She is very skilled at the correct trimming of ingrown toenails. The pedicure chairs are massage chairs as well! There are a number of levels of service for manicure and pedicure. In my opinion this place isn't a 4.5 Star. The moment I walked in I didn't feel welcome. The nail tech didn't have a welcoming attitude. Service: I got the basic pedicure and usually when I get the basic pedicure at other salons my feet comes out feel smooth and my dry skins are gone. The roughness is gone. However that was not the case with this place. My dry skin was still there, it still felt rough. I'm really disappointed because I just gave birth and I really needed a pedicure day and it was not relaxing. The massage was quick and everything just wasn't to my expectations. As for the polish, I felt like it could have been better. My husband saw my toes and said "it looks like you painted it yourself" usually he gives great compliments after my pedicures but this was not the case.... My big toe polish has cracks. My pinky toe was poorly painted. My cuticles on my pinky toes aren't taken care of. (Excuse the foot pictures but I just wanted to show you what I see) read more

I would not recommend coming here for a regular manicure/pedi. There were bubbles in my manicure and it was unevenly spread. Even after she redid it. She also didn't seem to know the colors very well and couldn't provide me with some sheer options. My toenails were not filed properly and so they were uneven, which is a basic part of doing nails. read more

Kaylie listened to what has worked for my nails in the past and what hasn't based on which she recommended dip nails. My nails lasted a whole month! I had no chips either! I didn't have much time so I just opted for a basic pedicure. I was in the area and I searched Yelp and this place popped up. I've been here before when it went by another name and different owners. Didn't get a chance to write my review. The salon is very clean and tastefully decorated. It wasn't very busy when I came for a Friday. Probably since it's very new. I usually do my own mani/pedi and I don't really need a lot of work. But when I have to pay, I want a little bit of pampering. My technician didn't talk at all. I tried talking to her and not much reciprocation. Even if there's a language barrier, I do speak broken English to my technician if the need arises because I enjoy talking to people. But my lady, wasn't much into conversation. My pedi, was probably the worst I've had EVER! My nails were cut crooked and not much buffing or massaging. I was quite disappointed. I think if you got the deluxe pedi you get better service as I noticed from other customers. But I've experienced better service at other salons in the area regardless of what service you get. read more

Great pedicure experience here! This is a family owned business of a husband and wife. The husband did a great pedicure for me. Their prices are great for what you get. I got the mid range pedicure which includes an exfoliation massage, foot mask, and hot stones. I loved it! He was super nice as well, and I felt welcomed. Kaylie is absolutely amazing! She's always able to do whatever I find on the internet for ideas and makes my nails look soo cute (peep the Halloween nails in my photo). I get so many compliments on my nails. The place is very clean and they have you wash your hards right as you walk in. Would definitely recommend coming here as Kaylie does such a good job! Initial reaction: WELL DECORATED and CLEAN! I've only been here once and was welcomed in kindly by Thyla. I got a shellac gel manicure on my natural nails, and a green tea pedicure. Thyla was very friendly and fun to talk to as she's doing my nails. She mentioned that she also does powder dipped nails in the salon and got me interested in doing it next time. As for the green tea pedicure, I really enjoyed it. My feet still feels so soft and I got my pedicure two days ago. My green tea pedicure was done by Thyla's mom-in-law and she's also very sweet and friendly. When I was ready to pay (after feeling sooo relaxed) Thyla mentions they do a point system at their salon. If you earn enough points you can put it towards a manicure or pedicure. AND you get your nails done for free on your birthday. And to think they've only been open for 5 months... I came to this place for the first time because of all of the wonderful reviews and happy customers. Now I am honestly shocked that there are so many good reviews for this place. First off it seems very dusty and cluttered inside. The female nail tech that took me seemed annoyed that I was even there. I went in as a walk in needing a full set. I am happy with the design that I asked for however, it's literally the worst nail job I have ever had in my entire life. There is still acrylic stuck underneath some of my nails, almost all of my nails aren't even glued to my natural nails which makes me more prone to getting a fungal infection, and the file job is atrocious. They are bumpy and uneven. The acrylic wasn't even put back all the way to the cuticles and I left looking like I already needed a fill. Then they charged $70, which I very reluctantly paid, plus tip. I wish I would have spoken up at the time that I absolutely hated my nails. Needless to say I would never recommend this place to anyone and I will never be coming back here again. read more

The only good thing was they make you wash your hands as you enter which I gave 2 stars for given Covid. Other than that, the manicurist seemed like she didn't really enjoy her job. No gloves, no screen between you and the manicurist. Had to tell her multiple times to properly trim my cuticles. Not very clean environment. Did not feel welcome, definitely not relaxing.
