Just had a fantastic gel pedicure at Dior nails and spa. This is a true family run business, run by Anna - a true artist - and backed up by her husband, Tim. He gave me one of the best massages I've ever had at a nail salon, and then Anna settled in to do my gel polish. With the fastest application I have ever seen, my nails came out flawlessly. They offer wine, beer, soft drinks, and water... The massaging chairs actually give you a massage... the interior is beautiful with pleasant music.... and the only thing on the TV are images of Anna's talented work. ..they are happy people, working hard and surrounded by obviously loyal customers. When I showed up a little early, they let me use a massage chair while I waited. They clearly have experience with nail designs and unique trends and I'm so happy with how my nails turned out! I'm new in the area and I stumble at this establishment. Before she started on my nails; I told her that I wanted to fix a broken nail because I had used hard gel overlay previously, and the nail tech persuaded me to switch to acrylic dip. At first I didn't want to switch because I wanted to keep my natural nails. The nail tech claims that dip is better and it last longer then Gel-X and anyone and can do then it's about technique... so I'm stuck with acrylic dip. She prepared my nails under 15 minutes which is fast and didn't really prep my nails and didn't buff the dip properly. Overall price is $80. Fix a broken nail $5 acrylic $45 and dip $20 plus tip$10. I give this a rating a one star rating only my reasons are the nail tech rushed my nail appointment without proper prep and I noticed that when she was using her drill bit she kept everything else in small tin cup. I never saw her once sterilizing her equipment in the table. The nail tech is nice but I won't go back. read more

Very nice people that work there but the quality could be better. Me and my friend got our nails done but the worker was rushing. The quality of the nails was not very good. I got a gel manicure and my nails were cut to a short length. Just a few days later there were big chips on the side of my nail that have now turned into my nails tearing off. My friend got an acrylic nail that fell off a few days after she got it too. I just think they rushed so the nails did not last. Pricey for what we got! Update response to owner: My nails were tearing off 3 days after I got them done. I will remove the picture since they don't show all the nails like you said, but I didn't want to post them because I don't like them and was just trying to show my torn off nail. I said you guys are nice. The experience there was goodness , but the quality of the nails were not great and that's true. Do not accuse me of not getting my nails done here when I did! read more

Ann is amazing, my nail shape is always on point--I opt for a medium almond shaped nail--she never rips off my previous set, like some other shops I've been to, she actually takes the time to soak them off then gently files the old tips away. Ann is also extremely patient and detail oriented, she takes her time and makes sure you're happy with your nails before leaving. My nails have always lasted a good three weeks and I've never had to worry about my polish chipping or nails popping off--I've been coming here for a little over a year now. She also cuts my cuticles down and makes my hands feel nice and soft again. I highly recommend calling in ahead of time to schedule an appointment as her schedule fills up pretty fast! I normally schedule a week or two in advance. The shop itself is nice and clean! There is literally an entire wall filled with every dip powder and gel color imaginable as well as brand new massage chairs to enjoy while waiting for your appointment or when getting a pedicure. Tim, Ann's husband, is great too and is always there to help support her. They are both very sweet people and will make you nonstop laugh! Definitely recommend Dior Nails and will be back soon!! I had dip nails and I requested that they be natural looking, thin, not bubbly, not thick, not bulky. It took the tech a little time, but she was great. She aimed for perfection and did not let me go until they were all smooth and pretty and perfectly chromed. I enjoyed my time there. They were sweet, helpful, and even charged my phone. I wanted to like this salon as new businesses tend to please, but unfortunately it was a bust. The interior and tools were clean, which is obviously huge when getting a pedicure, but aside from that I felt my service was sub-par. My tech did a standard job with the filing and shaping, however she forgot that I wanted the paraffin wax and almost didn't apply it before doing the polish until I reminded her. My polish job was the worst part. The top coat didn't match the borders of the color so after my first shower the edges all were chipped. I stopped in here because it was close to the grocery store I was at, but I won't be making any special trips to return. read more

They told me they had someone who could do designs and I asked for a red French with a pink heart. The red french is so bad. The line is jagged and are not even at all. I love these guys! I've been looking for a nail salon where they give top notch manicures and pedicures, and where they also do competent nail art and this is it! I went with my dad and he and I both loved it. The ambiance is clean and professional, they focus on their services rather than overly luxurious decor so the place feels clean and simple and I like that. The owner explained the difference between polish, gel and powder; I'd always gotten polish but tried gel and next time I'll do the powder! This was my first time at Dior Nails. Hannah did my manicure, and Tammy did my pedicure. They both came out great! I am very happy with the results! Update - Less than a week after getting my gel manicure, I had chips in the gel polish. One week after, the gel polish completely came off one nail. Three weeks after, five of the gel polishes came off my nails. This has never happened to me before with gel manicures. My pedicure still looks amazing. read more
