no one else available and that I'd need to come back later. When I asked if any discount or consideration could be offered for the inconvenience, she told me I had booked the appointment too last-minute. If the appointment wasn't actually available, it shouldn't have been bookable online. I understand emergencies happen, but I expected better communication and customer service, especially as a loyal client of 7 months. A little empathy or effort to make things right would've gone a long way. read more

I had never had eyelash extensions before coming to K&V studio so I really had no idea what to expect. My first set were "cat eye" and they came out beautiful however they were a little to dramatic for my taste Lol. Went back to have them removed and a new set "hybrid" put on. The lady who did my extensions is Katie- she is Fantastic. She listens to exactly what you want, is very patient and So gentle. I've now had my hybrid extensions for 1 month and absolutely love them. They save me time getting g ready every day and no more mascara! I'm very happy and definitely recommend K&V Lash studio. read more

I treated myself for Deluxe Head Spa for Mother's day. I did not expect the level of services this place offers. It was beyond my expectations. The Head Spa is literally the best of both worlds for facial and head massage. The location is clean and relaxing. Fast forward to June, they were looking for client models for one of their student technicians to practice Facial/Head Spa. I quickly signed up and got an appointment the next day. Isabela was the student technician of the day. I couldn't even tell that she was new. She was professional, attentive, and had just the right strength for facial, head, and shoulder massage. I absolutely love going to Katie. I've been getting my lashes done on & off for the last 7 years and in the last 3 years, I would always go to Katie. There have been instances where I would try someone new but it just didn't work out. Katie is always so gentle and takes her time with my lashes. They always come out looking perfect! I followed Katie when she was in Sacramento and now to Lincoln. I love that she has her own room in Lincoln. She turns on soothing bird chirping noises which puts me to sleep. Katie did amazing! I've been going to several KV lash locations (South sac, folsom etc) and can't explain my excitement when I saw one was opening minutes from my house.
