I've been a customer for close to two years now and always get a good result. I like a simple, natural look and tend to get a lot of compliments. Walk-in appointments are quickly accommodated. I absolutely love this place! I'm a really bad nail biter and Tom ALWAYS gets acrylics on my nails and does whatever crazy design I ask for. The vibe in there is always nice and everyone always compliments my nails! I definitely recommend coming here if you want to get your nails done! And, the prices aren't bad at all!!

Ten has been doing my nails for maybe a year now, and he absolutely never disappoints! I manage a storage facility, and I'm not easy on my nails; even when I've gone a month in between fills I've never had a nail break or lift! When Ten was on vacation I had a couple of the girls do my nails and they both did great as well! The salon is always clean, inviting and relaxing, and I've gently dozed on more than one occasion In summary, I drive 45 minutes each way every 2 weeks for Ten to do my nails and I'll continue to do so as long as he's there!

**Updated review** I didn't have the greatest experience before Thanksgiving. due to the holiday and being out of the country for an extended period, I was unable to come in and give them an opportunity to fix it. Now that I have, they didn't disappoint. I'm glad I came back and didn't go to another salon. Nikki did a wonderful job, not thick at the base and shaped beautifully. Thank you, ladies, your talent is appreciated.

Out for a relaxing cousins pedicure. We only had a limited time, so we went to BB Nail Spa because it was close. I think we found a new spot. Everyone was very nice, gentle and relaxing. I tried the Organic Pedicure with a 20 min massage and a candle wax. They also use warm steam. This one is a must try. I'll be back for sure. read more

Great pricing. Super friendly and sweet staff. Julie and Jenni helped me and were so kind! I can't remember who did my manicure and who did my pedicure. My pedicure was really well done, but my manicure was a little messy. The nail tech (either Jenni or Julie) was super sweet and was a proud grandmother... She even had me helping her do Facebook post her granddaughters birthday photos lol. Unfortunately, though you can see how the manicure is a little messy in the photos. I didn't make a fuss about it because they were probably the best priced in the area and I was mostly concerned with getting a cleaning for my nails... No gel polish on both fingernails and toenails. If I was in the area, I could go for a pedicure whoever did my pedicure last time and skip the mani. read more

I tried BB Nails for the first time because it's close to my house, and I was pleasantly surprised. I decided to try builder gel for the first time, and I'll never go back, my nails have grown so much and they don't break like acrylics do. The staff were super friendly, and the owner even came around to introduce herself and offered water. Lo-en was my tech and she took her time, doing a phenomenal job. I'd recommend the full service experience! gave me a beverage during my service and a heated shoulder pad. I did an organic pedicure with Lisa and they added fresh orange slices and herbal foot soak. there was even a hot wax candle massage. I opted for a cat eye gel manicure with Tang and the attention to detail was superb ! great atmosphere & gentle on the senses - if your sensitive this staff will take great care of you. 10/10 read more

This place is horrible. The worst customer service experience and they rip you off! Nail color change was almost double what nearby competitors charge. Down the street it would be $25 but this place charged $40! This did not include any additional services such as cuticle trim, etc. I would not recommend this place at all. read more

I decided to visit this place unexpectedly in early January while preparing for a business trip to the Dominican Republic. I walked in without an appointment, feeling a bit unsure but hoping for a good experience. The space was clean and inviting, and the staff greeted me warmly, making me feel welcomed right away. They quickly seated me and provided the basic gel pedicure for $50, pairing me with Vy . I can't express enough how wonderful Vy is--she not only offered attentive care, checking water temperature and confirming my color choice before starting each toe, but she was also incredibly gentle throughout the whole process. The massage she gave was absolutely fantastic! Thank you so much, Vy, if you're reading this. What I truly admired about her work is her attention to detail; she brought new life to my toes, and I left feeling refreshed and cared for. It's now February, and I returned to see Vy because my toes looked healthy and bacteria-free after I removed the polish . She did not disappoint--she revitalized my toes again with the same care and skill. The owner or manager was also very kind, taking the time to check in on everyone and offering beverages. Overall, this is a wonderful place to get your pedicure and feel truly pampered. read more

Here's a tip, when people come in TOGETHER to get their nails done, don't split them up when there are tons of open seats everywhere. The idea was to share the experience. This should be obvious, especially when you are dealing with an adult and child. Follow up to the response: they were both getting their nails done, no one was getting a pedicure. AND THERE IS LITTLE BLACK HAIRS AND DOTS ON MY MIDDLE TOE AND THE BIG TOES LOOK SO BAD AND SLOPPY I got a pedicure here and the technician flooded the polish into my cuticles and sidewalls. Within days, the skin around the sides of my toes became red, swollen, and painfully inflamed. When I reached out privately on Facebook with photos of the swelling, they read my messages and completely ignored me left me on Seen. When I called to speak to the manager about a refund, she was incredibly toxic. Instead of taking accountability, she tried to blame my swollen toes on 'pregnancy or medication.' This is a blatant lie--I regularly get pedicures at Blue Sky Nails and have NEVER had a reaction or pain like this. Furthermore, their own security cameras will show the technician repeatedly trying to wipe flooded gel polish off my raw skin before curing it, which is exactly what caused this chemical irritation. When I refused to let her gaslight me, the manager insulted me, told me I 'complain too much,' claimed I just hated the color (which makes no sense, I chose the color--I care about the swelling!), and then literally HUNG UP on me. They completely refused a refund. Unprofessional, unsafe, and defensive. Avoid this place at all costs.

She did a great job took her time and did exactly what I asked for. I was very happy with the services I received today and the prices were very affordable for a classic pedicure, it was $35 plus I had design on both cells which was additional eight dollars. This establishment is located in the same shopping center at the gym. Time of a pedicure was about 30 minutes and she did a very nice job took her time and made sure that I left with exactly what I asked for. I was really happy with my overall experience here today a great place to get your feet done and your nails done if you have not checked them out I recommend going to the website and checking them out. Check out their work. See if they might have something for you too definitely a place for everyone. They have several different pedicure, chairs and lots available. I highly recommend this establishment for anybody looking to get their nails done. Feet done. Great experience great staff overall wonderful experience. Yes I arrived at 11:39 (early for my 11:45 appt) when I asked the front desk guy if my tech, who I visibly saw with my own eyes working actively on a client in the very beginning phase of a nail job, would be finished soon as my appt was at 11:45, he responded with a defensive "we are down 4 techs today" when I asked this I looked at the time at it was 11:45 exactly. I was not able to sit there for an hour as stated previously I have one day off and had other things to do. I'm not asking for special treatment, this is usually standard for an appointment. The front guy didn't even try to find out how long I would have to wait or if he would be finishing up soon (probably not considering I could see him clearly) so everything the business owner replied is actually not at all true and I don't appreciate the gaslighting.

Came here for the first time with an appointment for a mani/pedi. I've heard this place gets really busy so figured making an appointment would be a safe bet. Arrived at the shop early and they set me up right away. Usually other nail places I have been to would do the manicure and pedicure separately but they were very efficient here. One lady started on my feet and another on my hands simultaneously. They were thorough and took their time (especially on the massages - my fav part). They also suggested colors that would work well together which I appreciated because sometimes there are just way too many options to know which will look good together. I was very satisfied with the services provided. So were my two aunts who also came along and both got mani/pedis. The owner was so sweet. As a healthcare provider, going back into a nail salon during COVID has been particularly concerning. I have to give B B Nails a lot of credit for the precautions they are taking. Not only are the technicians wearing masks and protective face shields, each station also has front and side-facing plexiglass protection for each customer. During my appointment, I observed each seat to be sprayed with disinfectant and wiped down by staff between customers, and I was very pleased to see that they are reinforcing mask policies for patrons. It was great to be back at this location, and especially nice to see my favorite technician Linh, who has taken great care of me for the past several years and continues to do a wonderful job. This is hands down the best nail salon in the Roseville area! The staff are great and they are absolutely fantastic! They go out of their way to make sure your experience is the best it could possibly be. I have been going to Bb nails for five months and have waited to write my review. I have to say they provide an above average service that has been consistent and their prices seriously rival other Roseville salons. I have noticed that my color/polish last way longer compared to other salon I have been to. I have got compliments on my nails and even was impress with how long the polish stayed without chipping. Don't believe the hype! I decided to try this place last Monday because of the good yelp reviews even though I felt it was a bit pricey and I am not satisfied at all. I received a gel mani, and gel pedi and to be honest it looks horrible. I already had a gel man and pedi from a different place so they had to take off the previous polish. Two of the workers helped me at one time. The lady doing my pedicure used the electronic buffer to take the gel off my toes and she was a little rough but it didn't bother me too much. The lady that took the polish off my toes used the electronic buffer it wasn't pleasant but not horrible. Recommend: Do not go there if you do not have to. This place just lost it people. read more

I went to this nail salon for the first time for my wedding. I didn't know what to expect, especially since I had a specific idea in mind. Cindy did my nails and they were AMAZING. She did nail art just like the picture I brought it. She was amazing. My nails looked just like the picture I brought it and they lasted forever! Typically my nails will chip the same day I get them painted, unless it's gel then it's 3 days before it chips- I'm really harsh on my hands! But this gel stayed for a few weeks! He was very mindful of what I wanted and took enough time for it to not be messy but still get it done within an hour and a half. The owner, Julie, was very sweet and takes care of all of her customers. Was visiting my cousin out in Roseville, CA and we decided to get our nails done here. I had a manicure done and within a day and a half the nail polish started chipping off my nails.
