Very disappointed. My granddaughter and I paid $80 for two basic polish changes. We arrived early for our appointment, but the regular polish applied to my granddaughter's nails was still sticky and denting over an hour later. We waited 1 full hour under the fan before leaving.. Once we got home, we had to remove it because it was smearing and sticking to furniture. The salon may do quality gel nails, but I would avoid their regular polish service. The man who did my pedicure barely communicated, didn't ask about my preferences, and the wax he used was so hot it stung my feet. Absolutely do not go here. Where do I start? I called in to ask if they had time to meet with me today so I can get my nails done. They said yes they did. When I got there. The lady told me to pick my color sit down and it took her 15 minutes cause she got up, had someone else sit down in front of me to just fall down my nails did not take them 15 minutes to fall down my nails both me and him were waiting on her to finish someone else's pedicure which was his client. I thought was very rude that she got up in the middle of my session when she was trying to help me do someone else's nails. Besides the point, let's just say that the guy needed help I informed her that I thought it was kind of rude, but she got up and I did not appreciate her doing that in the middle of my time when I asked her if she had time because I am on my lunch break. What gets me the most is liars? This woman had the audacity to tell me after she glued some thing on my nail and started filing it down crookedly that the reason it's crooked because my nails are like that no ma'am it's because your eyes are crooked. I can see that you filed one side more than you filed the other side, and she kept saying that it was my nail. None of my nails match up to the other one. Let's just say that and I think this place is ridiculously unprofessional and rude. I'm not even ashamed to say it. I did leave her a tip. I wish. And I'm sick and tired of people thinking that they deserve a tip when they treat customers like that and they don't talk to them and they ignore them and are rude to them and aren't friendly and talking to other people around like other customers in English. I also think that the health inspector should go in there and like do a health inspection check because I think it is very unsanitary. When she was working on my nails, there's something floating in her water, thick and white. And I'm pretty sure she didn't takeoff her gloves after she touched up other woman's feet before she started touching my hands. Good luck to anyone that decides to go here. When I called to make an appointment for both my grandmother and I, I gave them a head's up she had a lingering phlegm-y cough but was more than happy to bring her negative COVID test results we received last week because we wanted to make sure she didn't have COVID. Next, I was called to see if I was able to come in earlier, and I agreeWe got there and there was only 1 person was there, which was kind of a red flag. Then my grandmother was coughing and then she was extremely confrontational and scolded me for taking her there. On top of all that, she did a hack job on both of our pedicures and my grandma's manicure. She also basically clipped off A LOT of one of my toenails on my left foot. I feel she was rushing with my grandma because she's elderly. The edges of both of our pedicures are messy, I have a lump on another toe. It's just all bad here. I usually try to give places like this a chance, but not today and not for this place. BEWARE!!! I brought my daughter here a day before her graduation and her nails look great. There was only one customer getting her nails done when we walked in, so perfect timing! My daughter sat in the giant massage chair with spa attached. It lit up with a beautiful blue color in the water and really set the mood. The woman then asked my daughter which pedicure package she wanted. There was a $20, $25, and $30 option. After the clipping, scrubbing, massage, and polishing, we moved onto her nails. I love that my daughter already has long beautiful nails, so we stayed away from acrylics. A gel manicure was $25. Compared to your regular manicure, the gel will not chip (hardly) and that's what we want! I also loved that the technician listened and didn't cut her nails, but just filed them to be shaped perfect. Thre color came out great and her nails looked flawless. A few things I didn't like... they need to turn up the air conditioning. It was 82° that day and they had the doors open. When I sat in their chair next to my daughter, I was in a tank top and my back kept sticking to their chair.. all I could think was, how many other people have done that.. I did like how they lined the foot spa with a single use bag and the technician used single use gloves to perform the pedicure. When she was done, she threw away the liner, but not the gloves she had just used. I also feel like when bringing a child in, you show their mom the package pricing, not the child. After my massage at Sisters I decided what better way to end the day with a pedicure. I walked into the shop and they went busy so helped me me away. They had a good selection of colors to choose from. Prices ranges from 20 to 40 the most expensive. This was the cheapest I've ever paid for a pedicure and by far the best massage I've ever had. I called 5 days in advance and scheduled an appointment for my partner and I for this past Thursday at 4pm. When we arrived there was only one customer and 2 employees working. We waited 30 minutes before seated. Despite there being another employee, my partner was told he would have to wait until after my nails were done. I asked for an ombré full set and even had a reference image. Not only did my nails turn out absolutely nothing like my reference pic, they weren't even ombré. She did not blend the color at all. In addition, every time I get a full set it takes quite a while however this lady was rushing and honestly not even trying. They are already popping off and it's only been 3 days. My partner decided he didn't even want their service after seeing how bad my nails turned out. Now the worst part. There is a sign that states full sets are 35-45$ however I was charged 51$. I can't help but to believe the lady helped herself to a tip... I usually go to CoCo Nail in Antelope and receive immensely better customer service, better prices, beautiful nails and a welcoming positive environment. I highly recommend them instead. I picked this salon almost 4 years ago because I had recently moved to Roseville and couldn't travel to my old salon. It has been the same girls this entire time, and they are all super friendly and professional. There are hundred of polish options as well as dozens of gel options in every color I've wanted, and decided later that I had to have two or three times again. They also do waxing and have comfortable, private rooms for this in the back of the store. Overall, it's a comfortable salon with plenty of staff and recently updated equipment.
