I love this nail salon!! They are so nice and wonderful! I recommend so much to go here they give super good designs and also my mom always goes to nail salons and they give her 25 year old pointy nails but they gave her the best shape. Also she got a pedicure and they did amazing because she had a broken toe and this other place has it acrylic on it and it was hurting her and they fixed up like always! I want to give a shout-out to the owner. I believe it is the gentleman who checked me in. He leads with passion and encourages hard work and makes it a good environment for the employees and the clientele. So impressed with this nail salon, please give it a shot if you're looking for your new place! Not to mention, I got an acrylic fill and my total was only $38- which is really good right now!

The polish looks better in the photo than it does in real life.

First, Nam gave me a fabulous pedicure. The people were friendly. The environment was very clean. The price was even reasonable. The only real problem was the nail polishes. I get regular polish. They had two or three walls of colors, but every bottle was very old and dry/gummy. I picked one that looked the least degraded. Unfortunately, it was still gummy and looks like goo on my nails. I didn't bother to say anything, because another color would have produced the same problem. My advice, give them a try but bring your own nail polish. Nan's application was so precise. I would love to have him again and provide him with fresh polish to use. Last note - the massage chair was okay. I have a bad spine, so I need a little lumbar support. My chair didn't have any. However, the massage itself wasn't bad.

I left a review 24 days ago saying I got my nails done... My nails are exactly the same condition. They were 24 days ago as they are today the only reason I'm coming back to get them changed because I want a different color for Easter. I have to drive a good 25 minutes just to get there and that's totally fine with me because it's worth the drive out. I passed hundreds of Nail Salon's on my way, but that doesn't matter because I'm going to one of the best ones. read more

I love this nail salon!! They are so nice and wonderful! I recommend so much to go here they give super good designs and also my mom always goes to nail salons and they give her 25 year old pointy nails but they gave her the best shape. Wonderful service! A friend referred me and I am hooked. N.A. does exactly what I ask for. She takes the time to work on each nail based on its' bed shape. The best pedicure is with Ben! They were very friendly and the pedicure was relaxing and thorough. I stopped by imperial with the hopes of getting my nails done, I didn't expect to be treated with heart warming kindness. They stayed late, after hours to do my nails. They went above and beyond what I had requested. I have never had a good experience getting my nails done. To the point, I stopped getting them done for years. I thought I would try for the first time since I was 19, to get them done. This is by far the happiest I have ever been with my nails. I absolutely love them. They look far better than the photo I brought in as an example. The staff is very welcoming, friendly and supportive. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Got here and they were running late. I got powder dip for hands and pedicure. Which was 70.00. The person doing my nails was rushed. They are not smooth and have paint I had to ask her to remove from my skin to which she was irritated. As if, I'm going to walk around with paint all over. I made it clear I want polish to match, they could not figure it out. Pedicure was basic, seemed a bit insanitary and he did not do my cuticles good..I could of done a better paint job. So leaving 70.00 unhappy. I have a two stars because they were not rude. Just rushed and not perfectionist. Why so hard to locate good mail peeps! read more

I have been to this salon a couple of times and Nan did my manicure very well at first but what I don't like is that it is a family business and they are always arguing in front of the clients or if one of their employees does extra ..or if they do bad work..she yells at them. And the last 2 times I have had my pedicure done I haven't liked it. Another thing that bothers me is that they talk about their clients in their language. I don't think I will go back to this salon. read more

I have gone to this nail salon for over four years. My mother and myself , It wasn't until I decided to bring my daughter Did the issue arise. My daughter is four years old, and one of the men decided to pick up my daughter in the attempt to try to carry her off... mind you she was sitting beside me in the butterfly chair as I was sitting next to her. My daughter is very fair skin and she does not resemble me ....when I jumped out of my chair and said what are you doing?! He said oh I was going to go get a color and I said that is not true because I have the color in my hand as I opened my hand to show him and I said why would you pick up my child and carry her somewhere? Where were you trying to go? I have seen other people bring their kids in and no one has ever picked them up. No one has ever taken them to go show a color that has never happened that I have seen ......I proceeded to say you know me why would you not ask me? I have been here many years. You all have even seen me pregnant with the same child so why would you think it's OK to pick up my child and try to walk away with her?! No explanation was given, and it was just weird giggles and smiles from the staff....when I said to Na "You're the owner what is going on?" She let me know she was not the owner which was surprised to me because I have been going and paying via Zelle her as the owner for the past 4years!! This was an incident that cannot be overlooked or forgiven. My daughter was in complete shock because the only man who picked her up is her father. The man didn't even ask if he could pick her up ..... because the answer she would've given is "No"! We do not live in a safe world anymore and you cannot just assume that people have good intentions. If you go , do not bring your children! read more

I love this nail salon, I've been coming here for 2 years and refuse to go anywhere else. My nails last for 5 weeks (yes, they get overgrown), with no cracks or breaks. They always fit me into their schedule no matter the day or time. They are so nice and friendly here, I frequently see the same people when I come in and most of the customers are known by name. Looking closely, it also appears the dip powder may not have been fully cured or sealed properly because you can still see tiny white spots throughout the nails. I usually don't experience this with fresh sets, so I was disappointed, especially since I initially liked how they looked. I just wanted to share my experience and hopefully this helps with future services.

At least he identified himself since he's replying under the name and profile picture Kieu Trang N who also goes by Fiona. She's the other owner who has been very respectful throughout this unfortunate experience. Her tone in her replies in other reviews, even negative ones, is much different and respectful. She also will sign off with her name or with a formal greeting. The other replies to negative reviews that have an argumentative tone and with no formal greetings or signature I'm assuming are Tim and not her. Despite his dishonest reply to my recent review update regarding our argument, I thought nothing of it and wasn't surprised. Especially with already knowing what he was capable of in person. But the very next day he sent me a text from their business cell phone in addition to the reply on here on yelp. Stating things like my review isn't what occurred and he actually thanked me for my feedback and stated he was open to it. It also stated I would no longer receive appointment reminder calls. Then he sent me a screenshot of my name in their address book with my name and next to it said no 2 min reminder calls. Although he repeatedly told me in person he wasn't going to listen to me and he would continue to do what he's doing. I replied that this was not ok and to stop continuing to argue with me on yelp and now via text. Also that if it continues he will lose my business and to please leave me alone. I talked to Fiona or Kieu Trang N and she called me immediately when I asked to speak to her on her day off. Again she's great and very accommodating. I read her his reply to my yelp review, the text he sent, and my reply as well. I also told her that although he identified himself in the reply on yelp to my review that in other replies he didn't seem to, and it's under her name and profile picture giving the impression that it's only her replying on here. During this call I found out that the other owner who goes by Tim was her husband. I apologized for the position this situation put her in. I told her it's gone too far and it's ok if he disagrees with customers but, he should not argue with them in person, online, or via texting. That he needs to know when to stop. I told her this is now harassment after him and I argued in person. I asked that he just leaves me alone and that it stops. That's all I want at this point no more discussions about it since they're going nowhere. She apologized immensely and stated she would speak to him regarding giving me space. I told her every other time I've been at her salon I've never had a negative experience and love my nail tech and her employees. So I'm willing to continue to go there as a customer. I went to my nail appointment yesterday 11/29 for my dipping powder mani and gel pedi with of course Mia my go to nail tech. Afterwards the front desk girl who usually is always there who goes by Nee (Idk how it's spelt sorry) and who's wonderful, told me my service was free or on the owner Fiona. That Fiona had told her to do this for me. I told her although that's a very nice gesture that it was too much money for me to not pay anything. I offered to pay something and accept a discount. She assured me that it was ok and Fiona insisted. She then offered me a envelope from Fiona with my name on it and stated Fiona said to give it to me. Nee didn't know what it was for or what happened when I asked her what it was. I opened and read the typed letter from Fiona. It was very well written, kind, and very carefully worded. It ultimately said that she was very sorry and to accept this free service as an apology and as a parting gift. That this would be my last service with them as a customer. The way the letter was written I could tell how conflicted and sorry she was for reaching this decision. The owner who goes by Tim is her husband and anytime he gets into it with customers on here or in person, it puts her in a difficult position. I told her on the phone that I can't be the only customer or last that he has treated this way and just by looking at the replies to negative reviews on here that don't sound anything like her, I'm not wrong. It's very unfortunate that things were taken too far and she felt the need to side or do that for her husband. But maybe it was too far to make amends anyway. My mistake was staying there to get my nails done right after he had argued with me and wouldn't let up. And also returning at all thinking everyone could be adults, respectful, and move on. That was my other mistake. I'll miss my nail tech, their quality, and all of the other employees I've encountered over the years at this business.

I've been getting my nails done at imperial nails for the past three months. I always see Na who has an incredible eye for detail and takes her time to make sure the shape of my nails is always perfect. Na asks you multiple times if you're happy with how your nails are turning out and genuinely wants to know if she can fix anything for you. She remembers her clients and gets to know them on a personal level. Imperial Nails does a great job at making sure both the clients and the employees are safe from COVID as they have everyone wash their hands right as they enter, plus they have plexiglass at every nail station and everyone is always wearing a mask. I've always had independent technicians that work out of various salons. This was my first time going to a salon and not sure who I was going to get. BUT: I got Na and Lee. They were so nice and accommodating, wanting to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Na suggested we do my nails differently than what I had before so trusted Her expertise. My nails came out amazing. I also had a pedicure done with a massage, it felt amazing. I was in and out in about 1 hour and 15 minutes (I had a 9 am appointment). Will definitely go back. Imperial never disappoints. My nails always look great for a long time and never chip or lift at all. They look very thin and natural, even with a few coats of gel. Photos of a pretty light blue ombré dipping powder set I got on Friday. They also have amazing pedicures with scrubs, fresh citrus slices and hot wax bags that make the skin on your feet so soft. I used to go to Laura and Steve for a long time then they started somewhere else and didn't know what happened. Pacific Nails where they were doesn't know how to do the white powder for pink and white they just paint it on. I would recommend going to Imperial Nails.
