Prima Bella Nail Spa - Affordable and looks amazing - Nail Salons Near Me - Roseville, California

I don't get my nails done often.. usually just for special occasions like runway shows, weddings, or other big events. Most days, I'm busy chasing around my toddler grandson, so practicality is key. But when I do go, I always come here. The salon is clean, sanitary, and the service is consistently top-notch. My nails are always perfect, and if anything ever needs to be corrected, they take care of it without hesitation. Throughout the appointment, they check in to make sure I'm happy with the shape, length, and overall look. I like to keep my nails short, and that's something not every tech respects in the past, I've had to repeatedly say "shorter please" while they hesitated or tried to convince me otherwise. Not here. My nail tech listens, delivers exactly what I ask for, and respects my preference every single time. Another huge plus: your appointment is your appointment. I've never had to wait once I arrive, which is a rare and appreciated experience. If you're looking for a place that's clean, professional, and gets it right, I definitely recommend this one. read more

Awful. I would give zero stars if yelp allowed! The younger gal was extremely unprofessional. There are so many better options in Roseville, I will never step foot in this place! read more

Best gel full set I've gotten in a very long time. I tried the Prima Bella after a guest from the restaurant I work at had recommended it to me, and I've never gotten a better manicure. The ombré on my nails is immaculate, and the shape is everything!! Thank you Betty for doing a fabulous job and sending me to Hawaii with the perfect set!! She took her time and gave me exactly what I was hoping for and more. Not to mention the rest of the ladies in there were so full of light and super friendly. I will definitely be returning when I need a fill, but best service ever. read more

I rarely write reviews but this upset me. My 6 year daughter and I really like getting pedicures together. We don't do it often but when we do it's extra special and this would be our place. Unfortunately, the last few times I have gone I have not been happy. I always call a few days ahead to make our appointment. This last time I made an appointment for 10am on a Saturday. They called me the night before asking if I can come in at 8 or 11. I chose the later appointment 11am. When my daughter and I showed up they were scrambling and after waiting for 10 min they said they can take me. Not knowing I made the appointment for two of us! They wanted to take me first before my daughter and I said no we are doing it together. They didn't have enough staff and if they were honest with me from the beginning I would have made my appointment someplace else. This is the second time they have done this to me. It's rude and unprofessional. So my daughter and I walked out and walked across the parking lot to the other nail salon where they got us in right away. This place has lost my business unfortunately. read more

First time today, and I'm already a customer. Got the best foot massage and she took her time with my ugly toes lol.

With the covid restrictions still in place, it baffles me that they still allow those who refuse to wear a mask to still be serviced! I'm so glad they are able to stay open but it's completely unsafe to see that they don't enforce the mask restrictions in this establishment and very sad to see that more efforts aren't being done to help combat the pandemic. If you're not wearing a mask then you shouldn't be able to get service! And there are plenty of other nail salons that they can go to. read more

The staff is amazing and very kind. Their work is also very beautiful. they pay very close attention to detail.

I am not sure where these other customers, who left reviews, actually went but I did not experience the same quality of service as they did. I received much better service. I came in without an appointment and asked for a mani/pedi. She spent a great deal of time on my pedicure (exfoliating, massage, and painting). I didn't feel rushed and the paint job was nicely done. My gel mani was the same treatment. And I feel it was money well spent. I left a four out of five stars because I did see a customer get turned down immediate service because they were short staffed. read more

Decided to get a manicure while I waited for my daughter to get her nails done. Was shocked with the finished product. I showed them to the owner and she didn't see anything wrong so I asked her to look closer. She said they could put another coat of polish on but that's it. She seemed annoyed that I would even mention it. Still charged me full price. read more

Was hesitant on coming here due to the reviews, but received a gift card as a birthday gift so figured why not try it since it was free. Great people, great service, love their work. I tried three other nail salons in Roseville and was terribly disappointed before trying Jenny at Prima Bella! I'm a regular customer now for their pedicures and eyebrow services. Highly recommend! -Fatima read more

I got a pedicure with Jenny today, at my mom's recommendation, and it was a wonderful experience. She is extremely professional and talented at what she does. My feet are smooth and my nails look flawless - I chose white to test her skill and was not disappointed! This is the best pedicure I've ever received in California. I'll be coming back regularly! read more

Customer service was very poor. Asked for a flower and she told me she didn't have enough time to do one. The paint job was very rushed and it showed. Would not recommend read more

Tiffany from this salon doesn't even deserve one star. VERY RUDE person and thinks very high of herself. She did my nails- the dip in powder was $35 and lasted 9 days only and then my nail broke. I texted her to please fix my nail and she said she doesn't want to see me... Like really? What kind of customer service is that? I was not asking to fix it for free I was going to pay for it and she didn't even want to fix her messed up work... Looks like you don't even know what you're doing Tiffany. Time to go to school and learn it. Plus every time I had my nails done I never seen her or their employees open sterile packages like burs and instruments..? Time to get audit... And here is the pictures for proof. read more

Extremely overpriced for a crappy job. Betty did my nails and they were thick, uneven, and looked terrible. Paid almost $90 with design for a crap job that completely ruined my nails. Never had such a horrible experience anywhere before. My real nails were cracking and breaking for months after. Had to treat them and take extra vitamins until they became strong again. Completely infected and destroyed my natural nails. I don't know if it's the glue they used or unclean tools. Don't go here!!!! read more

Went on a Monday afternoon around 1pm. Pleasantly surprised to see it was not busy. Calm clean environment. My nail technician was very nice and gentle. Got a simple gel pedicure, nothing fancy. Paid $65 including tip, so I would consider fairly priced. I would return. read more

Love this place! My nails always come out looking glamorous! I usually walk in for a fill unannounced but I would highly recommend making an appointment if you need a full set. Also, I have had a lot pedicures at various places but my sister and I agree, this place has the BEST pedicures! I have also brought in my Mom, neice, and sister and they all liked it. I highly recommend you bring in a picture for Betty to copy a design for you. She has great detail skills! read more

I have been coming to Tiffany for the past four years. She has been at the Prima Bella salon for about two years and I have no complaints. The staff is very friendly, majority of them speak clear English and they had a big screen TV to keep yourself distracted for the hour that you're sitting there. Tiffany is always on time and I never have to wait passed my appointment time. I usually get the pink and glitter white with the gel on top. The gel gives it an extra shine and thickens the nails. I type all day at work and have never had one break or chip. Tiffany does such a great job that I can go three to four weeks without needing a fill. However, if I went in every two weeks for just a pink fill, I could save myself some money. In any case, Tiffany is worth it and so are you! read more

I came in to get a pedicure and the sign on the door stated that masks were enforced so I felt comfortable going in. As soon as I walked inside there was one lady who got her nails and toes done without a mask on the entire time. I am highly disappointed in prima bella nails since they ensure customer safety during these unprecedented times and yet do not enforce it. Will not be coming back until customer safety is priority. read more

Stay away I've never seen them open a clean sanitized package with the tools. They are rude they speak their language and laugh across to each other. The quality of their work is horrible, the gel might last a week and when you go back in they use the electric file that eventually your nails will be so weak you won't have any left. I have nothing good to say about this Nail salon but stay away. read more
