As soon as we walked in my husband and I were welcomed with a warm greeting and smiles. They knew right away who we are because we were turned away from two other shops after calling every nail salon in the area. The shop is clean and organized. I really like having Binh do my pedicures but I find that if he has clients waiting, he'll do a rush job. I've been going to Kim now and she is wonderful. She always takes her time and doesn't rush. She's also meticulous, which I love! I was going to up my rating to five stars based solely on Binh and Kim but on my recent visit, I had this older lady. Kim was busy with another customer so this lady did my pedi. I didn't catch her name, wish I did because I will never go to her again! I would give her 1 star! When she went to cut my cuticle, she pulled on it. I have my license too and I'm pretty sure you're taught not to pull! Well, she pulled and it bled! She cut my cuticle down to the corner of my nail. I could feel the pain and when I touched the area, it started bleeding. I used the towel to apply pressure. I told her that she cut me. She tells me, "The cuticle was dry," I'm thinking, so? What would cause you to keep pulling and cutting? She didn't even apologize, I was really annoyed. She put some kind of solution to stop it from bleeding. I still love CoCo Nails even though I had a bad technician. The place is big and clean with lots of technicians. I have my favorites and most are great. So I been coming here for a while now to do my gel manicure. I have been to other places for my gel manicure and they are just not the same my nail polish will chip right away . Not here your nail polish will last you a very long time . This establishment is very clean and organized. Everyone is super friendly. Sara has been doing my nails and she is amazing!! I love this place. I am new to Lincoln and always hate switching up my nail salon. It's hard to find a place that does good pedicures, manicures and has nice massage chairs. This place has it all. The staff is always so friendly and kind. The owners are AMAZING. I've had multiple people do my nails and toes and have yet to have a bad experience. Plus I bring my 8 year old daughter here and they are great with her. She loves coming here too! read more

Went at the end of February and brought my daughter in for her very first mani pedi (she is three and did amazing for a three year old, she was quiet, sat so so still, and was sooo excited). All the other customers in the store were gushing over my daughter because it was her birthday. I had been to this salon a couple times, including for my wedding nails years ago. My nails were great and I had no issues with mine, HOWEVER I am giving this shop 2 store because they advertise child's mani pedis and they were awful with my daughter. The child's pedicure chairs are far from the other chairs so she didn't get to sit in them, they were also filthy. The lady who did my daughter's nails was also so rude to her. I'm telling you I was so impressed with my daughter for how well she sat (we had been practicing at home) and she only twitched a couple times. This lady was so rude and forcefully grabbing my daughter's hands, didn't even talk to her at all, and was rude when my daughter didn't know to put her fingers a certain way. Not to mention, they told me it would be a kids pedicure and they did nothing but paint her nails. (No extras). This nail salon should NOT advertise that they can do children because they were so obviously irritated and annoyed that I brought my child in. My daughter's nail polish also PEELED off her nails within 2 hours (she hadn't even played or anything, we just went to lunch) and she was devastated.I took her back to have them fix it, again they were peeved. 3 nails peeled off again by the following day. I tried to make the best of it on the day of because it was my daughter's birthday, but she was so scared to go back in and have them fix it. She asked me to go somewhere else instead. So moral of the story, go elsewhere for a fun children's mani pedi. I've already been recommended multiple other spots that are great with children. Learned my lesson. read more

This is my go to nail salon! They listen to what the customer wants and it is a fun atmosphere. One time my nails chipped in a week but I went back and explained the situation and they fixed them and it has never happened again. I just let them know how I like them done and they do it very well. My nails now stay for 4-5 weeks which is amazing! I will continue coming back. read more

This salon has officially lost my business forever. I came there today because this morning while putting dishes away I accidentally chipped my nail. It is literally a tiny little piece and I called and asked them. Can they fix it and they asked did you get your nails done here I said no I got my nails done 40 minutes away and it's a little chip with gel polish and a girl right away when I asked her how much is it going to be? She said I don't know I'll have to see your nail and as I'm waiting The nail technician who was not friendly at all, said if you go back to the salon that you had them done they should fix it for you. I said it's like 40 minutes away he walked away. Oh didn't say anything and the girl said go look in the book for the gel colors and as I'm sitting there waiting, he tells me he'll have a seat at the end I say OK and I wait for the girl come over and he's looking at my nails and he's like this is dip and I said no it's fiberglass with gel polish and the girl looked at my nail and I asked her how much is it going to be to fix it? Yeah she says $10. I told her forget it And I'm like you didn't explain this on the phone and she's like I didn't tell you how much on the phone and I told her you have a horrible attitude she giggles and walks away. This is the manager of the salon what gives her the right to treat customer so rude and be so unprofessional I could not believe that the manager of this location had such a bad attitude, and my nail barely have a little tiny piece off of it lol. Have a sticker, but I'll never come back here again they have lost my business forever the little blonde manager needs her attitude change because she was a you know what today horrible I've never been treated like this by any nail salon. It's hard for me to write this review.. I've been going to coco for 2.5 years maybe more. They normally have always done an amazing job, so I brought a friend to get her nails done with me. My nails came out looking good, although it wasn't the design I wanted, keep in mind i was told the design i wanted was "easy". Instead of changing to a nail tech that could preform what I wanted I was pushed into paying $75 for something I didnt want. Though it looks similar, you can see a non existent ombré fade on my thumb and burns from the drill on my middle and ring finger. Also my fingers aren't dry, it's acrylic that was put on sloppy leaving it stuck to my fingers to peel. My friends nails were completely butchered. She wanted short nails with a square shape. The left with rounded square, nails that are NOT the same length (not even the length she wanted). Her thumb wasn't straight and after asking the nail tech to fix it, the tech then treated her so poorly, it was embarrassing. Not to mention her nails are so thick that she can't even open a can. They are DISGUSTING!!! She when back in at 10am this morning (July 14th 2021) so the manager could fix it. The manager began making excuses for why her nails where so messed up, saying her fingers are different sizes and that why they look that way, making comments about her age (30) and snickering at her with others in the shop. Completely unprofessional. She left with only 5 of her nails fixed. She fixed both pointers and they still do not match and her nails are still incredibly thick. I have been going here for YEARS and always paid the incredibly high prices plus tip.. but I will never be going here again after how they treated my friend and made me get a design I didnt want. I went in with my daughter to get pedicures and acrylic full sets. My daughter's look alright but she said the tech hurt her skin around nails. My nails look bulky and bumpy. The person who did mine was working the front desk while doing my acrylics. Her eyes were all over the place when grinding the acrylic set. She was not really giving me her full attention. First, let me say, I put a review on their Facebook page and it was deleted within minutes. I am reviewing here AND on MY Facebook page as well. Although there are signs on the window out front that MASKS ARE REQUIRED, the guy that sits at the front, walks around, answers phones, and is super rude (manager, owner??) doesn't wear a mask. As a front-line healthcare worker that really disturbs me and if I hadn't been in the middle of a gel manicure when I noticed him walking around the place (not even just staying in one place) I would have gotten up and left. There is also no hand sanitizer at the entrance or a place for used/clean pens. (I used my own pen and hand sanitizer). They also are not practicing social distancing, and the place continued to fill and people were seated without regard for safety, clearly not six feet apart. They do have plastic barriers between the nail tech and the client. As someone that takes care of COVID patients, I implore you to think twice before taking your business here, they don't' care and won't be paying your medical bills. Although I've been going there for quite a while, because the techs there do a fine job, I won't be going back after this. Also, when I was paying, I gave the guy without the mask my debit card and he stated he wanted cash only. I asked him where were the signs that state that, there are none, and he angrily snatched my debit care after I told him to take the debit care if he wanted to get paid. He took it but was NOT happy. I'm so sorry to say how much this place has really declined. Unless you are ambivalent about your health, I don't recommend this place at all. read more
