I have SO many good things to say about this place! My sister and I had originally gone to a different nail salon, but when we got there, it was closed. We searched for somewhere nearby and ended up finding BB, and I'm so glad we did! We walked in and asked if they could accommodate two full sets AND two pedicures. Honestly, it was like something out of a movie The owner waved her hand and suddenly people started popping out from the back and seemingly out of the walls, immediately getting everything set up for us. Within minutes, we were led to two pedicure stations that were already prepped and waiting. We sat down, our feet went straight into warm water, and we were handed polish colors to start picking from. There was basically no wait at all. I also had my 3-month-old with me in a baby carrier. He slept peacefully and never made a peep the entire time, but I really appreciated how sweet and accommodating everyone was about having him there. No one made me feel uncomfortable or like having a baby with me was an inconvenience, which, as a mom, I really appreciated. They worked on our manicures and pedicures at the same time, which I LOVED. They even placed a little table across the pedicure chair so we could comfortably rest our arms while getting our nails done. It made the whole process so easy and relaxing, especially since I was baby-wearing the entire time. I went with a Halloween theme for my nails, and they came out SO GOOD! I was genuinely obsessed with how they turned out. My sister went with a simpler look, a burgundy French tip with a stiletto/oval-shaped nail, and hers came out beautiful too. For our pedicures, we chose the third option, which was $60 each, and we were both really happy with the experience. What started as us scrambling to find another salon after our original place was closed turned into such a great find. They were welcoming, incredibly efficient, accommodating, and did an amazing job. Between how quickly they got us seated, the quality of our nails, and how kind they were about me having my baby with me, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My pedicure was really well done, but my manicure was a little messy. The nail tech (either Jenni or Julie) was super sweet and was a proud grandmother... She even had me helping her do Facebook post her granddaughters birthday photos lol. Unfortunately, though you can see how the manicure is a little messy in the photos. I didn't make a fuss about it because they were probably the best priced in the area and I was mostly concerned with getting a cleaning for my nails... No gel polish on both fingernails and toenails. Honestly, I would probably never go back to this place. I gave them this as my inspo photo with only the flower as the design and not the ring finger design. I first asked them if they could make the French tip shorter and they said they couldn't do that. When they put the French tip on the pointer finger where the flower design was supposed to be, I asked them if they weren't going to do the flower design anymore and they said they had to wait until after the French tip was done even though there wasn't a French tip on the pointer finger so I just told them I didn't want the flower design all together. Overall, their attitude was just rude and dismissive. They also used colored dip as the French tip then painted over the dip with the color I wanted so the technique was just questionable. My nails are also just super thick and bumpy. I never make reviews but the 4 star review led me to picking this place. read more
