Came here to get my nails done with my mom today for the first time after I was recommended by my cousin. Wow!! I found my new favorite place. I feel like I always jump around nail salons never being super impressed, but I feel like I found my permanent spot now! They were pretty busy when we came in, but we're able to accommodate our walk-in right away. They were super fast, but also precise. I wasn't sure what color I wanted..and The girl was kind enough to swatch them on two different Nails so I could decide. Little things like that make a difference! They also soaked off my full set Instead of ripping them off like most places, which I really appreciated!!! Super reasonably priced, but excellent quality!! Will definitely be back :)) read more

MARY is truly an angel. What a beautiful person. She was so kind and detail oriented. I never get my nails done but throughout my life i have been to several different places. I was not sure what to even ask for when i arrived. I pulled up a photo on pinterest and she guided me with her recommendation based on my hands, nail bed etc. I have never had such quality care at ANY salon. I wrote a review of this salon years ago and I never actually had a service provided because I ended up leaving due to inconsistency with the time they gave me and the delay in actual receiving any service. That being said I will absolutely be back and specifically to see sweet Mary. Thank you for being so patient with me, Mary. I have truly never been happier with my nails!! read more

Went in today for a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was lackluster to say the least. The guy who did my nails didn't do a thorough job exfoliating and removing my callus (additional $10 service fee) and I left the salon with calluses still. I also got a gel manicure in which he quickly painted (pictures attached) which also seem rushed and haphazardly painted. This is my second time trying out this salon (got a cut from a pedicure the first time) and will likely not be trying this place again. $140 down the drain. read more

I have been coming here since they opened. They were great and welcoming in the beginning. But now I've noticed if you don't look a particular way they don't care about you. Don't get me wrong the tech I had today was great. However, they recently have changed a bit when it comes to "customer service towards certain people". They also had some younger looking girls that work the front and those girls aren't very friendly. I was paying and after I paid, and literally just turned my back they burst out in super loud laughter. Don't get me wrong they could have been laughing about something else- but the way they did it just seemed super disrespectful. read more

Very nice staff. They do lots of designs on acrylic if that's what you like. However I felt the fills I received were a bit rough. Not very clean lines around the cuticles. Both times the acrylic wasn't close enough to the cuticle, so it looked like it had already grown out, even when they were fresh. read more

Love my nails every time! They get fully booked quickly so I suggest scheduling an appointment ahead of time with a phone call. Their yelp scheduling did not workout for me. I enjoy their pedicure service as well! It's always relaxing in comparison to other mani pedi spas that felt more like anxiety that I'd rather avoid. read more

Excellent services, good vibes, competitive pricing, helpful staff, very nice salon! Highly recommend.

I've been a longtime customer and have always loved coming here until this past week. My nail tech Kristy was on vacation so I made an appointment with Amy/Annie. I received a call day of asking if I could push the appointment back an hour and I agreed. I arrived and waited 15 minutes before being told Amy/Annie was not going to perform services scheduled and another tech would perform. I was shocked. Her excuse was that others requested designs. That's fine but then they should have scheduled the appropriate time. You don't get to push off a loyal customer that has an appointment because they didn't schedule appropriately. I ended up leaving. I've never been treated so poorly as a loyal client simply because my nail tech was out of town. I tried to call to resolve and was told I would receive a call back. Annie/Amy never called back. read more

The women who was giving me my pedicure was so rough with my foot that I got Celulus I had to go to emergency. I was trying to paperwork from my doctor and they blocked me. My foot is so swollen because that lady was not careful and she didn't care if II said ouch she wouldn't stop my name is Nancy Nunes and I want compensation for what I had to go through and what I'm still going through my email i address is nancynunes166@ gmail.com ,you need to care more about your customers then you do about yourself read more

The vibe is nice came here twice Quality of my nails honestly weren't the best First time I went the polish was very sloppy Second time I came I asked for nail extension and the shaping and extension itself was not great she didn't even use any tips or shaping lengths she just free handed the acrylic which in turn came out very sloppy. The design was cute but the one I asked for had three cherries but she put four and put them like in a square which just made the design look funny. Honestly wouldn't come here again I've had better nails done read more

I have been a customer of this group since way back when they had their nail salon in the Galleria mall. They are one of the nicest family owned businesses and have come to know them like my own family. Service is great, never rushing through the time and listens to what your needs are and applies them. The best Nail and pedicure shop around. read more

They do not sanitize their tools. When my nail tech started using her nail clipper, there were nails in it before she even started cutting my nails. Her tools were all crusty when she began using them on my. I was so surprised to see it dirty, and did not see her open a pack of sanitized tools. When she brought the light out for my gel polish the light box was so dirty and she wanted me to put my hands on top of it. Although everyone was nice I cannot risk getting nails done somewhere that isn't cleaning or sanitizing their tools. read more

Amy is amazing, she does the best job especially with French tips. If you ever want toe acrylics she is amazing with that too!!!

First time and I absolutely love how my nails & toes turned out. Amy is absolutely amazing!! She did such an amazing job & made me feel so welcome. She did a great job on my pedicure as well. I would say it's a little pricey but most good places are now a days. I paid $140 ($160 including tip) for gel French set with decals & gel basic pedicure. I will definitely be back here! read more

Best local nail salon in my opinion. I've been to many nail salons in the Roseville area and this one by far has the best nail artists. This is my most recent nail art done by Jenny. (For more complex nail designs ask for Jenny or Christy, otherwise everyone else is great for color and pedicures) If you book here, book in advance because they're always busy. read more

Christi and team to make your nail dreams come true! I always feel like Cinderella after leaving the salon. It may seem a little excessive to review a business every time you get your nails done, but I have to brag on this business. This is my second time in for dip nails. They greet you and offer you a drink of your choice as you sit down. Again, I got the bubble bath color and this time I asked for a simple, Christmas/wintry nail design. I showed her a not so great image online and yet she still was able to paint my nails exactly how I pictured them in my head. Excellent pricing and great service too!! $55 for dip nail set with tips. Anywhere else and you'd spend a whole lot more. read more

Same plaza as Nugget/starbucks/24 hour fitness. I came here a few times, my pedicures each time were great! the massage, cuticle cleaning, paint was good and even. I do like when they light brush the dead skin cells off your dry legs first! nice bonus and I have never been to a salon that has added that service before. I love that they are organized and clean - drink and spa menu provided as soon as you sit down. I am very picky when it comes to my dip powder so after leaving my last service, I felt compelled to write a review! The woman that did my dip service was Lindsey! she was great!!! I also spoke to other patrons and they also claim "whoever you go to, they will be good!" Also: The Vietnamese coffee just hits here! :) I order it each time! I paid $95 total for dip powder and a classic pedicure read more

First time here and I loved every minute of it ! Amy helped me today and was very sweet. I recently moved to Roseville and have been looking for a shop. Last week I went to another local shop and wanted French tip pedicure and to say the least it was not pretty. The French tip on all my toes were crooked and at that the lady cut & filed them crooked. Amy fixed them the best she could and honestly from what she was working with she did amazing! The jelly pedicure is 1000/10. I definitely will be returning. Thank you Amy!! read more

Awesome service, attention to detail and they just do a great job. I get pedicures and dip manicures there.

LOVE love this place. I moved to the area and found a different nail salon to get my nails done. However as soon as 916 Nailabs opened, I immediately gave them a shot. They are in the same shopping center as Nugget so super convenient for a grocery run + me time maintenance. There are three things I love most: 1.) clean AF! There are so many nail salons in Roseville that just give me the chills and question if I'm going to get some sort of fungus. 2.) The customer service. This is both on the phone and when you are there. 3.) the beverage options to enjoy when you get your service and the details added to your pedicure service such as the types of scrubs, oils, etc. I've never not gotten nail designs since I started my love of getting my nails done 7 years ago so having a salon that can mimic the designs I bring in, be clean AND nice ..... it all speaks to me! The ladies who work here are so nice and I hope as they start to gain their new clientele that they don't lose the quality. read more

Tried this place instead of my usual nail salon since it was recommended by a friend. I got a fill and it looked great... until two nails lifted and fell off. This has never happened to me before. I called to see if I could come in to get them fixed and was told they'd take me if I could be there in 5 mins. I made it there and then they made me wait for over 20 minutes. Finally I decided to see if I could come back another time and then someone (begrudgingly) fixed my two broken nails. Quality of the repaired nails is absolutely terrible- gel polish is splotchy. And she charged me $10 to fix the nails. Absolute ripoff. Another nail lifted and broke off tonight. I will not be going back there to fix it. read more

It started so well with the cuticle cleaning but it all went down hill. I've never seen my nails so wide and the dip so uneven. It was so bad I went somewhere else the next day to have them redone. My nails, when done well, are nice and straight all around. I like my nails short but somehow the tech made them look stubby. You can see in my photo how my nails were done when fixed. Also, you can also reference how my nails are normally cut and shaped when cut to the normal length of my fingers. I did say short as possible but I was shocked how far down she cut. I've never seen my nails so short I was shocked how short she cut them. It almost felt unnatural with how my skin was coming up on my nail. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. Another annoying factor was my nail tech kept texting and at one point called someone and put her on speaker phone. read more

I have visited this nail salon about 6 times and was starting to really like it. I have had pedicures, gel manicures and the dip powder nails. $45 for dip powder seems expensive to me. Then on my last visit the gal charged me an extra $5.00 because she had to trim my cuticles lightly! Shouldn't that be included in the $45? That was my last visit! Ridiculous! read more

Very professional. They take appointments and if a technician is running late, they call you to warn you so you don't arrive and have to wait! Lindsey is awesome! My dip is always perfect and lasts for a month. They also offer you a drink when you arrive. Highly recommend! read more

I came here a few times when they first opened, and recently returned because I was given a gift certificate. I WILL NOT BE BACK, horrible pedicure didn't even scrub heels and big toe was so crooked. The gel manicure is so bad. The gal got it all over my fingers big rough edges running onto my skin. It's so ugly I'll have to go some place else to get it redone. It was $110 for basic pedicure and gel manicure and I was in there for over 2.5 hours. The nail techs were arguing with each other one gal had to split them up, very awkward! These are not good techs, very unprofessional, slow and no attention to detail at all. Don't waste your money! read more

PROS: Easy parking, made an appointment the day before, clean aesthetically pleasing interior, AND complimentary beverage (non-alcoholic and alcoholic), fabulous massage chairs! CONS: $45 for a regular pedicure and it's already chipping. A total waste of money!!! I should have known it WAS NOT going to be a top-notch pedicure because I had to tell the nail technician to get another bottle of nail polish because the one she was using was super clumpy. Every time she pulled the brush out of the bottle their were strings of polish like it was an old bottle. I had to tell her to remove and re-paint 2 of my tows because they were horrendous. I will not be returning to this place! I hope my GF's pedi lasted longer. We both got white polish. read more

Everything can improve in this place. Even with an appointment, I had to wait 20 minutes to be seated and then another 10 minutes before they started on my manicure and pedicure. My nails grow quickly so I asked them to cut them back. They told me that I was going to have to pay an extra $10 for the length. So I had them cut back my nails, which wasn't even a quarter of an inch. Never in my life have I been charged extra for length. And my nails were pretty short, but needed to be cut back even more. It took them two hours to do my gel manicure and pedicure. I've never spent two hours getting my nails done and I get them done every three weeks. When I talked to the manager, she paid no attention to what I was saying just told me that sometimes they get behind because of pedicure or manicure might go longer than expected Unacceptable. for not scheduling properly. That's because they want to get as many people in there as possible and don't care about their clients . After all that it was a mediocre job at best. I would never ever go back to this place. The prices were at least $15 more than I normally pay. Walked out of there with $135 charge. Gouging people left and right. I'll never go back to this place. Horrible. read more
