MARY is truly an angel. What a beautiful person. She was so kind and detail oriented. I never get my nails done but throughout my life i have been to several different places. I was not sure what to even ask for when i arrived. I pulled up a photo on pinterest and she guided me with her recommendation based on my hands, nail bed etc. I have never had such quality care at ANY salon. I wrote a review of this salon years ago and I never actually had a service provided because I ended up leaving due to inconsistency with the time they gave me and the delay in actual receiving any service. Went in today for a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was lackluster to say the least. The guy who did my nails didn't do a thorough job exfoliating and removing my callus (additional $10 service fee) and I left the salon with calluses still. I also got a gel manicure in which he quickly painted (pictures attached) which also seem rushed and haphazardly painted. This is my second time trying out this salon (got a cut from a pedicure the first time) and will likely not be trying this place again. $140 down the drain. read more

Came here to get my nails done with my mom today for the first time after I was recommended by my cousin. Wow!! I found my new favorite place. I feel like I always jump around nail salons never being super impressed, but I feel like I found my permanent spot now! They were pretty busy when we came in, but we're able to accommodate our walk-in right away. They were super fast, but also precise. I wasn't sure what color I wanted..and The girl was kind enough to swatch them on two different Nails so I could decide. Little things like that make a difference! I've been a longtime customer and have always loved coming here until this past week. My nail tech Kristy was on vacation so I made an appointment with Amy/Annie. I received a call day of asking if I could push the appointment back an hour and I agreed. I arrived and waited 15 minutes before being told Amy/Annie was not going to perform services scheduled and another tech would perform. I was shocked. Her excuse was that others requested designs. That's fine but then they should have scheduled the appropriate time. You don't get to push off a loyal customer that has an appointment because they didn't schedule appropriately. I ended up leaving. I've never been treated so poorly as a loyal client simply because my nail tech was out of town. I tried to call to resolve and was told I would receive a call back. Love my nails every time! They get fully booked quickly so I suggest scheduling an appointment ahead of time with a phone call. Their yelp scheduling did not workout for me. The vibe is nice came here twice Quality of my nails honestly weren't the best First time I went the polish was very sloppy Second time I came I asked for nail extension and the shaping and extension itself was not great she didn't even use any tips or shaping lengths she just free handed the acrylic which in turn came out very sloppy. They do not sanitize their tools. When my nail tech started using her nail clipper, there were nails in it before she even started cutting my nails. Her tools were all crusty when she began using them on my. I was so surprised to see it dirty, and did not see her open a pack of sanitized tools. When she brought the light out for my gel polish the light box was so dirty and she wanted me to put my hands on top of it. Although everyone was nice I cannot risk getting nails done somewhere that isn't cleaning or sanitizing their tools. read more

It may seem a little excessive to review a business every time you get your nails done, but I have to brag on this business. This is my second time in for dip nails. They greet you and offer you a drink of your choice as you sit down. Again, I got the bubble bath color and this time I asked for a simple, Christmas/wintry nail design. I showed her a not so great image online and yet she still was able to paint my nails exactly how I pictured them in my head. Excellent pricing and great service too!! $55 for dip nail set with tips. Last week I went to another local shop and wanted French tip pedicure and to say the least it was not pretty. The French tip on all my toes were crooked and at that the lady cut & filed them crooked. Tried this place instead of my usual nail salon since it was recommended by a friend. I got a fill and it looked great... until two nails lifted and fell off. This has never happened to me before. I called to see if I could come in to get them fixed and was told they'd take me if I could be there in 5 mins. I made it there and then they made me wait for over 20 minutes. Finally I decided to see if I could come back another time and then someone (begrudgingly) fixed my two broken nails. Quality of the repaired nails is absolutely terrible- gel polish is splotchy. And she charged me $10 to fix the nails. Absolute ripoff. Another nail lifted and broke off tonight. I will not be going back there to fix it. read more

Everything can improve in this place. Even with an appointment, I had to wait 20 minutes to be seated and then another 10 minutes before they started on my manicure and pedicure. My nails grow quickly so I asked them to cut them back. They told me that I was going to have to pay an extra $10 for the length. So I had them cut back my nails, which wasn't even a quarter of an inch. Never in my life have I been charged extra for length. And my nails were pretty short, but needed to be cut back even more. It took them two hours to do my gel manicure and pedicure. I've never spent two hours getting my nails done and I get them done every three weeks. When I talked to the manager, she paid no attention to what I was saying just told me that sometimes they get behind because of pedicure or manicure might go longer than expected Unacceptable. for not scheduling properly. That's because they want to get as many people in there as possible and don't care about their clients . After all that it was a mediocre job at best. I would never ever go back to this place. The prices were at least $15 more than I normally pay. Walked out of there with $135 charge. Gouging people left and right. I'll never go back to this place. Horrible. read more

LOVE love this place. I moved to the area and found a different nail salon to get my nails done. However as soon as 916 Nailabs opened, I immediately gave them a shot. They are in the same shopping center as Nugget so super convenient for a grocery run + me time maintenance. There are three things I love most: 1.) clean AF! There are so many nail salons in Roseville that just give me the chills and question if I'm going to get some sort of fungus. 2.) The customer service. This is both on the phone and when you are there. 3.) the beverage options to enjoy when you get your service and the details added to your pedicure service such as the types of scrubs, oils, etc. I've never not gotten nail designs since I started my love of getting my nails done 7 years ago so having a salon that can mimic the designs I bring in, be clean AND nice ..... it all speaks to me! It started so well with the cuticle cleaning but it all went down hill. I've never seen my nails so wide and the dip so uneven. It was so bad I went somewhere else the next day to have them redone. My nails, when done well, are nice and straight all around. I like my nails short but somehow the tech made them look stubby. You can see in my photo how my nails were done when fixed. Also, you can also reference how my nails are normally cut and shaped when cut to the normal length of my fingers. I did say short as possible but I was shocked how far down she cut. I've never seen my nails so short I was shocked how short she cut them. It almost felt unnatural with how my skin was coming up on my nail. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. Another annoying factor was my nail tech kept texting and at one point called someone and put her on speaker phone. read more

I came here a few times when they first opened, and recently returned because I was given a gift certificate. I WILL NOT BE BACK, horrible pedicure didn't even scrub heels and big toe was so crooked. The gel manicure is so bad. The gal got it all over my fingers big rough edges running onto my skin. It's so ugly I'll have to go some place else to get it redone. It was $110 for basic pedicure and gel manicure and I was in there for over 2.5 hours. The nail techs were arguing with each other one gal had to split them up, very awkward! CONS: $45 for a regular pedicure and it's already chipping. A total waste of money!!! I should have known it WAS NOT going to be a top-notch pedicure because I had to tell the nail technician to get another bottle of nail polish because the one she was using was super clumpy. Every time she pulled the brush out of the bottle their were strings of polish like it was an old bottle. I had to tell her to remove and re-paint 2 of my tows because they were horrendous. I got a pedicure here a few months back (one step above the pedicure I got this time) same gel, and French tip I did last time and some how the cost was $10 more than the last time without the tip even added. French tips are all crooked, didn't make the nails even. Had to remind them to bring out our drinks. Just not a good experience and $80 for the most basic of pedicures. Please look at other spots before coming here. Staff is very friendly, just not great at doing the actual pedicures. read more
