I have been coming to Lavender Nails for 20+ years. I highly recommend Hannah and her staff. They are always pleasant, and accommodating. The salon is super clean and sanitary. Hannah helped me out today with a very sensitive toe today, she saved me a trip to the doctors! OMG! Holly is so great at what she does. I got a pedi and Dipping Powder nails. I was so relaxed when I was leaving, I accidentally only gave her three $20 bills instead of four $20 dollar bills, plus a $5 to what I thought equaled $85. She was so gracious about my mistake when showing me that I still owed her a total of $70. I was so embarrassed, but she was so nice about it! I gave her another 20 to equal the right amount due. This has been a salon I've been wanting to write a review on for awhile now! I don't regularly get my nails done, but more recently I've been getting gel manicures more often. I'd say for the past 2 years I've been going here to do my nails as needed. Each and every time I am SO satisfied with my service. The gel manicures last 2 weeks minimum, they repaired with no problem when my polish chipped/lifted early on one nail, and they clean up my cuticles to PERFECTION! Holly and Linda have been wonderful, I'm sure the others are too. :) Everything is very clean and they open sanitized tools with each service. Very important! The polish selection is all I could ever need and more. Will continue to go here because every experience has been 5 stars! I also love the punch card they have, your 6th visit is $5 off. read more

This place was fine for awhile I went here for a few months. They do offer a rewards program where you get 5 services then you get $5 off the 6th service. I gave 4 stars because when it came time to take off the gel and or dip powder either or I would get on my real natural nails. The nail tech(I don't want to mention her name) would file the gel or powder off my nails to make the process go quicker instead of filing the top coat then applying the acetone with the foil to remove it and she thinned out my nail bed so much over the months my nail bed is so thin and flat now they hurt. I took a break for a little while to get them back healthy. Unfortunately I won't return to this location. read more

Went in here less than a week ago to get a gel manicure and the product they use is horrible. Chipped not even 4 days after I had my nails done. Went in to have them fix it then literally the same night the same nails polish lifted. They're not super friendly either or welcoming. Salon was clean cause it's newer but that about the only plus to this place. read more

Had a very uncomfortable experience yesterday with Hannah, who was usually super nice. She looked mad or upset since she sat on her chair, she refused to do my manicure because I was getting acrylic nails, in a very rude way she told me she was not able to do the "almond shape" nails that I was requesting, another lady ended up doing my nails. I was feeling so embarrassed for her because there was another customer but she did not care. I left the place with kind of "nice" nails but ugly fingers... I came in this morning for a fill, and Holly did an even better job (if that's even possible). She got my nails perfectly short, and natural looking. I opted for the fiberglass set, and I didn't even need a fill yet, but came in after two weeks anyway, just to see what they would look like after a fill. I STILL love them!!!! I didn't have any lifting, or any areas that looked odd after two weeks. Holly is super sweet, and very skilled. I have found a new nail place/person! I decided to try this salon out for Mother's Day. It isn't the cleanest. They hand you a pillow that has been used by many and I kid you not when they handed me the pillow, dust from previous users who have had their nails filed literally came off of it onto me and the air! This was my first time getting dip powder at this location and I was happy when I left. Two days later my nails started to chip!!! I went on a Monday and by Saturday two of my nails were chipped to the point where I had to cut my nail so it wasn't as noticeable. You can also see the top layer protecting the dip powder is starting to peel. Not very happy that I spent so much money for a weeks worth of nails. I will not be going back. read more

4 of my daughters nails fell off within a week! Two of my nails broke right at the base within a week! I call the shop and I'm greeted with well they are fake nails. I paid $65 for 3 sets and $40 for 2 nail paintings! They're service turned out ok, not they are being rude as heck I will not be going back! I've never experienced rudeness like that ever! My first time coming here I must have bad luck with everything because... I got a Gel Pedicure and Gel manicure and for everything I paid 85 tip included!! Which I think it's pretty pricy and for what I got in return Awfulness! The lady doing my pedicure cut me twice on my right pinky and my left middle toe... now I'm at home and it stings and my gel manicure could've been better it looks like a crappy job! I called in at 10 am and advised I needed a Gel fill and a Gel pedicure was told they could do the pedicure first then they would do my fill . After arriving I was told I would have to wait about 45 min after my pedicure to get my fill . That's horrible customer service and who only has two people in on a weekend .
